My wife and I received our GC within 28 months for the whole process with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I just got the I-485 approval yesterday in the mail and Rajiv informed me about it through an email. Rajiv used the RIR process for my labor certification, getting the LCA in a very quick 3 months time period. I had to wait for my PD to become current to file the I-485. My dates. I would like to appreciate Mr.Khanna for his service and would like to recommend my friends to take up his service for any future needs. I had an issue and he gladly offered me a free consultation and surprisingly when I asked him 'should I take your firm service for the issue?' - He said not required and it can be done by me. This is fair comment  Me and my family had a  past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv.We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife,the consultation was free. We had a case with our employee where his H1 extension was denied. We had very little time to apply for a new extension before his earlier H1 expired. This is one of my happiest moments where I take the pleasure of thanking Rajiv and his team for taking up my case very wisely on time for my H1 Extension. I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC.  I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement.   I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.
