Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.
I found Mr Khanna's office as very professional and prompt.
Mr. Khanna and staff were very prompt in responding to questions. Mr. Vijay & Ms. Nimia took special care in scrutinizing the papers and always went out of their way to get my papers processed in time.

PD: August 21st, 1998 I-485 RD: August 5, 1999 FP: November 30, 1999 I-485 approval: February 28, 2000 Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his office helped us throughtout this process and provided expert guidance and timely advice whenever we needed such. Mr. Khanna was available at very short notice to answer any question and put us at ease many times throughtout this process. He is very much informed about the latest happenings in the field and uses this and his experience to perform the best possible service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his office and commend their professionalism and honest approach of doing things. We would like to thank Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo, Leila Lehman, Fidelina Batista, Nimia Aranibar and Amel Barhe for their professionalism and hard work in getting us through this process. This would not have been possible without their help and support. Finally I would like to add that for anyone looking for a hard working, accessible, knowledgeable and trustworthy immigration lawyer, Rajiv Khanna and his office are a sure thing!

I just got my GC approved through the Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. Over the last four years I had a very good experience with all the professionals who handled my case at your offices. After so many years waiting at the labor certification stage (PBEC story), they helped me to put together the I-140/485 application, with timely and to-the-point responses to my questions along the way, is a short time. As a result, my application got approved within a couple of months way before my expected timeline. Many thanks to Richa, Amrita (LC stage) and Mathew, Rita (I-140/485) for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
For the second time in a row, Mr. Rajiv's office impresses me. This time they got my I140 approved in 7 days, Yes 7 days. This time Suman and Tarun have done superb job as Amrita and Seema done in my PERM. These people are very meticulous. They review the file multiple times. I'd like to use this opportunity to thank both Mathew and Tarun for their great job in preparing my I-485 case. Especially Tarun, who helped me a lot during the process. Rajiv, Diane, June, and Kunal worked with me to get my EB1A approved. I shared my CV and credentials with Rajiv ji just as I was graduating out of my PhD and again got in touch with him after a year. This time he showed conviction in my profile and that gave me the confidence to move forward and apply for EB1A category. The team's efforts in preparing my file and insights in my case were tremendous. I just got my EB1A approved, all thanks to this team. I listened to their advice and had faith in their guidance and would suggest others to believe in them. If they say there is a good chance, then there probably is. They have years of experience in this field. I strongly recommend Rajiv and team for help related to immigration.
I am a Registered nurse present in the US with F-2 visa stamp on my passport. My husband, being in grad school, has 2 more years of valid I-20. An employer sponsored me the green card, and recently I received my EAD based on I-485 application. But both my I-140 and I-485 are still pending. The employer wants me start working although my I-140 is pending.
1. Do you recommend to work on EAD while I-140 still being pending?
2. If I use that EAD, and by any change if I-140 is denied later, should I leave the USA to avoid unlawful presence? How can I come back to F-2 status again?

My employer ended my employment due to COVID reasons on May 31, 2020 but I never received an official termination letter. Calculating the grace period depending on the assumed termination date mentioned above, I have till July 30 to find a new job. Should my new employer give me an offer or start the H1B transfer application before July 30? What happens if they fail to do so in time? Can I extend the grace period on the basis of having an offer in hand or maybe because of the pandemic? My final interviews with potential employers are being withdrawn because of the time restriction.
