Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.
I found Mr Khanna's office as very professional and prompt.
Mr. Khanna and staff were very prompt in responding to questions. Mr. Vijay & Ms. Nimia took special care in scrutinizing the papers and always went out of their way to get my papers processed in time.
I and my wife recently received our 485 approval notices in the mail. PD: August 21st, 1998 I-485 RD: August 5, 1999 FP: November 30, 1999 I-485 approval: February 28, 2000 Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his office helped us throughtout this process and provided expert guidance and timely advice whenever we needed such. Mr. Khanna was available at very short notice to answer any question and put us at ease many times throughtout this process. He is very much informed about the latest happenings in the field and uses this and his experience to perform the best possible service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his office and commend their professionalism and honest approach of doing things. We would like to thank Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo, Leila Lehman, Fidelina Batista, Nimia Aranibar and Amel Barhe for their professionalism and hard work in getting us through this process. This would not have been possible without their help and support. Finally I would like to add that for anyone looking for a hard working, accessible, knowledgeable and trustworthy immigration lawyer, Rajiv Khanna and his office are a sure thing!
I just got the I-485 approval yesterday in the mail and Rajiv informed me about it through an email. I am writing this feedback to let people know of excellent and extremely professional job done by the law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. (all dates given below.) Rajiv used the RIR process for my labor certification, getting the LCA in a very quick 3 months time period. I had to wait for my PD to become current to file the I-485. My dates. PD 7/97 RD 4/4/99 ND 4/22/99 FP 8/20/99 FBI processed it on 9/23/99 and approval 02/29/00 Thanks a lot to Rajiv and his associates. I am all praise for them. will gladly refer them to you anytime. My Question is after getting green card and leaving consulting employer after 14 months, when person applies for US Citizenship (8 years after getting green card) can USCIS ( knowing that sponsoring company was consulting) asks for client letter, contracts ( like H-1B documentation ) for the period when employee was working with GC employer( after GC approved) ?

I am currently on F1 visa and working on CPT. My H1 petition was picked in the lottery this year and status changed to RFE 2 weeks ago. I wanted to know if August 9 unlawful presence rule applies in my case i.e; if I get a response for RFE after Feb 4 2019, that completes 180 days.

USCIS has issued a policy memorandum (PDF, 115 KB) (PM) providing guidance to USCIS officers on when to consider waiving the interview requirement for Form I-751, Petition
In Summary,
* I worked for the same Company from 2004 to 2014 (2004 - 2011 in US on H1B, and 2011-2014 in India)
* BUT, after Green card, I did not work for the Company in US.
* I don't have even a single paycheck from US Company after receiving GC.
* Since then, I have been working in a job with same job description that my GC was filed for.
* All other history is clean. I have two US born children, Always paid taxes on time, no legal cases.
I heard from reliable sources that under current circumstances, my case will be marked as fraud and there is a 99% chance that they will revoke my GC and deport me, as I didn't stay with the employer that sponsored my GC.
Questions
* Should I be really concerned?
* What are my options?
* I have the option of going back to the same employer now. Does that help?
* If my wife applies for Naturalization instead of me, is that going to be any different?

I would like to thank Rajiv and Amrita for excellent work with filing for my green card. They are a great team of professionals, were always ready to answer my questions and clarify any concerns. My employment based green card process went very smooth and quick. It just took about a year and a half from process initiation to green card in hand.
Can't thank you enough!
Highly recommend this team for your immigration needs.
I had EB-2 I-140 with PD of March 2017 , My EB-1 I-140 is Aug 2018. My attorney has filed for amendment of priority date - How this works , will they open the case again ?
How long will it take to get the amended I-140 with old priority date.

Effective immediately, the categorical CNMI parole programs are terminated. This affects USCIS parole programs for immediate relatives of U.S.
My wife and I got the I-485 approval email notice in June 2007. We filed the I-485 in April 2007. The LC was done by another law firm and I switched to Rajiv and filled the I-140 and I-485. The I-140 was approved in one week under Premium Processing and I-485 was approved in less than 3 months. I told our company HR to switch to Rajiv S. Khanna and we are processing our employee’s H1B and GC through Rajiv. During the GC process, our company was sold and Rajiv and Mathew helped to resolve this issue, rather than starting the GC process from scratch. Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Mathew Chacko. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. I dealt with Rita Dhakal for a short period of time and she helped me in great deal. Mathew called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly (I did not get any RFE) and providing correction/feed back immediately. I found the Rajiv’s immigration forum would be one of the best places for gaining more knowledge, and I would recommend every one to read and learn more.
I applied for a spouse sponsored GC and extensively used services of Mr. Khanna's office. Mr. Chacko was an enormous help throughout the process. Though we only paid one time consultation fees, he was willing to respond to our followup emails and phone calls. Our application got processed in record time and I definitely give credit to Mr. Chacko for his inputs throughout the process. I will definitely refer Mr. Khanna's services to friends and family in the future.
I've chosen immigration.com (Rajiv S. Khanna) for my GC processing.
I've got excellent response from them for all the phases of my GC. The documentation they prepare for the GC processing is very organized and 2nd to none.
Special thanks to my case manager Amrita. Amrita was answering all my questions right from the day 1 of my GC process. Her response to my emails/voice messages was immediate.
Thanks also to Rita for preparing the documentation for I-140 processing.
I've referred Rajiv Khanna to many HR folks in financial and IT companies. After my success many of my friends are willing to start/transfer their GC processing to Mr.Khanna's office.
