If you don. t know the secret beyond TEAM WORK read the following. It is the clearance of Labor Certification in California. Rajiv and his team members filed on 10th May 2000 for my Labor Clearance under RIR category. It was cleared at EDD Sacramento on 23rd of May and sent to DOL, SanFrancisco for further approval. On 5th June I got a message from the GREAT TEAM and surprised to hear that the Labor Certification is done. . Excellent Job!!! Just in 25 days!!! Unbeleivable !!!. Probably it is stunning news for Rajiv too. I know the quality of the work, the efforts what they put and how systematic they are. Extremely professional!!! Moreover, they are easily accessible, including Rajiv. It is pleasure to me to mention the team members : Rajiv, Suman, Vijay, Richa and Priya. Probably there is no substitution for this team. Kudos to Rajiv and his team in getting our greencard approved in 1 year 7 months. Here are my details: EB2 India. Priority date: October 98. Labor certification was done via RIR in 7 months, I-140 in 2 months from TSC, and I-485 in 7 months from TSC. We had our passports stamped last Friday, and are awaiting our greencard. I originally started off with another lawyer, but changed to Rajiv shortly afterwards. That had to be the best decision we made!!! Rajiv and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took no chances at all, and left no stone unturned in making sure our applications were complete. Believe me, this is the lawyer you want on your side.

This is fair comment  Me and my family had a  past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv.We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife,the consultation was free. We had a case with our employee where his H1 extension was denied. We had very little time to apply for a new extension before his earlier H1 expired. This is one of my happiest moments where I take the pleasure of thanking Rajiv and his team for taking up my case very wisely on time for my H1 Extension. This was approved today where Rena and Anna had put in good amount of effort in my case where they had very little time (just 2 days before my existing H1 expired) to do so. I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC.  I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement.   I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.
