The LC took about 3 month and I140 took about 6 month. Everthing went so smooth. Highy recommend the team again! I heard the new act about Green Card is that, quota will not be based on country, is it correct?

Rajiv Khanna law offices did an excellent job in filing my I-140 and I-485 applications at CSC. I-140(EB1-OR)
filed on 03/99 and was approved on 03/00. I-485 filed on 03/00 and was approved on 09/00. Overall it took 18 months for

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his extraordinary team in getting our Permanent Residence approval successfully. From the beginning, my case was reviewed (I started my process at around 3.5 years in to my H1 term) and I was given proper guidance to obtain the PR before my H1 expired. It was a very good experience working with Rajiv, whose office handled my green card application under Outstanding Researcher category. A note: Prior to Rajiv I worked with a lawer representing my company and wasted lot of time.

Myself and my family got GC approved. My case had become bit complex due to my doctor's ignorance in preparing medical report properly.
