The LC took about 3 month and I140 took about 6 month. Everthing went so smooth. Highy recommend the team again! I heard the new act about Green Card is that, quota will not be based on country, is it correct?

Rajiv Khanna law offices did an excellent job in filing my I-140 and I-485 applications at CSC. I-140(EB1-OR)
filed on 03/99 and was approved on 03/00. I-485 filed on 03/00 and was approved on 09/00. Overall it took 18 months for

Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more. We got our Green Card approved on May 6th. I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff.
My Green card processing took more than 3 years and through out the process, Mr. Khanna's office was very helpful. I had a lot of questions along the way and they were prompt and precise to all my queries.

The whole process was like a marathon run. Vijay Durgam helped us get started with the process. He did a thorough evaluation of my case and filed for the labor certification. We were very optimistic and enthusiastic on filing for the labor certification. Then we hit the middle phase of the marathon where the labor certification seemed to take forever. Mathew Chacko helped us during the dull pessimistic days. He kept our hopes going and encouraged us till we hit the home stretch. Finally we got our labor approved and filed for 140/485. Prerna was very helpful and was impeccable with the documentation. The last leg was a sprint and we got the 485 approval in less than 3 months.
