Hello! Rajiv Khanna and Charu Bhagat were extremely helpful in the process of obtaining H-1 status for one of our employees. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna for work of this nature, as they did an excellent job. The process was smooth and all questions were answered quickly. Thanks again!
Hello All, Filed for I-485(EB2-INDIA, RIR). First off let me thank Mr. Khanna and his team members Diane Lombardo, Suman Bhasin, Nimia Aranibar, Priya Raja, Madhavai (and everyone else that I have missed in this list) for their WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and COMMENDABLE work they have done so far and would be doing in the future. The work is simply FABULOUS. These folks do realize timing, esp., when Diane was so QUICK and EFFICIENT for my I-485 filing. Also I was ASTONISHED when I did get a REPLY from SUMAN on Saturday afternoon for a query that I had left on her Voicemail Friday evening. As someone else said in this guestbook, I was asking too many questions, and all my questions was answered promptly. I envy this team for their PROMPTNESS :-) I would recommend this TEAM for anyone who wishes to immigrate to the USA. After discussing with a lot my friends, I am HAPPY to have Mr. Khanna on my side. Thanks, Ramesh Doraiswamy
Now I am waiting for my priority date to be current. My country's line is just too long.
Maybe rajiv did my LC and I140 too quick! :)
The LC took about 3 month and I140 took about 6 month. Everthing went so smooth. Highy recommend the team again! I heard the new act about Green Card is that, quota will not be based on country, is it correct?
Rajiv Khanna law offices did an excellent job in filing my I-140 and I-485 applications at CSC. I-140(EB1-OR)
filed on 03/99 and was approved on 03/00. I-485 filed on 03/00 and was approved on 09/00. Overall it took 18 months for
complete processing at CSC. I really appreciate Rajiv Khanna staff especially Mrs. Diane for her excellent job. I strongly
recommend any one to use Rajiv Khanna law office services.
My name is Rahul Patil. I am currently working at Restek Corporation in Bellefonte, PA as a Research Chemist. My company had hired your law firm to transfer my H1 visa from Penn State University to them. My H1 was transferred without any problems. I was very satisfied the service I received from the staff of your law firm. My company was also happy with the services and would hire your firm for any future immigration work.
I completed my Masters program in Forestry at Stephen F. Austin State University (Texas). I accepted a professional position at Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (Forestry). My wife and I had some concerns and wanted some stability as our daughter (first child) was born recently. We contacted Attorney Khanna and he immediately called home and advised me to convert to H1. My Supervisor and higher ups gave a very favorable reception. Attorney Khanna and his staff demonstrated high professionalism resulting in me getting my H1 status. We (myself, my wife Esther and Hannah - our little one) want to take this oppurtunity to convey our sincere gratitude for all the consideration and timely help. I express my best wishes to Attorney Khana and his team in their endeavor. D. Samuel
I recently got my I-485 approval. The whole process took 28 months. Mr Khanna and his staff in particular, Ms. Diane Lombardo and Ms. Suman Bhasin, have done such a marvelous job. I cannot describe my thanks in words. Mr. Khanna has a very well organized, knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient team. They know exactly what needs to be done and are always available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend Mr. Khanna to anyone who needs a legal help on immigration issues. Again, thanks Mr. Khanna, Ms. Batista, Ms. Suman Bhasin, and Ms. Diane Lombardo for your help.
I just got my GC approved through the Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. Over the last four years I had a very good experience with all the professionals who handled my case at your offices. After so many years waiting at the labor certification stage (PBEC story), they helped me to put together the I-140/485 application, with timely and to-the-point responses to my questions along the way, is a short time. As a result, my application got approved within a couple of months way before my expected timeline. Many thanks to Richa, Amrita (LC stage) and Mathew, Rita (I-140/485) for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
For the second time in a row, Mr. Rajiv's office impresses me. This time they got my I140 approved in 7 days, Yes 7 days. This time Suman and Tarun have done superb job as Amrita and Seema done in my PERM. These people are very meticulous. They review the file multiple times. Finally, I repeat my pledge to you, if you got problems with your lawyer or if you are out to choose a law firm, Go with Rajiv's office. Every Penny you spend here is well spent. Thanks all Emad
Thanks to the firm and Mr.Jitesh who did excellent work in replying to the RFE for I-140.
This law firm did good job in replying to RFE that I got while processing I-140.Timely tip off and good documentation work.
Thanks for the help
Mr. Rajiv Khanna gave the best advice for me. Thank you Mr. Khanna.
I'd like to use this opportunity to thank both Mathew and Tarun for their great job in preparing my I-485 case. Especially Tarun, who helped me a lot during the process. I understand that most of your clients put their comments after their cases got approved. But I'm so impressed by him, I'd like to thank him before we even file the case!! Tarun is very prompt in response, very helpful and very patient. I'm very happy that your office hired such a wonderful person. -- Best regards
Thanks to Jitesh, my law suit against USCIS was successful and my GC application is finally approved. I am very happy with his service.
I would like to spare some time to recognize the team efforts from Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna while dealing with my case.
I got my all the approvals for different documents in very decent time frame which reflected the professional excellence of all the people working as team.
Thank you to Mathew,Richa,Aruna and Kumuda for your coordination and support.
We have received two interesting B-2 extensions. It has been my view that under certain circumstances B-2 can and should be permitted by USCIS to be used even where the applicant has an immigrant intent or is otherwise staying longer than usual in USA. Apparently, USCIS agrees.
I am Physician turned Business man in Pharmaceutical business feild with outstanding acheivements and almost 8 international and national awards in recognition of my contributions in the feild of business. I live outside of USA and got my EB1 approved in 21days time in Dec 09. I am looking forward to Consular process now. However, it is taking so long and I applied for I-824 now requesting USCIS to forward the copy of EB1 Approvals to NVC for consular processing. I would like to know how long it might take for me to obtain my Green Card and start living in the United States.
Typically, anywhere from 5-6 months to a year.
Is there any rule that necessitates an EB1 Green Card holder to stay for a certain number of days in the USA every year? I travel frequently to various parts of the world for concerts or professional business. Will this impact on my Green Card status in anyway? I still file my taxes in the USA though.
All green card holders are required to make USA their permanent home. Otherwise, their green card can be taken away. Look into the option of reentry permit.
The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced that it has completed the installation of its Digital Audio Recording (DAR) system in all of its courtrooms, four weeks ahead of schedule. The DAR system is a state-of-theart recording tool designed to achieve a better quality and more easily accessible recording of immigration court hearings.
Hello, My interactions with the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna started in Aug 2004 when I first applied for my H1 visa. Ever since, I have reached out to Mr. Khanna, Mr. Chacko and other support personnel (Ms. Mehta, Ms.Bhasin, Ms.Baker) for all my immigration related needs. This group of professionals is the best you can ever hope to find to help you navigate the complex and painfully slow immigration process. Rajiv and his team form a tremendous body of knowledge and the beauty of this group is that they provide their expertise as a 'service'. It is true that the law firm charges fees for processing ones case, but the amounts charged are far less than what one would have to pay elsewhere for service that is typically not on par. Mr. Khanna himself has called me on numerous occasions to clarify a question or seek more specific detail....it amazes me that the seniormost attorney in the firm takes time to do this and that too without charging a single dime for a personal call. My wife and I used Rajiv's offices to handle our Green Card application. The process was lengthy and stretched over 6 years from start to finish. I'm glad to report that the GC was granted. Without Rajiv's group supporting this would have been a nightmare. The team that handled my case did their work in the most professional manner possible. I got prompt replies to my emails, voice messages and on occasion even emails and calls over the weekend. I have probably inundated mailboxes with questions and counter arguments...never once have I been discouraged from asking questions nor have I not gotten a clear and definitive answer for my queries. Over the green card process, Rajiv's group renewed my Advance Paroloe and Employment applications (for my wife and I) three times. They have never sent me a bill for this, stating clearly that this falls within the overall green card application process. In my comments above, I emphasize on many occasion the financial matters related with this firm. It is also important to highlight the humane treatment you are accorded by everyone I worked with. The support staff and attorneys clearly understand the emotional stress involved in the immigration process and they treat you with respect and dignity. I have referred many friends of mine to Rajiv's office and they all state similar commendable experience. In short, I am glad I found this group of brilliant immigration attorneys and support personnel. I'm glad they were on my side and helped me win permanent residency. I can state without any hesitation that you will not be disappointed if you choose Rajiv's group to represent you. The level of service and support you will receive from the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna will be far more than what you ever dream about. Many thanks to everyone at Rajiv's office for all the hard work. If there is anything I can every do in return please let me know....
I am a US Citizen and I want to apply for my wife. Been married for 9 years. She comes and visits me on her visa waiver from NZ. What papers do I need to apply for her and how long would it take? Would it be quick and easy to apply for her while she is here on her visa waiver?
I have a 5 year multivisa. I visited US for two weeks 4 month ago. Now my friends invite me to stay longer than 2 weeks (2-3 months) and I dont have a job now. Can you please advice how long can I stay in US with this visa?
The duration of the stay will be determined by the CBP when you land in USA.
Very knowledgeable and profession Service
Mr. Khanna and his collegues ensured a smooth process for my Greencard application. Thanks for all the help.
