Thanks to Rajiv and his team. My LC was filed in Nov' 99 and got approved on Nov'12th 2000. Applying for I-140. This team is very prompt, patient, energetic and knowledgeable. The team reply to every question very carefully. Rajiv even replied to some personal immigration questions when I need to change my wife's H4 status to F1 (we went to Mexico for this). Thanks to Rajiv for all his answers and suggestions. GC is a major milestone in our life, for those who want to make a career in U.S. We need patience and above all must follow the attorney's suggestions for successfully getting the GC.
Green card experience : I would like to thank Mr Rajiv Khanna, Fidelina and their staff for all the help they provided through my Green card process. I am glad I selected them as my lawyers and would recommend others too if they want a hasle free green card processing. My Labour was done in Feb 98 and it came in under 6 months. We tried for EB2 I140 but since I did not have masters, we got an RFE. We selected EB3 as an option then but due to some confusion at the VSC side, my I140 was denied, they thought we are asking for EB2 again. My date had luckily become current at that time. Due to the quick response from Fedilina, my 140 was approved in about a week or so. That was something really extraordinary and I am glad Fidelina was handling my case. We are able to file 485 at that time, Aug 99. Got the EAD in about 3 months. But unfortunately, the dates went back. At that time, my wife’s 140 got approved in EB2 and through another lawyer. Her date was current. We were in a dilemma whether to file another 485 while earlier 485 was still pending, do CP or just wait. We finally decided to go for CP. We had our interview on 25 October at Delhi and had to wait for 2 weeks at delhi because of Name check problem. Fidelina had been nice to answer my queries every now and then through the whole process. The CP process was very smooth without any problems. If anybody has any specific question, please write to me at KHERAA@YAHOO.COM and I will be really glad to answer.
Rajiv's staff is well informed, prompt and very friendly. I had no problem during all the phases of processing. I received prompt response to my emails and Rajiv or his staff members were easily available to answer any questions. Further he has a real good system to organize and store documents; because of which I never had to refer to any of my old documents over the course of my 3.5 years of Green card processing. Further his consultation fees are reasonable. I would recommend his services.
Hi everybody.. Thanks to excellent work by Rajiv and his colleagues, we received our GC in about 10 months - filed 485 in Jan01, approved in Nov01 EB2 RIR. There is no doubt Rajiv & team are the best- one can feel assured about the entire process - we got step by step explanation of the entire process, the documents that will be required, sample of all affidavits that may be required. We just provide personal and work info, Rajiv's office completes all paperwork and send them for your signature - very quickly by Fedex. Diane is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had no RFE's but had to file I140 amendment for company merger. Everything went on smoothly, thanks to Rajiv's staff and their solid preparation. Entire GC process started in Sep 99 to approval in Nov 01. Great job Rajiv. Once labor was approved, we had info as to what we can expect in the I140 and I485 process. All we had to do was fill in our part and leave the rest to RSK's office. Rajiv is so easy to reach as is the person working on the case. Prompt response to your queries and no-nonsense communication are other highlights one can find when working with Rajiv. In closing we have no hesitation in recommending Rajiv Khanna to look after your immigration needs. Just look at how many folks felt happy working with Rajiv. Thanks to his famous website immigration.com and the various links (the forums section is my favourite) he has surely helped so many of us to successfully complete the long journey to residency. God Bless.
I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his team members esp. Suman, Leila and Diane Lombardo for the great services they have provided to my family. We started our GC process two years ago and got approved in Sep '01 and received card in Dec '01. Applied under EB2 RIR.
I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his team members for the great services they have provided to my family. My wife and I started our GC application three years ago and got approved last month. It's EB2 RIR.

I would like to appreciate Mr.Khanna for his service and would like to recommend my friends to take up his service for any future needs. I had an issue and he gladly offered me a free consultation and surprisingly when I asked him 'should I take your firm service for the issue?' - He said not required and it can be done by me. This shows the greatness of this firm and stands as a proof to show they do "Service" and not just charge clients like others do earn money. In addition a person like Mr. Rajiv who has a well established name not only provided free consolation but also more amazingly - prior to the conference he has gone through/read my issue and gave the solution without asking me to explain the issue again.
ThanksThanks

I spoke with Rajiv Sir on two accounts regarding two separate issues. He was very helpful, unlike others who tried to scare me about my situation form time to time. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to him. I would recommend his services to everyone. He is someone who actually knows his job. He is highly knowledgeable in the matters of US immigration. Above everything else, he has a heart.

I have had my J1 Waiver transfer and H1B visas through the firm , and had a very nice and fruitful experience,J1 waiver transfer was tricky and challenging but Rena Wadell and Anna Baker handled it successfully I would specially thank Rena Wadell and Diane Lombardo for their prompt and polite service ,I would definitely recommend them to any one unconditionally.
This is fair comment Me and my family had a past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv. We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife, the consultation was free. Very hard to believe that some of the desi people out there do consultations not for the benifit of themselves but for the society. Rajiv still remebers of the old days where he had to struggle in the early 80's for maintaining his status and paying money to attornies. His advice is very helpfull and words can express our gratitude towards him. Thanks Rajiv for putting so much effort to rejunivate lives of some of the critical situations in the immigration law.
I have Bachelor of science in nursing with 10 years of progressive experience (8 yrs in my home country then more than 2 yrs here in USA), do I qualify for EB2? What are the chances to get approved? If the company will file for concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485; will they give me working permit or EAD within 60 days though I-140 under EB2 category is still pending?
If your job requires BS + 5 years experience and you meet the requirements, EB2 is a possibility. Assuming you are born in a country for which the EB2 priority dates are current, you should get an EAD while the 140 and AOS are still pending.
I am with a major US university as professor for only 9 months (H1B). Physician+PhD, 16 years professional experience in Europe, 20 papers, 1 book. Am I eligible for EB2 or is it too early to apply for EB green card?
You are certainly eligible for EB2 and you must apply as soon as possible. Professorial jobs can reuse existing advertisements if they file PERM within 18 months of when the job was offered to them. You should also have your resume assessed for a simultaneous EB1 application.
We had a case with our employee where his H1 extension was denied. We had very little time to apply for a new extension before his earlier H1 expired. Rajiv Khanna assured us that he will get the H1 for our employee. All the team members at Rajiv Khanna's law offices were very helpful and got the application submitted in 2 days. The employee received his H1 approval in record time. Thanks a lot for all your efforts and help. We highly recommend Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna for all your immigration needs.
This is one of my happiest moments where I take the pleasure of thanking Rajiv and his team for taking up my case very wisely on time for my H1 Extension. This was approved today where Rena and Anna had put in good amount of effort in my case where they had very little time (just 2 days before my existing H1 expired) to do so. As Hard Work always pays, I am very glad that my H1 was approved today (where my previous H1 got denied just 10 days ago applied through a diff. lawyer). Thanking Rajiv and his team once again, I wish all his clients All the Best and this Law firm should be the first choice for everyone. Thanks, Kishore.
WASHINGTON—U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced the availability of new data reports covering agency performance in a broad range of data and operational areas. The reports, prepared at the request of agency stakeholders, advance agency efforts to enhance transparency and improve customer service.
I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC. I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement. I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.
