I would rate my experience with this office as above average. Without a doubt, Rajeev has an excellent command over immigration law and is a very approachable person. He answers all queries very precisely and within 24 hours. He gives an exact analysis of the available options. My case was handled by Diane. Again, an extremely efficient person. She would answer my questions right away and many times on weekends. Room for improvement: Clients should be able to get within 24h phone appointments with Rajeev. Once I called law office on a Friday afternoon to speak with Rajeev, and the operator offered me next wednesday afternoon as the nearest possible appointment. However, this happened only once and all of the other times, I was given an appointment within a day or two. I must also add that not all of the staff was as efficient and professional as Rajiv or Diane. Accounts people did some miscalculation on my account and it took me numerous emails to get that fixed. These issues, though minor, should be handled promptly and responsibly.

My GC process was started towards the end of 1999. After the Labor Cert. was approved, my I-140 was filed for. At this stage there was an RFE on my I-140. The case was complicated and at that point of time it seemed that there were very few chances of winning it. Thanks to concerted efforts of law firm, I got my GC in 1.5 years. The remarkable thing about the people working at this law firm is that they always return your calls ( especially Ms Lehman). I am working in a Federal Gov't Agency, and in the near future leaving for Frankfurt, Germany, for a conference, and with a plan in mind to fly to USA via Germany after my conference is completed. My question, here, is that whether I can use my US visa, which is valid up to Apr 06/2012, whereas the passport has already expired by last May 23/2011, and due to be replaced by a new one.
You will need an unexpired passport to enter USA. People in your situation carry both the new and the old passports.
Regarding EB-2 application, which is more likely to be approved (or faster), the Master's equivalency (BS graduate to be evaluated in a university to be master's equivalent) OR the 5 years progressive experience? There's only one Occupational Therapist that I know personally who was approved and it was through the Master's equivalency (she didn't even have 5 years experience). Also, would it rely/depend on the employer's capability to support documents or does it also depend on how meticulous the lawyer is with the details to be submitted in the USCIS?
It all begins with the lawyers. So, make sure your counsel are meticulous and plan for every possible eventuality they can think of. The job HAS to be described truthfully.

You will have several years of wait in the green card process.
