Special thanks to Rajiv, Suman, Richa, Vijay, Fidelina and Pooja for getting my LC approved in record time and subsequently filing my I-140 (currently pending at INS TSC). Best Regards, Rob.
I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff for all their help in our long road to I-485 approval. At every stage of our journey we received professonal help and advice. I have always recommended and I always will recommend this Law Firm to everyone I know. Thank you.
My husband and I did our GC processing simultaneously with the help of Mr. Khanna's law office. We figured it would be a good idea to process both applications to play it safe in this post modern era of corporate mergers and acquisitions that some times kill the GC paper work half way. We ultimately got our GC's through my husband's application. It was through a regular Labor certification and Consular process in Chennai. The whole process took us a little over 2 years. In addition to Mr. Khanna himself, who was absolutely fantastic, we worked with Suman who was good until we got our labor certification. Diane Lombardo helped me with my case and was excellent.
impressive by Rajiv and his staff's efficiency, responsiveness, professionalism and most importantly they get things done effectively. Highly recommend to everyone.

Hi Guys, This letter is intended to express our thanx and appreciation for the service rendered by law offices of Rajiv S.Khanna. For your information: I work as a research scientist at Science Applications International Corporation where I do some active research in atmospheric modeling. I got my green-card stamping done sometime last month. It took us about a year and half for the complete processing of GC. My experience with the law offices of Khanna has been a very pleasent one. There was no pressure from the start and at every stage I was confident that the law offices of Khanna would do its best to see us thru' this otherwise complex process. I hardly did any book-keeping. Rajiv Khanna and his able crew made the sailing very simple. I would strongly recommend the law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna to potential immigrants. One statement about Mr.Khanna: I found him to offer the correct advice at the right time without any exaggration. -Gopal
We won this case for the applicant having over eleven years of experience in the field of semiconductor thin films and solar cells. This applicant had received a prestigious international award. We provided evidence of the criteria of this award as well as numerous recommendation letters from other experts in the field describing the competitive nature of the award. Given the level of expertise of this applicant, he was highly sought after to review for prestigious international journals in his field. This is an honor only bestowed on the very best.
I am very delighted to write our journey for O1 visa apporval for me and my wife with Mr. Rajiv ji and his excellent, highly professional and kind team. We approached to Mr. Khanna's law firm through my current employer, the process of writing the petition, collecting the papers and then review, edit and final submission was handled with the highest quality standards and as per the required regulations. We had several phone call discussions with Mr. Khanna, and to my surprise he knew every minute details of the information which was provided to him by us. Frankly speaking this was a truly professional at the same time a kind humanized approach from the team of Mr. Khanna. Special thanks goes to Ms. Diane Lombardo for her unconditional help, support and encouragement. We strongly recommend this firm to be used for any law related assignment. (e.g. visa, green card etc). Time management was excellent, follow up was extremely good. Best Regards, Dr. Manoj Jadhav,PhD, FCP

Effective December 18, 2015, H-2B workers identified as “returning workers” are exempted from the fiscal year (FY) 2016 annual H-2B cap of 66,000 visas. See Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) §214(g)(9)(a), 8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(9)(a), as revised by Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-113).
A returning worker is defined as an H-2B worker who was previously counted against the annual H-2B cap of 66,000 visas during FYs 2013, 2014, or 2015. This means:

Congress created the EB-5 visa program in 1990 as a tool to stimulate the U.S. economy by encouraging foreign capital investments and job creation. The EB-5 program makes immigrant visas and subsequent “green cards” available to foreign nationals who invest at least $1,000,000 in a new commercial enterprise (NCE) that will create or preserve at least ten full-time jobs in the United States. A foreign national may invest $500,000 if the investment is in a targeted employment area (TEA), defined to include certain rural areas and areas of high unemployment.
Hi everyone, I just got my passport stamped today and I am so happy, that's why I come here to share with you guys.
Rajiv Khanna and associates helped me in my Green Card processing since Nov 2015 and recently they did an excellent job to clear my I-140 approval. Fortunately I didn't receive any RFE, was mainly due to the well preparation of my application by one of the lawyer in the lawyer group. I got my I-140 approval in two weeks super timing. It was due to a great job and effort done by the Rajiv Khanna's office and their associates. I full heartily appreciate their excellent work and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation who are looking for a good immigration lawyer for their Green Card or any other immigration related work. Thanks
I would highly recommend the services of Rajiv Khanna for any immigration issues. They were successfully able to process my green card even though I had stopped working for the sponsoring company for about a year.
