Got my I-485 approval on March/26/2001, less than 2 yrs from when the labor certification application was sent in. I would highly recommend Rajiv Khanna to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer. Rajiv and his associates processed my Green Card application under NIW category. I got my GC very smoothly. Excellent Service. He is very selective to take the case and doesn't accept it so long he is not fully convinced about the merit of the case. Moreover, he favored me by providing some legal information not related to immigration law. I am very satisfied.

My wife & kids H4 was not renewed and were Out of Status due to company's fault and my ignorance and trust on the company. This happened in 2003. We hired a local lawyer, best in town, to handle my case in 2005, when I found out on my own that my dependant's H4 was not renewed. We applied at USCIS, but was rejected. We appealed in the Court, but was denied.
I contacted Rajiv Khanna and we applied in 2008, after more than 4 years in Out of Status. My H1 was renewed, along with H4 in 2 days!!!!! Can you believe it?
After 4 years of Mental tension and all the agony, we passed through, we felt so relieved.

Both me and my wife filed for our I-485 processing through LORK in July 2007. My file got through and I received my EAD,I-485 receipts and AP. But my wife's file got lost in USCIS and we did not got any receipts. Roopa and Matthew put in great efforts to get her application through. It was a long and painful journey of seven years. But, at the end I finally got my GC. Through out this procedure the only positive thing was the help and support I received from Mr. khanna's office. I first applied EB-3 in 2006. Got my EAD through EB-3 application. Then reapplied for EB-2 in 2012 and got my GC in August, 2013. Through out the process Mr. Khanna and his staff was so helpful and thorogh that it made my journey lot easier. I would specially like to mention Suman, Mathew, Seema and Bharathi for all their help extended to me. I can not experess enough thanks to them. I would recommend Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for anybody whoever need any help on immigration issue. They are simply the best immigration attorney in this country!
