I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. I just got my GC approved through the Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. Over the last four years I had a very good experience with all the professionals who handled my case at your offices. After so many years waiting at the labor certification stage (PBEC story), they helped me to put together the I-140/485 application, with timely and to-the-point responses to my questions along the way, is a short time. As a result, my application got approved within a couple of months way before my expected timeline. Many thanks to Richa, Amrita (LC stage) and Mathew, Rita (I-140/485) for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
For the second time in a row, Mr. Rajiv's office impresses me. This time they got my I140 approved in 7 days, Yes 7 days. This time Suman and Tarun have done superb job as Amrita and Seema done in my PERM. These people are very meticulous. They review the file multiple times. Finally, I repeat my pledge to you, if you got problems with your lawyer or if you are out to choose a law firm, Go with Rajiv's office. Every Penny you spend here is well spent. Thanks all Emad

I'd like to use this opportunity to thank both Mathew and Tarun for their great job in preparing my I-485 case. Especially Tarun, who helped me a lot during the process. I understand that most of your clients put their comments after their cases got approved. But I'm so impressed by him, I'd like to thank him before we even file the case!! Tarun is very prompt in response, very helpful and very patient. I'm very happy that your office hired such a wonderful person. -- Best regards

I am on H-1B & my wife also on H-1B. After three months pregnancy leave my wife is planning not to work and to transfer from H-1B to H-4. She will not have last paychecks copy for three months so will it be an issue during transfer? Will she need to start the job again to get three paychecks copy ?
Reasonable maternity leave should be considered "in status" period, so pay stubs should not be needed.

The Department has published a notice in the Federal Register announcing new Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs) for each state, based on the Farm Labor Survey conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The AEWRs are the minimum hourly wage rates the Department has determined must be offered and paid by employers to H-2A workers and workers in corresponding employment for a particular agricultural job and area, so that the wages of similarly employed U.S. workers will not be adversely affected.
I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
