I was greatly pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and promptness of Rajiv Khanna and his staff with regard to the dealings of my green card case. Rajiv Khanna's advise was invaluable in my case and I was able to obtain my GC in 14 months through CP at chennai. His staff made the whole experience very easy, simple and painless. I would greatly recommend him and have done so to several of my friends. Please feel free to contact me if any questions. Regards Tg
Rajiv is certainly an expert on Immigration Laws and will give you your options, straight up. He has retained staff who are professional, helpful and supportive. Many, many thanks to Diane Lombardo, who was always available and also to Leila and Suman, who would return calls and e-mails in a timely manner. This is a Law Office which allows you to maintain sanity through the tedious and complex INS process, and one which I highly recommend.
I appreciate the work you all done for getting through the H1 and H4 intime. Thank you very much for Rajiv, Charu and Ursula
This bulletin summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during July. Excellent team. Very quick effective correspondance and communications skills by Mr. Vikas.
Though still waiting for my last stage of GC to be cleared, I went with Rajiv S. Khanna as my attorney. Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and is straight up and abreast of rules & regulations. He helped me at every point in the whole process even when my 6 yr H1-B was getting expired to file the renewal with appropriate paperwork and was very quick to do this. I never had any problem or incompletion about the paperwork done under his guidance, which has been perfect. Perfect paperwork reduces the total time of this lengthy process. His associates who worked with me on my case are very thorough. I am greatly thankful to Richa Narang who worked with me from the begining of the process and then Prerna Mehta who took over later who is always available and is happy to respond calmly and peacefully. Also many, many thanks to Sheena, Mathew, Lakshmi and other staff members who are very co-operative and would return calls & e-mails promptly. I even got good & prompt advises on some legal issues even if it wasn't the area of interest for them and not related to my case. I am really glad that I chose this Law firm. I am greatly pleased with Rajiv and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC.
Many thanks to all for doing a wonderful job, excellent team.
Law offices of Rajiv Khanna did a good job in getting my labor approved. My special thanks to Richa and Suman My case is EB2 with masters. But, I got masters after joining the company. I am currently on second year of my H-1B. My PERM is approved with a priority date of March 2013; I-140 is filed and pending approval. I am hoping this would be approved in July 2014. My question is I am planning to switch employer. Can I carry over my priority date with new employer? If so, are there any conditions like minimum period to wait after I-140 is approved to carry over the Priority dates to new employer?
The priority date is yours the mom
How can a artist get a green card?
Basically two ways: through a job offer in your field OR through your own qualifications, but only if you are nationally or internationally famous.

After a bad experience with a prominent NY law firm dealing with immigration, I came to this site. I was initially skeptical because the firm was not based in the city I work and live in but the promptness of getting the paperwork done, the willingness to answer doubts whenever they arose and reassuring me about my status when I had to leave the country on a sudden emergency back in India- all of these point to an organization and its people who clearly are the benchmark I would use for any professional service rendered in the future. Great job! Thanks.
