Hi everybody.. Thanks to excellent work by Rajiv and his colleagues, we received our GC in about 10 months - filed 485 in Jan01, approved in Nov01 EB2 RIR. There is no doubt Rajiv & team are the best- one can feel assured about the entire process - we got step by step explanation of the entire process, the documents that will be required, sample of all affidavits that may be required. We just provide personal and work info, Rajiv's office completes all paperwork and send them for your signature - very quickly by Fedex. Diane is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had no RFE's but had to file I140 amendment for company merger. Everything went on smoothly, thanks to Rajiv's staff and their solid preparation. Entire GC process started in Sep 99 to approval in Nov 01. Great job Rajiv. Once labor was approved, we had info as to what we can expect in the I140 and I485 process. All we had to do was fill in our part and leave the rest to RSK's office. Rajiv is so easy to reach as is the person working on the case. This is fair comment  Me and my family had a  past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv.We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife,the consultation was free. We had a case with our employee where his H1 extension was denied. We had very little time to apply for a new extension before his earlier H1 expired. This is one of my happiest moments where I take the pleasure of thanking Rajiv and his team for taking up my case very wisely on time for my H1 Extension. I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC.  I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement.   I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.
