I got my passsport stamped at the local INS office today. Rajiv and his team have done a wonderful job ! They answer any questions you might have even after your case is approved ! The entire Green Card process took only 19 months with no RFE issued at any stage as far as paperwork is concerned. I most definitely would recommend Mr.Khanna's office for GC and H1-B cases.
My wife and I received I-485 approval notice and our passports stamped in Charleston, SC on March 6th, 2002. I started the process in Nov 1998 with Rajiv Khanna. I should say that the whole process took a while, but Mr. Khanna helped me to clear every hurdle. One of the good things I liked about Mr. Khanna and staff is that they can be reached very easily through email, and all of them are very prompt in replying too. I found the staff in his office, especially Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo and Leila Lehman, very cooperative and knowledgeable. Mr. Khanna and his staff always kept me well informed about the status of the green card process. Rajiv is well abreast of immigration rules and regulations. I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna's service for any immigration matter. I am thankful to Rajiv and his wonderful team.
My GC case was handled very cautiously with keeping my interest on top of everything. I think Law offices of Rajiv Khanna take well proven approach that makes it lowest risk solution.
Hi, I am a 3 + year old Client of Rajiv's law firm all the way from H1 to GC approval. I would like to highly recommend the quality of work all of them do.Initially, when I consulted them for H1, Rajiv told me that "50 - 50 chances" , "you may get it", etc.. etc.. (Since I came as a Student and didn't finish my course work.) Guess what ? Approval was waiting in the mail box. Same thing for G.C. He told me that the processing is taking longer and I may get G.C. and within 2 1/2 years, my GC got approved. I want to appreciate all the great work done by Dorothy, Suman, Leila Lehman and especially, Diane Lombardo for the high quality work. I got 2 RFEs and I doubted whether I would ever get G.C. and to my surprise, I received the G.C. approval. This is not boasting about Rajiv's Law Firm but I felt that I got every Penny out of the Dollar spent. They are a great team. Their Service is fast, prompt, reliable and result oriented. Thanks Rajiv,Suman,Dorothy, Leila and Diane and all of those who are hidden behind the scene.
Rajiv and his team - One of the most dedicated, sincere, helpful teams I have ever seen. They are very co-operative. Whenever I needed any information I could get it from them right away.I would not hesitate even a bit to say if you need any help, you have Rajiv's team. Rajiv, Dianne, Leila, Suman,Lakshmi,etc...ev'one was very good in their service. Thankyou Raji & Team...for the help I received from you all. And Good luck!!
Rajiv and his team are just wonderful. My very special thanks to the team member who worked with me for being courteous and highly professional. It is a pleasure to talk to Rajiv and his team of dedicated staff with my questions and comments. They are ever willing to answer my queries. Thanks also to Charu, Sirisha and others who have helped me to get through this H1-B approval. I have no hesitation to recommend this outstanding team of professionals to anyone who need good immigration attorney.
thank you i appreciate your work!
Thanks to Rajiv and his team for their excellent work. The team is very experienced and knowledgeable. They are prompt in filing all documents with INS in all the stages of processing.Rajiv and his team is very prompt in replying to all my email queries. I strongly recommend Rajiv for your visa processing.
My wife and I got our Green Cards through the Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna. Every single employee who handled our files starting with the Labor Certification through the I-140 process and the I-485 application was a pleasure to work with and was extremely professional and helpful. I can definitely see why 'The Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna' has such a great (and well deserved) reputation across the US.
The team at immigration.com is always very helpful and responsive . They guide you well on each step of the GC process. Thanks to you guys I got my green card this year in August 08.
Thanks for your team's excellent work in helping me get my EB2 Green card. I have always had quick and to the point answers to all my queries from you as well as Rita/Sheena. I especially wanted to mention the extra effort put in by your firm to have my case filed in time on July 2nd 07 as well as the time spent in reconciling my two different priority dates. I will definitely avail of your services in future whenever needed.
After having my case botched up by a local lawyer, I restarted the process by retaining the services of the Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna. With just about a year remaining on my 6-yr H1 period, the Law Offices was able to help me file an LC just in time to be eligible for n-th year H1 extensions. During the Aug 07 filing crush, despite an error on my part, Prerna displayed great patience in accepting my 485 packet only a week prior to the Aug 17 2007 deadline. The 485 was filed on Aug 15 2007 and I received the approval notice and the plastic card last week. I highly recommend this law firm - their professional treatment of clients (both petitioners and beneficiaries) and Rajiv's empathetic responses to questions on the ForClients website really makes life easier for those going through this process.
Hi Rajiv, Mathew and Prerna,
Thank you so much for your efforts and support during the entire green card process.
Previously, I had selected CP process for the final stage. Due to fiasco with PD date in last June, Rajivji called me personally and suggested me to go with 485 even though I had selected CP process. It was the perfect decision at that moment. It took me exact 1 year to get the consular interview. I received the interview letter in August and since my wife is pregnant it was impossible for us to fly to India.
And I received the good news in 1st week of Aug through 485 process that card production is ordered.
Special thanks to Mathew Chacko, Prerna for their excellent support.
Thank you Rajiv, Mathew, Richa, Prerna, Bharathi and everyone in team for handling our EB2 GC so smoothly. We did not get any RFE and all thing went very smoothly. All team members were very professional and courteous and made sure all paper work go completed and reviewed many times before final submission.
RK law office is the best and I would recommend strongly to everyone. Thank you for doing great work.
Vikas and his team did an outstanding job and meticulously guided us through the process to quick success. Thanks.
Thanks a ton to Rajiv, Heather, Leslie, Mathew, Mark, Anna, Art, Seema, Amrita and other team members for handling our EB2 GC processing very professionally from the beginning to the end. My wife and I got GCs recently without any hiccups. We did not get any RFE and everything went extremely well and smoothly. All the team members were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They reviewed the paperwork several times before final submission and made sure it was complete, accurate and error-proof. Once again, I thank you guys immensely and I will recommend your service to my friends and I myself will consider the services from your firm for other immigration purposes.
A big thanks to Rajiv and his whole team for all their help. I had a wonderful experience with every single person in his team. They were very quick in responding to my questions. When my initial paper work had to be filed only three days were left before the deadline. Heather gave me a call to tell me that I have a chance to apply within next few days for my green card or I would have to wait for several months. I was not sure if it would be possible or not but I decided to do it. Everyone in Rajiv's team worked diligently with me to finish my paperwork on time. I was very impressed by the dedication and commitment they showed towards my case. I truly recommend Rajiv and his team's services to everyone. They are truly fantastic!
Thanks to the whole team. Rajiv jee, Judi, Anna!! Great work. All my questions were answered by the team and my paper work was prepared meticulously. Very highly recommended.
Thanks to Mr.Rajiv Khanna and Ms.Sheena Gill. I got a most substantive RFE on my I140. INS asked too much information and the time is less. Sheena and my company worked over time and replied to the RFE with perfect documentation with in the time.I was surprised to see the approval time within a week.
The credit goes to Ms. Sheena and my employer.
I got an RFE to prove my experience with skills and old employer was not ready to give letter with skills. Sheena, Rajeev and Mathew took care of it so professionally. When I read the RFE reply before sending it; I was amazed at the work put in. Once again thanks to Sheena and all.
Thanks to Sheena for working on I-140 RFE that required lot of documents and finally it was approved. Also I would like to thank Mathew, Prerna and Richa for working in my GC process. I hope I-485 will be approved soon.
I and my wife recently got our green cards approved, which was been processed through LORK's office.
The process took a while to complete but finally it got over. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rajiv Khanna and and everybody at his firm for handling the processing of our application so expertly and professionally.
Special thanks to Mathew Chacko, Prerna Mehta, Amrita and Bharathi Gajala who were involved with our cases at different stages. The LORK team members were always very cooperative and helpful with all of our GC related matters. I had also received RFEs for my case and they were responded to very promptly and with accurate detail by Rajiv and his team members.
I would also like to thank Rajiv Khanna for the great service he provides for the immigrant community through his Live chats. These chats and the recorded transcripts helped us with answering our queries and doubts over the whole complicated process of Green card and also kept our hopes up during the long-winded process.
Looking forward to working with LORK's office again in future.
I have been working with Rajeev Khanna's Laws office since the beginning of 2005 when i applied my labor. The whole team has been very helpful and very prompt in informing me about the latest status. I have had RFE on labor and 40 and both have been addressed promptly and all the documentation was done without much involvement from me. Even when we had a window to apply for my I -485 within a very short period of time. I personally thank Sheena, Tarun and the whole team for being very helpful. I hope i get my 485 approved soon. I would recommend the team to everyone who is looking for their immigration and other services. Thanks once again.
I am an Australian citizen currently on a B2 that expires in Oct. I lodged I-539 application for extension in Aug and received I-797 receipt Aug 25.
I may have found an employer that will sponsor me on an E3 visa (Australians only). All I need is a letter of offer and a completed Labor Condition Application.
To apply for the E3 visa though, I need to leave the USA and visit a US consulate. I do not have my original I94 any more (I submitted it with my I-539) but I do have a copy of it. Once I get a letter of offer, I will travel to either Toronto Canada or home to Sydney Australia to apply for the visa.
Qo1. Can I still leave the USA without the original I94?
Qo2. In the event my E3 visa is denied, will I be able to re-enter the USA from Canada without the original I94, provided my stay in Canada is less than 30 days? (And how would this work if I take the trip up there after the expiration date of the original I94? Remembering that my B2 extension is pending)
Ans1. Yes. You should not need an original I-94 to travel out.
Ans2. You probably cannot reenter using a copy of the I-94. Not only that, your departure from USA renders your pending B application void (considered abandoned).
They way I see it, you have two choices. Wait for B extension before you go for E stamping. Or, go for E stamping bearing in mind the consequences of abandonment and reentry not assured.
It was very good experience working with Rajiv's office for green card processing. I got GC in less than 2 years. I rece ived professional guidance at every stage of the GC process. Following Rajiv's advise, I decided to go for consuler proc essing. Thanks to Liela, it took just 5 months between approval of I140 and interview and I had absolutely no problem at Mumbai consulate.
