A great job. I got my re-classification in 10 days with premium processing. The guys were really professional and helpful. Special thanks to team members for their patience in dealing with my many calls, I reccomend Rajiv Khanna with high honors.
We would like to thank Mr.Rajiv S Khanna, Richa Narang and Suman Bhasin for their help in getting the green card for us after changing the employer during I485 stage. The response from the team was quick and excellent for our queries. Our green card got approved after being transferred to the local offices. Green card for my wife and myself got approved from two different local INS. We wish Mr.Rajiv S Khanna and his team a success in all future endeavors.
There is just one word for Attny Khanna's team- the "Best". Since my case was National Interest Waiver, a lot depended on how the case is presented since this entailed having to waive the labor certification process. My sincere thanks to Diane Lombardo for arranging the petition nicely. Even when I got the RFE, they did not rest. Attorney Khanna himself talked with me, discussed the issue. He was ably supported by other team members and they came up with a great response because of which my petition was approved within seven days.I was able to waive the tedious labor certification process and the entire filing process to I-485 took just 5 months. Even now, Attny Khanna, Diane Lombardo and Leila Lehman are advising me, based on my unique conditions, if I should go for consular processing or file I-485. Best of all, you can expect replies to your email within 30 min and each of your phone call is received or they will call you back in a day.For me, retaining them to represent me was the single best thing that I have ever done. Thank you Attorney Khanna and his wonderful team.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Rena and Charu were extremely helpful in processing our applications. I would highly recommend their services to someone that is looking to quickly and comprehsivley complete the Visa process. John Pettit Adaptik Corporation
It gives me great pleasure to share my experience with Mr.Khanna and his courteous staff pertaining to my H1B and Green card processing. A majority of the immigration community thinks of Immigration lawyers as notorious for not returning the calls, not communicating with their clients regarding the progress of the case and not filing the petitions properly, Mr.Khanna and his staff completely eliminates this notion. At Mr.Khanna's office the emphasis is more on the Customer Service. You think I am exaggerating, but I have spoken and corresponded with lot of his staff members regarding my Green Card and H1B petitions and their attitude, their professionalism, their respect towards the clients is so conspicuously similar that you almost think that you are talking to the same person. Mr.Khanna and his staff have successfully filed my H1B and Green Card and at every step they have contacted me via E-mail and by phone. It is very comforting to get to know the progress of your case at every step contrary to having been left out in the dark, which lot of other firms do. My 7th year H1B extension has been approved and I am at the I-140 stage in my GC. The bottom line is if you are not with Mr.Khanna THEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. Albeit all the staff members are courteous and very professional, I would like to specifically thank Ms.Shivane Sharma, Ms.Ursual Jara-Elouaddane, Ms.Sirisha Durgam, Ms.Rena Waddel, Ms.Charu Bhagat, Ms.Suman Bhasin Keep up the good work Mr.Khanna and thank you for serving the immigration community.
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Rajiv Khanna and his associates. Just like everyone else, I have gone through my own set of complications in my GC process such as company merger, marraige after I-140, CP or I485 dilemma, forms getting lost in mail, RIR advertising etc.. I am sure if I had used any other attorney, I would've gone insane by now. But thanks to Rajiv Khanna and his associates I received my GC within 1.5 years. I strongly recommend him. Special thanks to Leila, Charu, Suman, Shivane and Richa.
My wife and I got the I-485 approval in March 2008. We filed the I-140 & I-485 in February 2006. The LC PERM was done by Rajiv’s law firm too. The I-140 was approved in 4 months without any issues.
Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Jitesh Malik. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. Malik called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly and providing correction/feed back immediately.
My sincere thanks to you Mr. Khanna, for all the help and guidance that you gave us through out the application process. You were always ready to answer all my questions and I really appreciate all the help that you provided.
In future if I need any immigration help I would definitely go for Rajiv firm. If anybody has any help needed about immigration I would highly recommend Rajiv firm.
I would like to thank the law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna for doing an outstanding job to help me get Labor Certification.
Here is what happened:
-My case was filed in feb 2008 under EB2
-Audit was sent on the 4th of March'08
- Response to the Audit was sent on 2nd April'08
- Labor was certified on 8th April'08.
I would specially like to thank Seema And Sheena for doing an outstanding job in preparing the appilication and the audit response letter. They were very polite and responded to all my queries promptly.
Also would like to thank Pramita in helping me out in the initial stages of process.
Thanks to Rajiv and his team for doing a terrific job.
I would like to thank Rajiv, Mathew, and Suman for their work on my case.
My 485 was denied and I had only 15 days to respond back or else I would have lost my EAD too! I came to know about Rajiv from a friend and emailed him right away, the same evening I got the denial letter. Next morning, Rajiv called me personally and collected all the details from me. At that time, he wasn't even sure if he is going to take the case or not. My 485 was based on family and I had done all the paper work myself. I had my initial interview 2 years back (in 2006) where I was asked to provide my original birth certificate within next 90 days. That was the only thing needed for approving my 485. I had sent my hospital issued birth certificate shortly after that. Since then I never heard back from USCIS. After a few info-pass appointments, I got a denial letter in Feb 2008.
The USCIS procedure mandates to send a letter of "Intend to deny" if the evidence they ask for (birth certificate in my case) is not satisfactory. I never got the intention letter. Instead, I got the denial!
The case was complicated but Rajiv took the time to research how to proceed and finally he suggested we appeal via form 290B (Motion to Reopen/ Reconsider). Mathew and Suman promptly created all necessary paperwork. I managed to get the municipality issued Birth Certificate and we files the Motion to Reopen within 10 days of receiving the denial letter. USCIS took a little over a month and approved my motion.
Now I just have to wait for my 485 to get approved. I was very pleased to find Rajiv and his team. I wish them all the best in the endeavor to help thousands of people with USCIS.
Law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna has provided excellent service in getting my I-140 approved (EB1-OR) within a few months.
I have dealt with other law firms before and I have no hesitation in reserving the highest praise for the supporting staff and attorney Rajiv Khanna. Mr. Khanna has been very straightforward, understanding, committed,
and singularly knowledgeable.
Incredibly, he agreed to a consultation (where he reviewed my eligibility under this
category) even before I had hired his services !
EB1 has its own set of complex requirements for both the
candidate and the employer. I have been very impressed with the way Mr. Khanna could explain these and appeased the doubts/hesitation of my managers. I have found him to be very approachable, generous and always willing to help in just about every issue regarding my immigration and legal status in the US.
My case manager, Diane Lombardo, has been extremely patient, supportive and prompt in responding to my innumerable
queries. She was instrumental in preparing the petition very meticulously . Over the last several months I have
been amazed at her committment and helpfulness.
As I understand, EB1 cases are difficult and I believe Mr. Khanna and Diane Lombardo have used all their experience to handle this I-140 petition in the most professional and satisfactory manner.
Thank you very much to attorney Khanna and his team !
Many thanks to everybody for their patience, perseverance, and professionalism over the last 6 very long years. Sometimes I was about to give up, but this morning when I walked out of the DHS office, it's all been worth it.
Hi Rajiv ji,

You and your team was very sensitive and responsive to my needs. And I appreciate that a lot.

I think Law office of Rajiv S Khanna has done a very good job in answering the RFE. After the RFE was answered, I got the approval in 15days.
I'd like to thank Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, for all the assistance with my case. The whole GC process through your offices was a real pleasant experience. As I am mentioning below, it took USCIS 6 years to adjudicate this case, when it was transferred from my former company, but it was possible only because of prompt intervention from your side and finding the correct resolution for this problem. I couldn't say that it happened by itself - it was truly a collaborative effort between Mr. Khanna and all other people of Law Offices of R.S.Khanna, my current company, my former employer, and last but not least, support from my family. Unfortunately, it showed how inefficient the government could be in certain aspects, and only diligence and persistence turned this into a success.
There was a complex RFE for I-485 AOS based on employment 2 years ago, which involved a H1-b denial of extension for former employer, handling status during that period, new H1-b, and travel to home country for visa stamping.
I’d like to thank Mathew Chacko for handling my case and all aspects of it.
I'd like to mention the diligence of Bharathi for answering to my emails almost instantenousely.
I'd like to thank Mr. Iqbal for stepping in and making sure about timely communication with USCIS NSC.
I'd like to thank Leslie and Prernaji for helping with other matters.
If you need your complex case done right, don’t hesitate to contact Mr. Khanna and his wonderful team.

Arrived around 9:15am, there were about 50people in the waiting area, checked in with the receptionist, and sat down for my interview. 30mins, 45mins, 60mins, 90MINS went by still no one called my name. Finally someone around 11am called me, so walked all the way down to the other end of the hallway.
After the formalities, I was asked if I had brought anything that I hadn't already submitted, I handed him proof of selective service registration.
I was asked the following questions:
Just wanted to share my timeline and some lessons learned. The whole process took a little over 6 months and now I'm a citizen of the United States of America.
Final Timeline:
We had great advice from Mr. Rajiv, in a few minutes he would provide a precise answer for our questions . Thank you very much.

You can use Immigration.Com "Advanced Search" feature to locate information more intelligently than just through a "word match," a literal search. Note that we are FOREVER working to get this better and better. So, each time you visit, you may find new items and improvement.
Using "Advanced Search" on Immigration.Com
Hello, everyone. This is Rajiv S. Khanna for immigration.com, the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, P.C.
I wanted to show you the “Advanced Search” feature on immigration.com. I enjoy it because it does focus your search considerably. We have a lot of information. It can be hard to parse through the information.
Every day we do something new and try to get better and better and better. I still have a lot of work to do on the website. The team has a lot of work to do on the website. But we have enough information at least to get you going and keep you in the right direction.
Let me start with the “Advanced Search” feature.
If you press on the “Search” button with nothing in it, just search. It brings you to this button, where you have “Advanced Search.” So you go into “Advanced Search.” The top portion is “Search,” but the bottom portion is “Advanced Search.” Click on “Advanced Search.”
You can search by putting in a search term which contains any of the words, contains a specific phrase, for example, “Adjustment of Status”--that phrase should be there; or containing none of the words. Some words you may not want.
I particularly like the fact that you can search in particular categories. These are categories, which are like tags. When you have tags, like a tag cloud. So these categories that are much more specific. And then, on top of that, you have types. There are content types. For example, let’s say I want to know if there’s a Community Story—you know, people’s experience. We tried to data mine some of these from our own forums.
If there’s a particular Community Story for citizenship. Find and click on the category, “Citizenship” under “Citizenship and Naturalization.” I know what specific story we’re looking for. Let’s put in the word “Detroit.” So I want somebody’s Community Story of what happened during Citizenship/Naturalization in Detroit.
And, after that, when I hit the “Advanced Search” button, I’m led right to the story, “Interview in Detroit.” This is somebody’s story about what happened in Detroit.
Another neat thing that we have is that, if you look at the bottom, we have these tags dimmed. The reason they are dimmed is because I’m not quite happy with the way we have cross-referenced information. But this is just the beginning. I’ve been doing this for the last several years. I’m still not happy, and we’re going to do more, a lot more, making information easily accessible to all of you.
So, let’s look at this. If I click on one of these tags, it will actually bring up the content, all the content, that has been tagged with that particular tag. So, if you look at this, all the particular content that has been tagged. If I look at any content. Let’s say, for example, if I go to “H-1.” I click on “Work Visa,” I go to “H Visa,” and I go to “H Visas for Nurses,” for example. If there’s any tags at the bottom of this and there should be. There’s not going to be a lot of information, but whatever information that we have will be all there for you. Every piece of information that was tagged with that came up.
So, I think this should help you find your way around immigration.com. And I love doing this, and I thank you for being here.
I am not just happy with the way the law firm of Atty. Rajiv took care of my case. I am more than satisfied that no adjective is deserving enough to describe the way they handled an impossible case like mine. After countless denials that I have received from my previous lawyers, I only got approvals from Atty. Rajiv. My family and I are just waiting for our greencards, which might come before the end of this year. This law firm deserves more than what they ask for their fees. And no monetary compensation could ever pay nor match the excellent job they have done for me. They saved my children's future, the primary reason why I want to be in America. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart! :)

We have recently received an EB2 approval for a Physical Therapist. EB2 classification has become especially important now that EB3 category cases for severely backlogged countries are delayed so much. The good news with PT’s is that they do not have to go through the PERM process. But the bad news is that USCIS seems to question whether or not truly a Master’s degree or BS+5 years level job is being offered. The I-140 approval took 1.5 months in regular processing.
Thanks to the splendid work done by Rajiv and his firm, I obtained my green card with relative ease and in a short period of time. Special thanks go to team members who did an excellent job of patiently and promptly answering many queries. I would gladly recommend their law firm to all and will consider them as the first choice for all future services.
