Hi Rajiv & Team,
My wife and myself finally got our Green Cards approved few days back. It took us about 3.5years from start to end due to broken immigration system. I am very impressed with the services provided by your team during this process.I am particular impressed with the professionalism with which our cases were handled and have processes in place to detect human errors. During critical times like filing I485 in Dec05, your team has prepared&reviewed the forms in 2days and that helped us getting the GC sooner. Personally thankful to Rajiv & Mathew for finding time to call me and answer my questions.
The GC process is unnerving, tedious and complicated. Choosing you as my lawyer gave me peace of mind and confidence that I will be able to file in time - I filed my labor only in mid-July, but was still able to file 140 and 485 concurrently well within time.
Before this blog, I used to ask questions from all my friends to understand the processes. This blog was just great helping me to be so well informed that I started giving suggestions to my friends. The information was accurate and quickly delivered straight by Rajiv, so I knew I could follow it with confidence. I was really amazed by the quick turnaround on almost all questions posted.
Special thanks to my case manager Heather for giving personal attention, being very responsive and working so many late hours to help us out. I want you to know that your work has helped me and my family very much. The past 2 months have been really taxing for you. I feel you really deserve a good vacation after August 17
Continue the great work. Expand your firm and help more people. Many Thanks.
My O petition was approved through your help and when I went for O1 Stamping my visa was not issued due to Chennai consulate in patent misunderstanding of the law that being subject to INA Section 212(e) home residency requirement.
Finally Mr Khanna sent the a brief explanation that "It is long settled law that 212(e) does NOT apply to O-1 visas" and i got the O1 stamping. I am convinced that with the current experience of obtaining the O visa with your guidance, and support of Miss Diane Lombardo and Miss Anna Baker I would definitely be a client for my future needs. I am very pleased with the service and the application was very diligently prepared by your staff with communicating with different parties of my sponsor institution. The staff at the sponsor institution were amazed by the pleasant nature of Miss Diane Lombardo. I was very confident by your mails that my visa will successfully stamped. I whole heartedly thank you Mr. Khanna and your team. I would advise my pears to get the best job done right, is to hire Mr. Khanna. I am eagerly looking forward to working with you in the future. Thanks, Raghava Munivenkatappa
My labor certification just got approved today. We applied for it on June 26th so it took exactly 75 days.I just want to thank Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for their professional services. They have been very efficient and I am looking forward for the rest of the process with them.
I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna!!
They are extremely professional, methodical, thorough, and value for money because they get the job done!!
I was on a B1 visa originally and my H1B was approved but I did not receive the document. When I finally did after a year, there was no I-94. I had overstayed in the US and it was a totally mess because of a number of bad advices.
At that stage, I contacted the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. I got excellent service considering the fact that everything was done over the phone and via email. It was a pleasure to have had the services of Rajiv S. Khanna, Jitesh Malik, Anna Baker and Rena Waddell.
I thank them sincerely for resolving my issue.
It was quick and no issues.
I want to thank Pramita, for her work accuracy and prompt communication, because of which i recieve LC Approval soon. I hope to complete other steps sooner.
thanks,
Rama Rao
I want to thank Pramita for her good work. I really appreciate the level of service you have provided to me during last 4 months of LC filing . I am also amazed with the fast and accurate quality of commucation provided to my all queries by you.
I hope I will continue to get same level of service for next steps from Rajiv Khnana law Office.
I was in a difficult situation with a missing labor certificate, pending I-140 due to that and fighting with DOL, Mr.Khanna's office did an excellent job especially Mr.Jitesh dealt it through every possible opportunity and finally got it resolved by taking it through lawsuit against DOL. This shows that their experience counts while dealing with typical cases and troublesome situations. There has been a great communication through email on every step and effort to get this resolved. I personally thank Mr.Khanna, Suman, Rita, Amrita, others that have got involved and Jitesh.
I am really really thankful of Mr. Khanna and his team [Mr. Jitesh Malik, Anna Baker....] for working diligently in my case. I didnt have much time to get through my visa process. But Mr. Khanna & his team adviced me properly and worked step by step with me and my employer & kept me on the same page.
I wish good luck to Mr. Khanna & his team.
very helpful
I have been using the services of The Law Office of Rajiv Khanna for a while now. Labor certification in my case was recently approved, following conversion to RIR. The window for conducting recruitment and preparing the package was small, only 4 months. In addition, I was away for a month on vacation during this time. However, with my employer's and Vijay's help, I was able to complete the recruitment process on time. Vijay was very patient and professional dealing with my employer and me, despite some delays at my end.
In spite of the fact that my case was closed mistakenly by backlog center, Rajiv Khanna's team were great in communicating with backlog center and was successful to reopen my case. Finally my labor got certified. My special thanks to Vijay and Mathew for working on my case and handling my frustration patiently, responding to me every time I had questions. Even when I had to consult Mr Rajiv Khanna, he was available to talk personally with no extra cost with his expert suggestions. I am really grateful to each and everyone at your office.
I honestly feel the fee we pay is nothing when you compare to the services we get from Rajiv Khanna’s office.
I sincerely suggest you folks better spend little more money and be in safe and experienced hands like Rajiv Khanna. Its all worth while. Immigration is a long and complicated process and you need expert suggestions all the way till the end and I don’t think anyone will handle better than this folks.
If you don’t believe me, Check yourself, you even get a free phone consultation from Mr Rajiv Khanna where as others charge you big time per hour….
Thanks again!
I am very much impressed with the professionalism of Richa Narang, one of Mr Khanna's staffers. She was very patient and worked very hard to complete all the forms and putting the supporting documents together before filing with USCIS. I used the services of Mr Khanna's firm to file for Green Card through labor certification (EB2 Non-RIR) in Oct' 2003. In Jan' 2007 the Department of Labor came back asking us to convert non-RIR to a RIR application. Mr Khanna's firm supported me with documentation, news paper ad details and answers to lots of my queries. The RIR application was mailed on 03/29/2007 and I received a notice from US Department of Labor on 04/26/2007 that my labor has been Certified. I really appreciate the hard work put in my Richa Narang and her team. Hopefully the rest of GC process would be quick. I highly recommend Mr.Khanna's office and staff for all immigration purposes. Keep up the good work. Thanks
I would like to sincerely thank Rajiv S. Khanna and his team for doing a great job. I got my Perm Labor and I140 cleared in a very short period of time.
I would specially like to thank Mathew Chacko, Pramita Shidhore and Rita Dhakal who were very helpful to answer all my queries and the professionalism with which they handled my case.
Looking forward to filing my I485.
I am really really thankful of Mr. Khanna and his team [Mr. Jitesh Malik, Anna Baker....] for working diligently in my case. I didn't have much time to get through my visa process. Finally day has come. Our passport has been stamped at Cleveland OH on 03/20/2003. This was real long and painful journey but Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team made it REAL SIMPLE and PLEASANT. The whole GC process started in October 2000 when I called Mr Khanna. I talked with Richa Narang as she started paper work for LABOUR certification. She gave me very valuable tip on how to put my resume online and how to post advertisement in local news paper. Once my Labour was filed I talked with Puja and ask her to start my I140 paper work. I had real trouble in getting financial statement from my company. Puja and Mr Khanna helped me big time by convincing my company. Puja did great job and my paper work was ready before my Labour was done and she filed my I140 same day I got my Labour. That resulted in saving of atleast 1 month. Puja was so good in communication and responding my emails and phone calls I asked her to prepare my I485 documents. She gave me Diane Lombardo's phone number. I talked with Diane and she prepared my I485 documents. Diane is best person you can ever get for I485. She has always replied my emails within 2-3 hours even on weekends. Service she provided was so EXCELLENT that one can only dream of getting these kind of service from any attorney's office. Documentation all these team provided was so good there was no scope of any RFE. I have seen my friends still suffering from mistakes from their attorneys in preparing documents. They started process before me and they are still waiting. I talked with Leila so many times for my status check, finger printing, RFE response. She was always fast in comunicating back. Always happy to respond and most imp available on phone when you call. Another very important person from start to finish, Suman Bhasin. I have talked to her so many times during entire process. Always very polite and highly respectable. She gave me solution to every problem I had. Finally when my case was approved call from Homa on what should I do till I get my Citizenship. Lastly Mr. Khanna for all the help. He always gave me solution to every question, gave me best possible advice on chossing right path for entire process like R/R VS NON R/R. Consular processing VS I485 filing. Every piece of advice and service he gave was best any attorney can give. I don't even have words to thank all of you. You all helped like one big family members. Your team is best in the world for immigration matters. Your team provides warm fussy feeling to all those Indians who come so far after leaving their country and family. May GOD bless you and your TEAM with the BEST of the WISHES so that a LOT many souls like us, can see their DREAMS come TRUE. I am eagerly looking forward to working with you in the future. I will highly recommand Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team to all of you. Thanks SAMIR SHAH
I am quite satisfied with the quality of legal services I received from this law firm and would recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal services for immigration related matters.
The team members of Law offices of Rajiv S.Khanna have done a very good job in getting my green card processing (in a very short span). They are very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them for any kind of GC processings.
1. N-400, filed Feb-2006
2. Fingerprint: Completed Mar-2006.
3. Received interview letter April 2006.
4. Interview completed Jun-2006, tests passed, the FBI name check is pending.
5. Aug-2006, approached US congress Representative, office sent letter to FBI, answer received in October: Name Check is pending,
letter also stated the date when FBI received request from USCIS; knowing of this date was helpful; I was using this date in my
11:15 Went through security then directed to the appropriate waiting room;
There were other couples, and I must say the office really looked busy as there were many IO’s. Well I assumed they were at the rate in which families being interviewed were going in and out.
Our chance came eventually and we were called in by a fine lady, whose first thing was to swear us in. She appeared like she wanted to laugh through some of the proceedings although she kept a serious look.
Some of the questions asked;
We are back from San Antonio and I was APPROVED!!!!
My green card is being processed through Rajiv Khanna's office and I am extremely happy with the services they have provided at various stages. My company was taken over by another company and my company had filed for I-140 amendment for name change. It was approved without any queries. I would recommend anyone and everyone to avail immigration services from Law offices of Rajiv Khanna. They are highly professional.
