This also applies to the I-864A, I-864W, and I-864EZ.

Beginning December 12, the free citizenship preparation and study materials in USCIS’ Citizenship Resource Center will be easier to use from a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. Among the improvements, the new design puts key navigational links inside a single “hamburger” icon like that found on many other mobile sites. This redesign follows the launch of mobile friendly design on other parts of uscis.gov and uscis.gov/es earlier this year.

I have important question , after 17 Jan 2016 , my any chance I loose my job and my employer revoke my H1-B and I 140.
1. Will I get some time to find new job and new employee to transfer my H1-B ?

Government will sympathetically consider unexpected layoffs and should give you consideration up to 60 days each H-1 period. So one 60 day period let say you have taken and then changed your employer another 60 day period kind of like that and there is little more to it but each time there is new validity to H-1 . The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is amending its regulations governing the requirements and procedures for victims of human trafficking who seek T nonimmigrant status. I am on H-1B working in the IT industry. My wife has H4 EAD, and with the same status, she is working in the hospital as a Physical Therapist.
1. Can her employer file for GC while she is on H4 EAD status?
2. If she is eligible for NIW, could you please let me know if the PWD and PERM are both required if her employer file for GC?
3. Can she use my priority date to file an adjustment of status?

2. I doubt it.
3. No she cannot. That is one thing husband and wife cannot transfer to each other their priority date.
I am an international student currently of F-1 visa status and will be graduating in May-23. I have the below questions:
1. Can multiple companies / employers apply for H1-B on my behalf in this upcoming H1-B cap pool?
2. If yes, is there a possibility that the employers might get to know about this?
3. Should my name in the passport and birth certificate match exactly? My birth certificate has an abbreviation my last name but my passport has my complete last name.
When there is no connection between two companies, and they are not colluding to help somebody get an H-1B visa or increase their chances of getting selected in the H1B lottery, multiple companies can file. Interestingly, even different units within the same bigger company could file if they have a genuine need and not face any issues.
I am an LLM student on H4 (no EAD). My college offers paid and unpaid supervised externships (optional classes) for 2/3 credits as part of our course. Can I participate and work in an unpaid supervised externship on H4 without EAD?
Sure. I don't see any problem for you, the employer should watch out for themselves.
Finally day has come. Our passport has been stamped at Cleveland OH on 03/20/2003. This was real long and painful journey but Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team made it REAL SIMPLE and PLEASANT. The whole GC process started in October 2000 when I called Mr Khanna. I talked with Richa Narang as she started paper work for LABOUR certification. She gave me very valuable tip on how to put my resume online and how to post advertisement in local news paper. Once my Labour was filed I talked with Puja and ask her to start my I140 paper work. I had real trouble in getting financial statement from my company. Puja and Mr Khanna helped me big time by convincing my company. Puja did great job and my paper work was ready before my Labour was done and she filed my I140 same day I got my Labour. That resulted in saving of atleast 1 month. Puja was so good in communication and responding my emails and phone calls I asked her to prepare my I485 documents. She gave me Diane Lombardo's phone number. I talked with Diane and she prepared my I485 documents. Diane is best person you can ever get for I485. She has always replied my emails within 2-3 hours even on weekends. Service she provided was so EXCELLENT that one can only dream of getting these kind of service from any attorney's office. Documentation all these team provided was so good there was no scope of any RFE. I have seen my friends still suffering from mistakes from their attorneys in preparing documents. They started process before me and they are still waiting. I talked with Leila so many times for my status check, finger printing, RFE response. She was always fast in comunicating back. Always happy to respond and most imp available on phone when you call. Another very important person from start to finish, Suman Bhasin. I have talked to her so many times during entire process. Always very polite and highly respectable. She gave me solution to every problem I had. Finally when my case was approved call from Homa on what should I do till I get my Citizenship. Lastly Mr. Khanna for all the help. He always gave me solution to every question, gave me best possible advice on chossing right path for entire process like R/R VS NON R/R. Consular processing VS I485 filing. Every piece of advice and service he gave was best any attorney can give. I don't even have words to thank all of you. You all helped like one big family members. Your team is best in the world for immigration matters. Your team provides warm fussy feeling to all those Indians who come so far after leaving their country and family.
