Finding Mr. Rajiv Khanna, was the best thing that could have happened to me for achieving my GC approval. My GC case was little bit complicated coz i moved to different location before my 140 approval but he handled my case with professionalism and dedication like no other. He explained all the steps of the process and kept me informed on how things were progressing. He gathered all the necessary documents, was always attentive to me, receiving my calls and answering my questions with great patience. Ms. Heather and Mr. Mark helped me always with all my concerns and resolving my issues independently or/and with the help of Mr Rajiv. Infinite thanks to Mr. Rajiv, Ms. Heather & Mr. Mark for being always on the lookout. I can finally say I’m American resident in record time, completely changed my life and I am absolutely sure I would not have done it without their help. Recommend 100% .. they are the best … I will always be indebted to them! Great lawyer with efficient Team!!

I am very satisfied with the services I received. It was a long journey to get the green card and your team has helped me to succeed. Thank you very much!
If you will ask me what is the definition of the word HOPE, the first thing that I will definitely remember in my lifetime is Atty. Rajiv. I have asked numerous lawyers who can fix my case which was messed up by incompetent lawyers and they all told me the same thing, HOPELESS. Atty. Rajiv and his team, specifically Atty. Jagbir, literally saved my family's future! We have been subjected to a 10-year bar but because of Atty. Rajiv's ingenuity, we were able to escape the impossible. He is a miracle worker. No adjective could ever describe the way we feel right now. We were finally granted our extension of stay which had been countlessly denied. His staff were very kind and accomodating, they were able to understand what we were going through at that time that they were very sensitive in answering all emails, calls and questions that I had. We are now in the process of filing our greencard and I am very optimistic that everything will now run smoothly since Atty. Rajiv is our "superlawyer". I have learned my lesson, no one could ever have done it best but Atty. Rajiv. My heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff! God bless all of you!!

After a long journey in becoming a permanent resident, with the help of Rajiv and his team, I have become a PR recently. Had to go through some tough situations with the immigration during the process. Rajiv and his team did an excellent job in helping me through those tough situations and were always available to answer all my questions and provide valuable advise. Thank you much Rajiv and all the supporting staff who have contributed. Thank You.
I have been following Rajiv ji on his website and blogs for over 6 years now. Always wanted to be associated with him and I am so glad that the time came last year when Ms Heather handled my PERM case. Conference calls, guidance needed, anxiety - all were handled with great professional attitude and passion. I could not have felt more comfortable. Rajiv Ji is such a gem of a person, no words can describe what he does for the community. This year, a colleague of mine was going through extreme troubles with a 10 year bar on her and her family with 3 school going kids. The case was messed up by 3-4 lawers and all of them were advising them in a negative way.. completey in the wrong direction. I introduced her to Rajiv Ji and she was very hesitant in the beginning, did not want to go to another lawer, had accepted her fate etc etc. But in my heart I knew, there was hope till Rajiv Ji does not say 'no'..... and guess what, in our first meeting together he gave great hopes with a lot of positivity. His approach is very human, very person. I just love that. Well, needless to say, a case which would have been a disaster for a family of 5, was taken care of with great care and passion, with a lot of heart into it. And we all know, where there is heart and truth, God cannot be away! The family got it's status back, its like a dream and probably we will take time to actually understand and feel the result.... Jagbir Ji and Anna were just amazing in their approach and handling of issues. I admire their professionalism and their personal touch given to a case. You are all a wonderful team and please keep up the same way always. God bless you all and thank you once again!
Rajiv ji is a very experiened immigration lawyer who provides honest and straighforward advice. I am very pleased with his approach and also very impressed with his knowledge of the law.

First in Series of Regulations Designed to Facilitate Electronic Filing and Handling of USCIS Benefit Requests
WASHINGTON—The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published the first in a series of regulations intended to promote the migration of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) benefit filings from a paper-based environment to an electronic one. The regulation is an important step toward modernizing how USCIS handles the more than 6 million benefit applications submitted annually.
Me and my wife got green card through Rajiv Khanna's law firm. We are extremely lucky to have his firm as our immigration lawyer.Entire staff is very very helpful and is very prompt in responding to any query.Special thanks to Suman,Leila,Mathew,Prerna. I would recommend Rajiv Khanna's law firm to anyone.Group of extremely professional people. God bless you all.
I would like to thank all the staff at Law Offices of Rajiv specially to Ursula Jara who helped me through the process of my H1B visa. I want to express my sincere appreciation for their professionalism, concrete and accurate way my case was carried. They answered all my questions and helped me to do extra processing due to USCIS changes at NO extra charge, and the original fees for my case are the most reasonable. Whereas in other places these fees are outrageous and any minimum change in the process is charged from the beginning to the end of the process. I am just so please with their services in all aspects, and I just can't wait to start my Green Card case with them when the time is appropriate.
Thank you so much.
Hello everyone.
I am back and a PR finally (after 6 years of waiting!!)
Had my CP at NWD on April 18
I stayed at the Park Hotel in Delhi and went to Apollo hospital for my medical. Would recommend both the hotel & Hospital since they are very professional & prompt service.
I had sent my name check via email the night I arrived in NWD
At the interview they only asked three questions to me
Which co. do you work for?
what does you co. do
what do you do for your co?
In a welcome move, US government is showing some understanding of the economic benefits of business and employment-based immigration.
Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Alejandro Mayorkas have outlined a series of policy, operational, and outreach efforts to fuel the nation's economy and stimulate investment by attracting foreign entrepreneurial talent of exceptional ability or who otherwise can create jobs, form startup companies, and invest capital in areas of high unemployment.
Hi All,
Sorry for the slight delay in posting this - things were a bit crazy with me packing and travelling back to the USA...
My DCF experience went GREAT - details follow:
My husband and I arrived in Delhi on April 10th. We stayed with relatives who don't live too far away from the consulate area, so they were able to drop us and pick us up...
: I take this opportunity to thank Rajiv Khanna and his team for their professionalism shown by them through out my association with them for green card and h1b process(I have been associated since 2001).
Our Green Card got approved on April 27th.
Special thanks and appreciation to Rena Waddel (H1B processing),Shevani Sharma and Prena (Green Card processing and related activity)
Here I would also take the opportunity to thank Rajiv Khanna for his efforts to stream line the processing of green card by USCIS . Your case has brought in lot of change to their functioning.
Least but not the least www.immigration.com and immigrationportal.com are very good source for any kind of information related to immigration.
thanks
We got our Green Card approved on May 6th. I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff.
My Green card processing took more than 3 years and through out the process, Mr. Khanna's office was very helpful. I had a lot of questions along the way and they were prompt and precise to all my queries.
The whole process was like a marathon run. Vijay Durgam helped us get started with the process. He did a thorough evaluation of my case and filed for the labor certification. We were very optimistic and enthusiastic on filing for the labor certification. Then we hit the middle phase of the marathon where the labor certification seemed to take forever. Mathew Chacko helped us during the dull pessimistic days. He kept our hopes going and encouraged us till we hit the home stretch. Finally we got our labor approved and filed for 140/485. Prerna was very helpful and was impeccable with the documentation. The last leg was a sprint and we got the 485 approval in less than 3 months.
Special thanks to Vijay Durgam, Mathew Chacko and Ms. Prerna Mehta.
From Labor certificate, I-140 and I-485, Mr. Khanna's team did a very good job on my case. LC was filed in July 2002 and I-485 was approved in March 2005. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Khanna's team is a good one.
Thank you so much for your excellent work! Anna, Ursula, thank you so so much! The road was long and hard, with many pitfalls along the way - but with your guidance and hard work, I am finally united with my fiance and now she is my wife! Keep up the great work!
I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.
