Excellent services. Got approved without any ref or other problems.
Good experience.
I have contacted you in the month of June, 05 regarding my F1-H1 Issue. My H1-B visa was approved by the American Consulate in Mumbai with out any problems and I am in the US right now. I would like to genuinely thank you for all your help and advise and I am glad that I took your services as I tried a number of lawyers before you and everyone gave me conflicting advises. I am writing to you my whole experience in detail so that you can put this in forum as other people may get help from this.
Thanks to Rajiv and his professional, friendly staff for their phenomenal work on our Green card case. We just got our cards. Rajiv was meticulous, comprehensive, and incredibly skillful in preparing the case. Over the last three years, we had some really nerve wracking moments, but Rajiv’s prompt response to our concerns had been a beacon of hope and comfort. We never had to wait more than a few hours for his response to our emails. This promptness meant a lot to us. We are very happy that we chose Rajiv as our attorney, and we recommend his firm highly to anyone seeking immigration benefits. Once gain a heartfelt thanks to Rajiv, and his staff.
Very professionally done! Mr. Khanna took personal interest and answered e-mails/questions promptly. He has made yet another permanent client!!! His staff was also very patient. His fees is very competitive and there are no fees for 'providing information' on the phone, a practice of many immigration lawyers.
Ok,
I just got back and I wanted to let you all know how it went, cause it felt like such an easy process, that I still can't believe it's over.
Our interview was at 10:00 am at the San Francisco office.
We arrived around 9:50 am (parking difficulties). We ended up parking at the corner of Sansome st., which costed $18. At that point I was so nervous that we were gonna be late, I wouldn't have minded paying $100 for parking.
First of all thank you for the very useful immigration.com website. Over the years I have used it frequently to check on the sometimes incredible information the INS (and successors) have told me and gauge how my progress through the INS labyrinth compared to others.
I was born in Mexico and I was brought to the US at the age of 3. Like many other people in my situation, I was brought here by my mom to provide a better education. I am now 18, just started college and due to my status I am struggling to keep up paying my tuition. I am forced to work, and feel that we should all get an equal opportunity in education. Through the years, I have acquired great knowledge thanks to the schools of this great country. I graduated from my High School with the third highest honors Ephebian, and a 3.33 GPA.
We won a National Interest Waiver case for a Molecular Biologist holding a Ph.D. having over ten years of research experience. We argued that her qualifications were unique as compared to others in the field and that she was noted as one of the few in her field that has achieved the highest level of success. She had remarkable contributions to the field, most notably her significant discoveries in cardiovascular research. This applicant had an extensive publication list as well as a book chapter.
We won an Outstanding Researcher case for a Research Associate Ph.D. in Instrumentation and Master of Science in Materials Science with over 13 years experience. We argued that with his extensive list of achievements, i.e. 11 refereed journal articles, 7 manuscripts currently under review, 11 publications in conference proceedings, peer reviewing of manuscripts and selection as a doctoral fellow at a world-renowned institute, he more than qualified for the category. This applicant's work was funded and supported by NASA.
We won an Alien of Extraordinary Ability case for a Ph.D. in physics. This applicant had over 13 years of research experience, 30 refereed journal articles, 12 Invited presentations at conferences and meetings, 2 refereed conference publications, peer reviewing of manuscripts for prestigious international journals, employment at several world-renowned institutes and was elected to membership in Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society. Clearly, this applicant stood out among his peers as one of the few who has reached the highest level of success in his field.
We won a National Interest Waiver case for an applicant holding an M.D., Ph.D. and MSE in Biomedical Engineering, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. This applicant had an extraordinary background. His degrees were received from the most prestigious institutes in the world, notably Harvard, MIT and Johns Hopkins University . His pioneering work has lead others in the field to a better understanding of what causes sudden cardiac death through fatal arrhythmias. His work was quoted as "revolutionizing health care."
We won an Outstanding Researcher case following a Request for Evidence, which included a detailed offer of employment request. The applicant had over 13 years research experience, a multitude of scholarly publications in prestigious, international, peer-reviewed journals, numerous requests for reviews and significant contributions to the field of Polymer Science as well as "invitations" to present his innovative research findings.
Each month, the Visa Office subdivides the annual preference and foreign state limitations specified by the INA into monthly allotments based on totals of documentarily qualified immigrant visa applicants reported at consular posts and CIS Offices, grouped by foreign state chargeability, preference category, and priority date.
Mr. Khanna and his staff are very meticulous in preparing the case and the paperwork, and take the time to do it right. It paid off for my labour certification; I got my approval January 25, 2006.
I've been working with Rajeev Khanna and his team who have helped me tremendously in applying for PERM and since my PERM was certified just three days before the 30th September 2005 deadline for I-140/I-485, Rajeev's team (especially Vijay Durgam, Prerna Mehta and Pramita) did an amazing job of compiling all the documents and getting everything ready and getting my I-40/I-485 packet to the processing center within 2 days (few hours before the deadline expired).
I am now waiting for my I-140/I-485 processing but would like to thank Rajeev Khanna and his team profusely for all the hard work they did on behalf of me and my company.
Please contact me if you have any questions.

I am processing my GC thru Rajiv S. Khanna's law firm.
Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and insists on perfect paperwork. I have never seen him making false promises or being unnecessarily defensive on the other hand.
His efforts in immigration matters are simply exemplary.
I received my PERM approval in 2 days.
Vijay Durgam was my case manager and he has been very co-operative, professional

I am back once again in the client feedback forum to express my appreciation and thanks to Rajiv and Savita for their brilliant and extra ordinary work they did for my I-140 (EB1 Multination Company Manager/Executive) My case needed all their brilliance and ability because I dont work for a well known company and my company is a small business with operations in 2 countries. Off late I have been getting irritated with a few of my friends if they hire any other lawyer other than Rajiv and I am now very much convinced that I am right. I sincerely thank Rajiv, Savita and everyone at their offices for their excellent and efficient services.
I just got approved for my Labour in PERM in 10 days. I was very surprised when Pramita (My case Team member) called me yesterday since I was in my 8th year extention for my H1B. I strongly recommend anyone to go with Mr.Khanna's Team. This company has very good support and care for their clients.
When should my H-1B petition for an extension be filed?
An H-1B petition for extension may be submitted to USCIS no more than 6 months prior to the expiration of the current H-1B status.
I do not have an I-94 from my last entry to the US in June, but I need it for my H-1B renewal. What should I do?
Please refer to the following link for information on printing your I-94: http://www.immigration.com/news/general-nonimmigrant-visa/i-94-web-appl…
Finally the day has come for which I have been waiting for a long. I sincerely thanks to Rajiv and his entire team for providing me high level professional services during the entire process. I especially thanks to Amrita and Prernaji for help me so much with all required processes and answering all my queries promptly. Both of them impressed me with their thorough knowledge of process. I would recommend Rajiv and his team to all my friends without any hesitation.
My wife H4 was expired and we realized about it one year after it has been expired. This has happened because my previous employer filed just my H1 and they never filed H4 for my wife. After realizing the situation my current employer filed through our company lawyer and H4 was denied. I have been looking around for another lawyer, who had success in handling this kind of case. I didn't find one single lawyer who can assure me of fixing my wife visa or who had success in the past. I sent an e.mail to Rajiv and surprisingly I got call from him the very next day and he told me about the success they had in the previous cases. We filed for my wife H4 along with my 7th year extension. Miraculously her H4 was approved by CIS. This has just happened definitely because of the excellent background work done by Rajiv and his team. The timely response from Rajiv,Jitesh,Ursula,Anna & Seth is extremely impressive. I recommend anybody to deal your immigration issue with Rajiv and his team. These guys are just awesome. Overall I am very happy that we chose Rajiv firm.
