USCIS Memorandum on Acceptance of H-1B Petitions without Certified LCAs

USCIS Updates FY 2010 H-1B and H-2B Count (Updated 12/17/09)
As of December 15, 2009, approximately 64,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions had been filed. USCIS has approved sufficient H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees to meet the exemption of 20,000 from the fiscal year 2010 cap. Any H-1B petitions filed on behalf of an alien with an advanced degree will now count toward the general H-1B cap of 65,000.
USCIS Reaches FY 2010 H-1B Cap for FY 2010
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap for fiscal year (FY) 2010. USCIS is hereby notifying the public that Dec. 21, 2009 is the “final receipt date” for new H-1B specialty occupation petitions requesting an employment start date in FY 2010.

I am doing my GC through your offices. In fact most of our employees from my company are doing their GC through your company. I was the first one and have referred quite a bit of my colleagues because they are well organized and well responsive the 2 main things that we can control, rest are controlled by USCIS. Good team of people and Vijay Durgam has helped me through this tough process and has been a great case manager for me. Comments: Anna Baker and Fran Fisher have helped a number of my employees obtain H-1B Visas as well as file for extensions of existing H-1B Visas, with a 100% success rate! I believe we've now succesfully filed 10(at least) Visa petitions and extensions with them, and they've made the process incredibly easy for me.
