Hi Rajiv & Team,
My wife and myself finally got our Green Cards approved few days back. It took us about 3.5years from start to end due to broken immigration system. I am very impressed with the services provided by your team during this process.I am particular impressed with the professionalism with which our cases were handled and have processes in place to detect human errors. During critical times like filing I485 in Dec05, your team has prepared&reviewed the forms in 2days and that helped us getting the GC sooner. Personally thankful to Rajiv & Mathew for finding time to call me and answer my questions.
The GC process is unnerving, tedious and complicated. Choosing you as my lawyer gave me peace of mind and confidence that I will be able to file in time - I filed my labor only in mid-July, but was still able to file 140 and 485 concurrently well within time.
Before this blog, I used to ask questions from all my friends to understand the processes. This blog was just great helping me to be so well informed that I started giving suggestions to my friends. The information was accurate and quickly delivered straight by Rajiv, so I knew I could follow it with confidence. I was really amazed by the quick turnaround on almost all questions posted.
Special thanks to my case manager Heather for giving personal attention, being very responsive and working so many late hours to help us out. I want you to know that your work has helped me and my family very much. The past 2 months have been really taxing for you. I feel you really deserve a good vacation after August 17
Continue the great work. Expand your firm and help more people. Many Thanks.
My O petition was approved through your help and when I went for O1 Stamping my visa was not issued due to Chennai consulate in patent misunderstanding of the law that being subject to INA Section 212(e) home residency requirement.
Finally Mr Khanna sent the a brief explanation that "It is long settled law that 212(e) does NOT apply to O-1 visas" and i got the O1 stamping. I am convinced that with the current experience of obtaining the O visa with your guidance, and support of Miss Diane Lombardo and Miss Anna Baker I would definitely be a client for my future needs. I am very pleased with the service and the application was very diligently prepared by your staff with communicating with different parties of my sponsor institution. The staff at the sponsor institution were amazed by the pleasant nature of Miss Diane Lombardo. I was very confident by your mails that my visa will successfully stamped. I whole heartedly thank you Mr. Khanna and your team. I would advise my pears to get the best job done right, is to hire Mr. Khanna. I am eagerly looking forward to working with you in the future. Thanks, Raghava Munivenkatappa
My labor certification just got approved today. We applied for it on June 26th so it took exactly 75 days.I just want to thank Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for their professional services. They have been very efficient and I am looking forward for the rest of the process with them.
I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna!!
They are extremely professional, methodical, thorough, and value for money because they get the job done!!
I was on a B1 visa originally and my H1B was approved but I did not receive the document. When I finally did after a year, there was no I-94. I had overstayed in the US and it was a totally mess because of a number of bad advices.
At that stage, I contacted the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. I got excellent service considering the fact that everything was done over the phone and via email. It was a pleasure to have had the services of Rajiv S. Khanna, Jitesh Malik, Anna Baker and Rena Waddell.
I thank them sincerely for resolving my issue.
I have got a very professional service from Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna. People are very reactive on the processing steps and helped me through all my process.
Thanks a lot
The service and expertise I received from Rajiv and his team was way above my expectations. Right from the beginning Rajiv answered all my concerns, he made himself available at all times and troubleshoot all the legal aspects and constrains regarding my case. His knowledge of the legal system is just amazing !
Thanks to Mathew Chacko for his professional advice and support during all the phases of my GC process, he is very professional and along with Rajiv create an elite immigration team.
A honorable mention to Heather Crump who made the entire process a real delight. Her attention to detail made me so confident and relax even in hard times. She is incredibly efficient and effective , her organization skills and pleasant personality are the best i ever known.
From their financial department to their legal team they are flawless.
I strongly recommend Mr.Khanna's law office to anyone, this is by far the best experience i ever had. I could honestly say that they are the # 1 immigration firm in the United States. Thank you all for your service !
I would like to say a great thank you to Mr. Rajiv's team--Rita, Ursula, Sushila, Pramita, Roopa, and Suman, Mathew. I-140 has approved and waiting for I-485.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team including Ms Baker, Mr Khanna amd Ms Waddell for their excellent and prompt efforts in helping me transfer out of a J1 waiver job. The team was excellent to work with and treated me with respect and was very professional. The approval came in within 2 weeks without any RFE's.
The chances of approval were poor due to lack of consent from the primary state, but the team achieved nothing less than a miracle. Cheers!!! and Congratulations!!!! God Bless you!.
I am very greatful and obliged to Prerna, Mathew, Rajiv and his wonderful staff from bottom of my heart for being with us through this entire procedure.
Thanks is a very very small word to show our gratitude to you.
I got my I-140 approval in 1 day and I-485 approval in 6 months with no RFE's.
I proudly say that one of the best decisions we made was to choose Mr.Rajiv's firm for our immigration matters.
At the end of the day, that we were in safe hands and it worked out absolutely well.
It only happenned because of the excellent paperwork and guidance done by Prerna and Mathew.
Mathew and Prerna has always dealt us with patience and almost immediate prompt emails answering our indefinite questions
and provided comforting words, that they will take care. It was overwhelmingly good.
Several times,I was really AMAZED at how Mathew can respond to emails and phone calls in spite of his busy schedule in this busy month July.
I thank again Prerna from bottom of my heart for being my saviour through this entire process and making the experience very friendly.
I would recommend any one going through immigration process, to choose Mr.Rajiv and his team, for they are excellent in handling the cases, as well as very prompt and caring as they take up cases very personally and work through it, to set everything right. This would help the case to not reflect back with RFE's.
May GOD bless you and your TEAM with the BEST of the WISHES so that a LOT many souls like us, can see their DREAMS come TRUE.
Rajiv ji , you and your staff are the best of the best.

My status: on H1, visa expiring in September 2007. Rajiv's team applied for my H1 extension and I had I797 approvals till 2010. I had an H4 extension approval done for my wife as well. There is no employer change from first 3 years on H1 to second approval.

11:15 Went through security then directed to the appropriate waiting room;
There were other couples, and I must say the office really looked busy as there were many IO’s. Well I assumed they were at the rate in which families being interviewed were going in and out.
Our chance came eventually and we were called in by a fine lady, whose first thing was to swear us in. She appeared like she wanted to laugh through some of the proceedings although she kept a serious look.
Some of the questions asked;
We are back from San Antonio and I was APPROVED!!!!
Hey Everyone!
We got approved in Atlanta today. Everything went really well, but anyways I wanted to share my experience with all of you:
Left from Alabama at 7:30 AM. Took us about Two hours to get there.
The DO is a 3 story building with the USCIS logo and name... impressive and yet scary.
We entered they building at 11:23 AM and went through the security (metal detector and x-rays) Make sure you empty your pockets!
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will expand Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals on Feb. 18, 2015. That will be the first day to request DACA under the revised guidelines established as part of President Obama’s recent anouncements on immigration.
I have turned to Rajiv Khanna and his amazing team on a number of occasions. Most recently, to flush out a complicated immigration situation from France. The thing that impresses me most is his humanity, his vast knowledge, professionalism and generosity. Well, those are 4 things, not one. But it is hard to stop when posting a positive comment about Mr. Khanna's office and work. He responds immediately or has a staff member do so, and he will explore every possibility until he finds a solution. In the maze of disappointing immigration attorneys out there, I highly recommend him.
I have my I-140 approved under EB-3 category, even though I have Masters Degree from accredited US University. Can I change it to EB-2 now?
See clip from Attorney Rajiv S. Khanna's conference call video that addresses this question.
Rajiv and his team has been handling Green card and related applications for me and my family since 2003. My experience has been excellent, to say the least. The long and not yet completed EB-3 India journey has been painful but Rajiv and his team have been great pillars of support all through. Our series of EAD and AP applications have been promptly worked on and many questions/doubts have been answered/attended swiftly. I especially thank Rajiv for a recent no charge conference call to discuss a new development with my employer. May God bless this team with greater success.
My green card is being processed through Rajiv Khanna's office and I am extremely happy with the services they have provided at various stages. My company was taken over by another company and my company had filed for I-140 amendment for name change. It was approved without any queries. I would recommend anyone and everyone to avail immigration services from Law offices of Rajiv Khanna. They are highly professional.
