I am currently located in India and working as a Technical Architect in software MNC. I had a prior H1B valid from Feb 2008 till Dec 2014 which was sponsored by my previous company and has about 17 days left in it to complete a total of 6 years. After this I have joined a new firm, so wish to know if my current company or a new company can file for a Green Card while I am still in India. If yes , what is the way forward?

In January 2017, the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) modified how it presents processing time information. This was my second attempt to file GC. (My first attempt got screwed up because of lawyer.) Second time I've insisted to go with Rajiv Khanna. My experience was wonderful. Rajiv, Suman, Mathew, Richa....they all did a great job. They are always responsive and available. I feel like I was dealing with friends.
I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna's firm.
Excellent service by Rajiv and his team:
My husband and I got our GC approved recently. It took us almost 5 years to complete our GC process from start to end. Rajiv and his entire team have been very responsive in answering any of my questions through out the process. Special thanks to Rajiv and Mathew for answering all my questions in the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend their services to any one that is looking for an Immigration lawyer.
Keep the good work going.
Thank you.
Mr.Rajiv Khanna and his team are handling my GC process. I interacted with Rita Dhakal for entire GC process; My Labor and I140 are approved without a issue. I also applied EAD cards renewal (Mr. Khanna Office reminded me) for my wife and me. They were submitted for approval. By looking at the entire process and Mr. Khanna team, I always feel I am getting the best service. Rita is very cooperative, faster response and great knowledge.
I always recommend my friends to Mr. Khanna team.
