We first contacted Rajiv in 2011 while seeking an expert advice on our Green Card (GC) options. We were in fact looking to file under EB-1 (a) and most of the attorneys we contacted gave us a postive nod. However, I thought it was only Attorney Khanna who gave us a very honest opinion based on my CV. He told me very clearly that it is better to file under EB-1 (b) and that EB-1(a) could be long shot. He also said that the attorney will get paid irrespective of whether the GC petition is approved or not. And that is what we wanted to avoid and Rajiv was right to point that out. You cannot ask for more honesty in a person especially when it comes to complex legal matters. So it was then upto me to see if my employer is willing to support my case. And there were many issues and Rajiv was there to help me clear every questions that my employer had. I remember sitting in a conference call with at least 6 people from various offices and Rajiv answered every question they had with great patience. And what is humbling is that he did this all for free and without any contract signed. We signed a legal contract with the Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna in the month of June, 2012 and started preparing for filing I-140. You cannot ask for a better case manager than Diane who is always there to help you. You send her an e-mail and there will be a reply before you sign out. It is very important to have a good case manager like her while going through this arduous process of collecting documents, especially reference letters and various other documents (Our I-140 petion weighed at 10.1 Kg :)). Anyways to make the story short, the I-140 petition was filed premium on August 27th at Texas Service Center and we got an approval dated September 6th, 2012. An approval without any RFE is defintely credited to the professionalism that went into preparing the petition. This would not have been possible without the expert guidance and help from Rajiv. So let me take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude to Rajiv and his staff, especially Diane.
I have had several consultations with Mr. Rajiv Khanna. I have always found him to be very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and patient. His advice has always helped me a lot. I would highly recommend his professional services to any one who is looking for a top class Immigration lawyer.
I would really like to thank Mr. Khanna for providing me very precise & clear-cut advice on the immigration issues. It was a great pleasure dealing with Mr Khanna; he is very thorough, knowledgeable & friendly to work with. Regards, Nakul Saluja
It was great help from Rajiv Sir to advice free to F1 students issues and questions. My friend recommended me to contact Rajiv Khanna Law Firm. God bless you with everything you wish. I applied my OPT and got rejected because of applied ahead of time. Then I again applied and got it. Now I have completed my program but still not have degree. I was worrying about my next status without having US degree in hand. But Mr. Rajiv suggested and explained it in real good manner and now I am just going with that flow. Thank you Mr. Khanna for your service to community in USA.
This is a great service. Mr. Khanna is very polite, considerate, and knows his profession very well. I did not pay him anything for consultation and yet he was very forthcoming and very generous in his time. He knows the ropes of the USCIS.
Rajiv Khanna Law offices is a very professional unit of people who help you right on the point. The best service and clear distinction offered by them stands in the way they present the case as it is and also with the right kind of knowledge in the limited amount of time available to make a decision. I am grateful for their truthful advise on my travel during H1B approval.
Rajiv is undoubtedly & hands down the best immigration lawyer in the United States. He provided us the best, fair and precise advice without any interest on his part. His demeanor to help others, offering free services such as community calls and most of all his time in actively managing his website is unparalleled. You will not find a better immigration law firm than this. Thank you Rajiv for all that you do!! - Gaurav
Great help and follow through every queries from USCIS in detail. Mr. Khanna team is very helpfull. From the start of my H1 until my GC
I applied green card for me and my family through Rajiv Khanna's office and it went through successfully. Its been a great experience working with his team throughout the process. Diane Lombart was the one assigned to my case from their end. She has been very supportive, responsive and encouraging. No matter how many questions that you put or how many emails that you send, she handled all of them very patiently. She very well understands the emotions one goes through (eagerness, frustrations etc) during this process and be was very supportive during tough times. Thanks Diane for all the support!!
Rajiv Khanna took my EB2 portability case (from EB3 PD of July/2004) got all approvals. Recently I got Green Card. Earlier, I used another attorney to port EB3 but PERM was audited and then rejected. All the money invested there was a complete loss of time and money, not to mention all the frustation that comes along with any rejection. Rajiv Khanna and team are best in business. They are priced flat so they really want to take care of your case in most efficient manner. If it takes more time initially to "prep-up" for case then they want to make sure that all grounds are covered in case they are audited. Trust them! they know what they are doing. Now the big question - Rajiv Khanna or Murthy? Pretty much thats what you have been thinking anyways. My vote goes to Rajiv Khanna all the way. Why? Its very Simple, initial consulation was very direct, free and it was with Rajiv Khanna himself plus his team. Any decision made on file was consulted with Rajiv Khanna. If I ever wanted to talk to Rajiv Khanna about any thing around my case, his team would setup an appointment and I would be able to get answers in no time. Again, they charge flat fees so I never paid for any of sessions I had with Rajiv directly. His knowledge, experience and humble approach makes big difference. I am glad I don't have to go through Green Card processing again, but if I do, I would blindly pick Rajiv Khanna to guide me through again.
We have great trust in this firm and we have been receiving excellent service. We strongly suggest using services of Mr. Khanna for any immigration related cases. We wish them all the best.
I have contacted Mr. Khanna second time to evaluate my resume for appropritae green card caterogy. Since first talk I have made quite nice case and Mr. Khanna honestly told me where to improve my case. This information is really helpful! I thank Mr. Khanna for his time and all the help. regards, Mahesh
We have known Mr. Khanna and his firm for many years. We contact The Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna primarily to receive expert advice on H1B petition including transfer.
Mr. Khanna is very experience counsel and his continued advice to our firm as well as our potential employees is greatly appreciated. Besides performing well at his duty, we found Mr Khanna and his team including Anna Baker to be a great source of information on H1B and more. Mr Khanna and Ms Baker are always willing to provide professional immigration advice to business owners like us over and above their normal call of duty. Hence I fully recommend Mr Khanna’s firm to provide immigration services to employers and its potential hires that may require work visa including H1B.
I would like to really thanks a lot for the guidance provided by the law office of Mr.Rajiv during my H1 extension process. In my case it was a double RFE and the whole team worked a lot to get me out of it. Finally got my H1 approved. I can strongly recommend taking services from Mr.Rajiv's law firm as I personally feel we are in safe hands.
We consulted with Mr. Rajiv Khanna on our possibilities of getting a GC through EB1. He was the first lawyer we talked to who was very honest with us and even suggested waiting for the new immigration law to be passed to make our case easier. In addtiton this was our our first phone call consultation with him and he didn't charge us for it which was amazing because my own lawyer who is doing my EB2 case charges us for an hour even for a 5 minute phone-call for any clarification. He was a refreshing change from all the lawyerswe talked to. Mr. Khanna was really interested when he talked to us and gave us honest advice which I appreciated immensely. I regret that he was recommended to us after I had already processed by EB2 application with another lawyer. I would highly recommend him to all immigrants who are looking to file for their GC. I have talked to many other lawyers in the DC metro area and by far he was the best lawyer I have talked to!
They processed H1 B very smoothly. They are very helpful and guided me very well and just within 2 weeks, i received my Approval for H1B. Thanks to FRAN FISHER.
I recently got my H1B approved. I find everyone in the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna very supportive and attentive to each detail. I would like to thank Rajiv and his team for such a good job and would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Best Wishes!
I sought Mr. Khanna's advice and he took all the time to listen to me and povided the required guidance. He did this even when i am not a client. I deeply appreciate his help and advice.
I had a brief phone consultation with Mr. Khanna. I found him to be very down-to-earth and personable. He had carefully reviewed the issue before the phone call and his advice was to-the-point. I will gladly recommend friends and family to seek his advice on immigration matters.
I had an introductory call with Mr Khanna regarding an H1 visa and the supporting process. Mr Khanna was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great guidance regarding the requirements and timing. I look forward to working with him and his team in the future.
Ours is a long story. My green card was filed under EB3 India with a PD of May 2006. My husband's green card was filed under EB3 India in 2005. When our dates became current sometime in 2007, my I-140 was already approved and his was pending. So, we decided to go ahead with my case and filed for I-485 for both of us. However, the dates then retrogressed and our lawyer informed us that my husband's case is no longer valid since his LC expired 3 months after it was approved. We didn't know that LC expires if not used within a specific time frame and the lawyer did not inform us either. Anyways, my husband's GC was again filed, this time through Rajiv's firm with proper guidance and through EB2. Rajiv also guided us to go through Consular Processing instead of I-485 since in our case, my husband could legally work using EAD via the I-485 applied through my case. In all these years, the company I work for has increased in size and wants to promote me. I consulted with Rajiv regarding this and inquired about possibility for porting from EB3 to EB2. Rajiv answered all our questions and guided us appropriately this time too. We are now waiting to hear about the Priority Dates for October 2012 bulletin and will make a decision about EB3 to EB2 porting. It feels so good to be able to talk to Rajiv regarding these questions related to immigration and his knowledge and experience in this field is very very valuable for people like us. Every time we have talked to him we have received excellent response and guidance. My husband and the company he works for had a very good experience with EB2 filing. Everything was very professional and was checked and rechecked before it was sent through. Thanks to Rajiv for all his help with our case so far!
