DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Office of the Secretary
Annual Update of the HHS Poverty Guidelines
AGENCY: Department of Health and Human Services.
ACTION: Notice.
I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC. I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement. I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.
I am grateful to Shri Rajivji for the correct advice… He is the best Immigration Lawyer… I wish him a giant success also with him prosperous and healthy life … Still expecting the best service from him for my case…Lots of wishes
I have been in DC for 2.5 years now and spoken to many lawyers when it came to retaining services for immigration needs. In every interaction I have had with Rajiv's office, I was most impressed their honesty and no-nonsense attitude. Having dealt with some pretty bad lawyers who were more concerned about $$ than the interests of the client, dealing with Rajiv's firm was a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough good things about Diane, my case manager. She really has been beyond fantastic. The most important thing for me was timely feedback, and in that regard, Diane was exceptional. I never ever had to ask as to what was going on with my application, b/c she was one step ahead in telling me. I wish I could send more positive comments about her, but I cant, simply because I do not believe it does her professionalism, her demeanor or her experience justice. Overall, a great experience (and one that only took 2.5 months for the GC ! ! !)
We just did recently receive our US Green Card (EB2) for both my wife and me. Keeping all those melodrama apart, in short, is extremely pleased and has no words to express ourselves. We want to thank everyone working with Law Offices of Rajiv (Immigration.com) and especially Mathew, Suman-Ji, Bharathi, Anna, Rita and last but not the least Rajiv himself. On a true note, they are extremely professional and super prompt in answering any of your stupidest questions on Immigration. Rajiv is extremely desperate in taking cases through to positive destiny using and interpreting every piece of immigration law that according to me, a lot of his competitors would try and avoid.
In last 6-years they have done our multiple successful H1B/H4 renewals, this Green Card case, and hopefully would be the one helping us on our US Citizenship process, about 5-years from now.
All of you guys out there, if you have any immigration issues, and want a little piece of mind, please do not wait. schedule an immediate appointment with them and be happy from thereon.
Just for information, our US born baby girl is about 2.5 months old now. Once she grows up a bit, would surely want to pay them a visit. We wish them all the very best as of now and in future.
Attorney Khanna and his staff are very meticulous and posess the skills to handle anykind of roadblocks that come across during the process of immigration filing. I filed my permanent residency application under EB-1A category through them and got an approval. Diane was extremely helpful and diligent in answering questions and seeking appropriate information from me throught out the process. I was amazed how quickly she got acclimated to the research work i was doing and provided excellent guidance in obtaining required letters and other information. I am thankful to them for their efforts and highly recommend their services.
The poverty guidelines are a simplified version of the federal poverty thresholds used for administrative purposes — for instance, determining financial eligibility for certain federal programs. They are issued each year in the Federal Register by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The poverty guidelines may be used as soon as they are published in the Federal Register each year — usually about mid-February — unless a program has chosen to make them effective at a later date.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has revised Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver, by removing the means-tested benefit criteria that was previously used as a factor in determining whether an applicant was exempt from paying for filing fees or biometric services.
Ever wondered to find an immigration attorney who not only takes interest in working with you saving your time but also knows the current immigration landscape. This is exactly how I feel about working with Rajiv and Diane they are masters in what they do they’re sincere well-versed with the current immigration landscape in the US. I could not thank them enough for the thorough analysis and guidance Through the EB1 one green card process. Also big kudos to Marty for all the work you do!! This is actually a dream team. God bless.

Rajiv, Diane, June, and Kunal worked with me to get my EB1A approved. I shared my CV and credentials with Rajiv ji just as I was graduating out of my PhD and again got in touch with him after a year. This time he showed conviction in my profile and that gave me the confidence to move forward and apply for EB1A category. The team's efforts in preparing my file and insights in my case were tremendous. I just got my EB1A approved, all thanks to this team. I listened to their advice and had faith in their guidance and would suggest others to believe in them. If they say there is a good chance, then there probably is. They have years of experience in this field. I strongly recommend Rajiv and team for help related to immigration.
This form is used to determine the minimum income requirement needed to sponsor most family-based immigrants and some employment-based immigrants to show that they have adequate means of financial support and are not likely to rely on the U.S. government for financial support.
WASHINGTON—U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) launched a pilot to test a redesigned processing times webpage that displays the data for all forms in an easier-to-read format and also tests a new way of collecting data and calculating the processing times for some forms.
My family did receive the green card through the extra ordinary ability (EB1) category. We have no words to say for the inspiring, exciting and excellent work done by Rajiv and Diane through the entire process. It took just about 8 months to receive the green card. In each and every step, we met many times through the conference calls with Rajiv and Diane and they explained the process clearly and precisely. Of course, we felt always that someone from our own family guiding us in the entire GC process.
I highly recommend reader's of this testimonial to consult Mr. Khanna's immigration experts for any immigration related legal issues at any time. You will be certainly pleased to find such a great friendly group of people that are well prepared to provide you the service you deserve. I really wondered sometimes that how Rajiv and Diane find time to respond quickly for an individual in addition to deal with the other clients. Dear Rajiv and Diane, our prayers to your whole team for your selfless service to us. In future, any of Rajiv's clients who wants to apply under extraordinary ability can reach me to share my experience.

Dear Rajiv Khanna jee
I am not able to express my happiness when I got your mail. I can just say THANK YOU for the sincere effort and a strong belief that you always had in my case. I also want to share the amount of frustration that I went through after the second refusal of the application. Still in that moment of time you said that you will not give up until we achieve our goal. I want to thank Diane, Sumanjee for their immense support of preparing things with the detailed hard work. Many Many thanks. We will always be together.
