Wanted to share my Special thanks to Rajiv Khanna and Diane Lombardo for their continuous support in the last 2 years , They have helped to file all my visa applications effectively , cleared all the queries on time , provided appropriate guidance at every critical moment and helped me to achieve 100% success rate in my Visas. Working with them was a wonderful experience.

Mr. Khanna is very competent, and is supported by a very prompt and proactive staff. He suggested me one of the best ways, given my situation, to obtain permanent residency (Green Card), and navigated through the various questions from the USCIS expertly. As a legal professional (from a different field of law), and as someone who has dealt with a few other immigration attorneys, I rate him and his practice among the best. Highly recommended!

The journey started 7 months back with a simple evaluation of my profile by Mr. Khanna followed by a fact check call. Hats off to his professionalism that I was told upfront the approval chances of my case and the further work I need to do on my profile. Mine was a very unique case with a mix of critical industry experience, inventions, publications and other relevant categories. Mr. Khanna's strategic direction, core guidance, and valuable inputs were ably complimented by perfect documentation, follow up and updates by Diane. The advice throughout the journey was extremely valuable and the support was just a call away anytime. I was told to patiently wait and work on the profile till it was good enough to be filed and I think the patience and time spent was worth it. The I-140 for the case was approved within a week of filing. Mr. Khanna and Diane have been equally supportive in the I-485 journey immediately after that and took it on top priority to accommodate my International travels.

Thanks to Rajiv and Heather for successful approval of my I-140 approval. Journey started with some questions as student visa holder where Rajiv answered all of my questions with full patients and at the end of call he Refunded my fees bcoz he doesn't charge any fees to students. Next was H1b process where my chance of approval was very slim and the company was at its starting phase. Having no options on table we took a chance, with Rajiv's skills and tremendous experience he made the case that no one can deny it and we got it approved. Same thing with I140 stage where also chance of approval were very slim due to change in conditions of business, he offered me to abandon the case in middle and save his fees which I think no one in his profession would do that. Then we decided to put some faith in god and Rajiv' S expertise as we already knew he can make the case with any situations. and here we go I140 approved.............Hoorey.............he did it. Thank You. It has been a great experience working with this law office. They helped me with my green card (EB1 - OR) in 2010 and now (Feb 2017) successfully received by naturalization certificate, again with help from this law office. Went through multiple hassles with immigration but in every step of the way, this team did a great job.
