I've just started my GC process with Mr. Khanna's firm. They are about to send my DOL LCert. While working with them since last few weeks, I admire there professionalism and dedication. They've been good at follow up. I was surprised how much Mr. Khanna has been involved. I think it will be a good experience down the road. Special thanks to Mr. Khanna, Rajiv Durgam, Miss. Suman and Ursla Jara.
I began my GC processing in October 1999. And got my LC done in December 1999. I really thankful to Mr. Rajiv and his team for their efforts. Now I am in process of filing for I-140. Mr. Rajiv and his staff is highly professional and very friendly. Working with him is absolutely hassle free. I never have to do any . Follow-up. with him as his staff do things very efficiently. Also Thanks to Suman and Leila as they are always helpful.
In June of 1998 I changed jobs, and moved here to Florida in July of 1998. I began filing for new H1 visas in May of that same year. It took Just under two(2) months to get our H1-B and H-4. Just recently (Dec. 1999) our application for Alien Employment Certification, through the Atlanta DOL was approved. We are now in the process of filing our I-140 and, once the priority date becomes current, the I-485 (adjustment of status for GC). My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results Mr Khanna has been able to achieve since we first started with him in Maryland. We have come a far way, and it is refreshing to know that changing lawyers was the best choice we have made throughout this ordeal. We continue to look forward to the high standard of work Mr Khanna is setting for his clients. ** Keep up the good work Mr Khanna & Staff **
The work was very well done in a timely manner. thank you
Thank you very much for the swift and efficient process. Hoping to use you guys again at a later date
Processing Times for immigration matters vary widely. The U.S. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S.
I started my GC processing in Sept. 98. Rajiv and his team got my LC done in Apr 99. I filed my I-140 in May 99. There were some questions regarding the valuation of my degree and experience. But Rajiv and Fidelina went out of way and got second evaluation of my education done which fitted the case in the EB2/RIR category. My I-140 was approved on 7 Dec.99 and now I have sent my I-485 papers for filing. Thank you very much Rajiv, Fidelina , Suman and the entire team. They are very dependable team even in difficult times. I must appreciate the skill and patience they showed in getting my I-140 approved.

Experience that exceeds my expectations. For People who count on quality and timely work this is the place. My labour certificate is approved in 2 weeks(EB2). Case Manage Amrita deserves honor and high appreciation.
What I can say is that I got the highest support possible even with all the troubles Rena, Savita , Anna and lawyer Rajiv stayed focused . They are the best. God bless you for all your great service. I just had to continue and say that , even though I was not the easiest of clients they stayed professional and polite . The billing department was very cooperative too. I am so happy to be one of your success stories . You made that the only option from day one. Thank you all.
I can not describe in words the gratitude that my wife and I have both for Rajiv Khanna and Jitesh Malik. The USCIS denied my wife's dependent I-485 AoS app and we were sure that we'd have to relocate back home. Jitesh and Rajiv bhai handled the matter deftly and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. They took care of the matter and got us an approval when my old attorney wouldn't even return my calls when things started heading south. I had heard stories of Mr. Khanna being very helpful and knowledgeable and now know that he is the best Goddamn immigration attorney out there who is not afraid to fight for you.
To all desi's [Pakistanis;Indians] and non-desi's out there: Rajiv Khanna is da bomb! Trust me on that.
Thank you Rajiv bhai! Thank you so very much! Shariq Raza.
This is about my sister.she was born in mexico, and when she was about 4 our parents decided that they wanted a better life for their children that they would have. they could not leave her their, so she had to come here. it took her a while to learn english but by the time she graduated kindergarden she was perfect. from then on she was succesful in school. she was a great student. she graduated on the top 15% of her class. the thing is she wanted to go to college and study business administration. because she is an immigrant she could not get any scholarships or financial aid.
I just came back form my FP appt. I wanted to share my experience with you.
New fee allows USCIS to recover the costs of processing immigrant visas after individuals receive their visa packages from the Department of State abroad
Hi all,I wanted to share my wife's N400 interview experience which had lots of continuous residency issues. it is thanks to this forum's contributions that we decided to apply anyway in spite of the fact our own lawyer advised us against it. and she got approved and had her oath on the very same day!
I am on H-1B visa and my wife just received her H-4B. She is not allowed to get SSN as this is only for people who allowed to work. I need to get her TIN (TAX Identification Number) but not sure where to start as I have been told she needs TIN for Driver licensing and open Bank account.
1.I am in India and my I-20 has been terminated. What should I do to reenter in the United States?
2.Can I reenter the United States with an I-20 issued by a private university for a full time course and not by public university?
1. You will have to look for another school/visa.
2. As long as the school is authorized to issue I-20, you can apply for an F-1 visa. But make sure the school is not running into problems like Tri-Valley University did.

We filed my H-1B petition using premium processing and now we received an RFE. How much longer will it take before USCIS makes a decision now?
When USCIS issues an RFE, they give a date by which the response to the RFE must be received by USCIS. Once USCIS receives the RFE response, the 15-day clock starts again for you to receive a decision from USCIS. This decision can be an approval, a denial, a notice of intent to deny (NOID), or USCIS could issue a second RFE.
USCIS published improved forms in easier-to-use formats and with new data collection technologies:
USCIS has launched a new Form Improvements Initiative Web page which explains the types of improvements in the initiative, introduces recently published and upcoming forms, and links to each form’s landing Web page. You’ll also find information related to form improvement initiatives, including enhanced Web content (i.e., posting filing addresses and detailed fee information on form landing pages) and filing reminders.
Comments: Rajiv Khanna is an extremely competent attorney and I am extremely pleased by the service provided by his staff. I specially commend Diane Lombardo for getting things done quickly, efficiently and correctly. I would recommend this firm for anyone wishing to hire a lwayer for their GC process. Country of Birth of primary applicant: India Country of Birth of beneficiary: Colombia I-140 NIW Application received by INS on Jan, 13 1998. I-140 Additional evidence requested on April 23, 1998. Further, for those who are wondering how I was able to submit my I485 application in August 1998 when my priority date is Jan 13 1998, I qualify since I cross-charged my application under my spouse's country of birth.
