Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.
I found Mr Khanna's office as very professional and prompt.
Mr. Khanna and staff were very prompt in responding to questions. Mr. Vijay & Ms. Nimia took special care in scrutinizing the papers and always went out of their way to get my papers processed in time.

Mr. Khanna was available at very short notice to answer any question and put us at ease many times throughtout this process. He is very much informed about the latest happenings in the field and uses this and his experience to perform the best possible service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his office and commend their professionalism and honest approach of doing things. We would like to thank Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo, Leila Lehman, Fidelina Batista, Nimia Aranibar and Amel Barhe for their professionalism and hard work in getting us through this process. I work in the HR department at an IT consulting firm. We needed to get an employee on board to begin a project, but first needed to transfer his visa. Dan and Anna helped make the process extremely smooth, not to mention quick. It was a pleasure to work with both of them.

I used Rajiv Khanna team services in 1998-2000 to process several H1 and GC cases for my employees in Indus Corporation, and received very good and professional services. I would recommend their services without any hesitation
Khanna's firm did a thorough, expeditious job of the recruitment and coaching my company's HR dept - specifically, Vijay Durgam who was the case worker on my file. I got approval in less than 20 days. Thanks!

USCIS has received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the congressionally mandated H-2B cap for the first half of Fiscal Year (FY) 2014. March 14, 2014 is the final receipt date for new H-2B worker petitions requesting an employment start date before April 1, 2014.
How We Determine the Final Receipt Date
The final receipt date is when we have received enough cap-subject petitions to reach the statutory limit of 33,000 H-2B workers for the first half of FY 2014. There will not be any carry over spots from the first half to the second half of FY 2014.
How do I know if my visa is voided or not? I applied for a change of status while in the USA and got a denial, so I left the country 11 days after, with my I-94 already expired. Some people say my visa is voided, but where can I check this?
There were a few places that did the naturalization ceremonies in MA but it is a royal pain how long they take to schedule these. Back in 2010, I had to wait 3.5 months for my naturalization after passing the interview. They gave me my oath ceremony letter right after passing the interview. Seems like things have only gotten worse since 2010. I had my naturalization ceremony at Mechanics Hall in Worcester and no, it was not because I lived in or near Worcester. I lived in the Boston city area at the time.
