I had Consular Processing done with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna
I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am really glad that I choose this Law firm becuase they were prompt at every stage of my green card process. Inspite of their busy schedule, I always got prompt replies to all my queries. I was at peace during my GC processing since I was always sure that I am in good hands. Keep up the good job, and once again, thank you very much.
My LC was filed on 26th of dec 2000 and was cleared on March 15th 2001. I am very happy the way SUMAN, POOJA co-ordinated with me. I am right now being assisted for filing i-140 by Pooja, Shivane
I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. I got my I-140 processed with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Kanna in EB1(OR) category. Mrs. Diane did an excellent job in filing I-140 and I-485/EAD/AP. They know what is best for their clients. Even though, I belong to CSC, I never had any problem in getting my application filed. I strongly recommend you to get their help if you want a professional, dedicated and the best assistance.
Excellent work Rajiv & Co. Very thorough in the approach, case preparation, no-delay communication, on-time filing, coupled with personal advice and feedback - all these qualities reflect how well Rajiv and his team work. I could call up and talk to Rajiv/his team any time and any number of times. Many clients are ignorant of the details involved in the GC process - but no matter how small a clarification, I elicited a detailed and quick response. Always very courteous and professional -- I felt very confident on how things were moving. My case particulars - PD Sept 9, 99 - Labor certified Mar 27, 2000. Hats off to Rajiv, Suman, Amel and Priya for the great work. Most importantly, here's a team that will let you know upfront what is required from you. Communication is rank #1. So folks, if you need a sound and highly experienced immigration attorney, look no further than to Rajiv Khanna & Associates. You will not regret the choice. Good luck.
The service provided by this office is par excellence. The staff is very patient, prompt and efficient. The entire process for my H1B petition has been very smooth owing to this office. Special thanks to Mr.Khanna, Ursula, and Charu.

I was selected for cap H1B. I am looking to file for pharmacist position in MD. However, at the moment I do not have a MD state license. I have a PA state license. Will I be able to apply for H1 without the MD state license. I will be able to get the license before October but not by end of June. What other positions can I apply for to get H1 with Pharm D
Currently, if you do not have a license, but it has been applied, the USCIS should approve for a full three years if they send an RFE and the license is approved by that time. Otherwise, they should approve for one year.

I transferred my H-1 to new company but my child still holds the old H4 which has validity till 2023 2023 March. Will he be able to use that H4 to get stamped while going to India now.
H-4 visa is not tied to your employer. Your change of employer does not affect a valid H-4 approval or visa.

I have an H1-B/ I-140 question for you and your team. Please see below: I came to India in 2019 to get my H1 stamped along with my family and got stuck. I got a 221(g), and RFE during the process but my employer got things sorted out. Then my employer also amended my petition and I re-appeared for visa stamping interview and got stuck again due to an ‘end client’ issue. Then Covid made things worse in 2020. Questions for your team: I have an approved I-140 with my old firm (on Eb-2) with a priority date of Jan 29, 2014. I am not on a US payroll since I came to India (in 2019) & my last approved petition also expired in Jan 2022. If a new firm had to take over my H1-B case can I re-capture the unused time (time stuck in India for almost 3 years) beyond my first 6 years of H1-B with this new firm/petitioner ? If so, can I port my old I-140 (& old priority date) to the new H1 petitioner after coming to US? What is the porting time frame after coming to US? Is Premium processing available for porting old I-140 (& priority date) to the new employer? Since my priority date is current, I wanted to know if my new employer can file for AOS upon my arrival in the US. Your help and feedback on the above matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Q. Can I re-capture the unused time (time stuck in India for almost 3 years) beyond my first 6 years of H1-B with this new firm/petitioner?
A. Yes, you can.

I am on a O1-A visa for 3+ years. I am looking to file my EB1-A. 1. I have published and authored journal publications 2. Also, I have peer reviewed journal/conference papers. Following is the link to my google scholar : https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=2OnK284AAAAJ&hl=en Please could you provide a feedback on my chances on EB1-A approval?
Rohit ji, if we have not already spoken, please email me your resume to help at immigration dot com. We do not charge for resume reviews. Usually, an O-1 is a good sign that you may qualify for an EB-1A or an EB-1B.

I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
