Hi Folks: I hired Rajiv and his associates for my RIR Labor certification in the state of California and got it APPROVED IN RECORD TIME. Details: Priority Date March 20, 2000. EDD Sacramento fowarded to DOL, San FRancisco on April 13. DOL recd my app from EDD on April 17 and APPROVED it on APRIL 28 (11 days at DOL). Total time from EDD to final DOL approval: about 5weeks ONLY. Before I hired Rajiv, he had mentioned 5 months for another case he had handled in CA. Mine really stumped him. Needless to say, Rajiv and his team, Vijay, Richa, and Suman did an amazing job at preparing my case. I have no hesitation in refering Rajiv to anyone. Good luck, Vijay
Fidelina Batista and Reena Dey did a great job for my H1B renewal. I recommend them for all your immigration work.
I appreciate the professionalism and attention provided by Ms. Ursula Jara towards the H-1 processing case of my employees. thank you again. VIru Raparthi President RBCA Services, Inc.
It was a wonderful experience working with Mr. Khanna and his staff members. They fight for our cases until the end. They are always available for help and advice. Most important aspect is very personalized service that they provide to every one
Rajiv Khanna and his team have done extensive research to solve my H1-B Case Denial efficiently. INS has denied the H1-B when my consultancy company applied for H1 amendment for new job location.INS has denied the H1-B when they were not able verify the degrees and experience in INDIA. My friends Ganesh and Bala helped me to reach Rajiv Khanna when there was no hope of getting the H1-B back. Rajiv and his team has solved the case proficiently and got H1-B approval within 2 months. I thank Rajiv, his team, and my friends who have helped me through this tough time. I recommend everybody to consult Rajiv Khanna for any kind of problems in H1-B.If you need any information, reach me through email at Thanks Ravi Prasad Pachalla

I was very thrilled to see that our L Visa extensions were approved today. This was extremely quick - less than 45 days!! Great work and efforts by Anna Baker and Vikas Varma ensured that I would never face any problems. I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna and his capable staff!!!!
I processed my I-140 and I-485 through Law office of Rajiv S. Khanna. I am glad I transferred my case from other attorney who I had lot of problems with processing my Labor. I received great service in applying, responding to RFE and clarifying my doubts. I would like to thank and appreciate the work of Tarun and Mathew. I would strongly recommend to my friends or anybody to use the service of "Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna"
Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna, PC is REALLY a good immigration firm.
Initially, I doubted this firm because I can not believe its price is only one-third of the fee my friends paid for their cases.
But the staff's work make me comfortable, they actually guide me step by step. No-misleading, always answer my strange questions, provide appropriate suggestions, double-check everything before file out, give me advance notice of next step, etc.
I would strongly recommend this firm for people who is planning to apply his GC, especially in EB category & IT field.
Finally me and my wife received our greencard after 5.5 years.
I would like to thank you Rajiv & his team in helping me to achieve permanent status. Rajiv and his firm really helped me getting my greencard, at one point my I-140 is on verge of denial status, Rajiv and his firm helped me out this situation. Once again I would like to thank Rajiv.
In my offer letter, they have mentioned if they sponsor H1b I need to work with them for 5 years. What happens if I change the company by down the road within these 5 years?

Can H-1B transfer happen in such case from company B? If yes then if this transfer is approved but previous H1b extension is not approved which is from company B will it impact my status in US? Can I work for company B still? Will there be any chance that I have to go to India and come back with stamped visa ?

I have been scheduled for my interview next month after cancellation of the first one. I took three trips outside the US, and one last more than 6 months but less than one year. I waited for more than 5years since my last entrance which is June 2013 before applying for citizenship. Should I be worried about my interview since I broke the continuity of residency?

My boyfriend is applying for his F1 Visa in July 2020 for fall semester 2020 for his MS in Finance at one of the US universities (deciding on which one right now). This is a question asked well in advanced so we are fully prepared.

On 10 March 2020, a Washington DC Federal Court overturned the USCIS highly restrictive
standards applied to the consulting industry. This decision has a major positive impact on the IT
industry.
Judge Rosemary M. Collyer held that the USCIS must not administer justice through random
memoranda and must, if it wishes to change the regulations, do so through a formal process. In
fact, the USCIS seems to have illegally targeted the IT industry (“special treatment”):

USCIS has received enough electronic registrations during the initial period to reach the FY 2021 H-1B numerical allocations (H-1B cap). USCIS randomly selected from among the registrations properly submitted. Hi, My wife and myself received our I-485 approvals the last saturday. Rajiv, Fidelina and their team did great job in getting my GC. I didn't have lot of time on my H1 when I started my GC (right around 2years), but I got my GC within 1year 8 months. Here are my details: EB2 India, PD is Sept 98, LC done in 7 months through RIR, Got I140 in 3 weeks. I485 RD is Aug 99. Got EAD/AP within 2 months. FP done in Oct 99. 485 approved May 23, 2000. The best thing I did is hiring the Rajiv and the gang instead of going through the company lawyer. I saw my friends in my company having lots of troubles with the company attorney, who doesn't have current knowledge of ever changing immigration laws. Great job guys! Thanks Puri
