Hi everybody.. Thanks to excellent work by Rajiv and his colleagues, we received our GC in about 10 months - filed 485 in Jan01, approved in Nov01 EB2 RIR. There is no doubt Rajiv & team are the best- one can feel assured about the entire process - we got step by step explanation of the entire process, the documents that will be required, sample of all affidavits that may be required. We just provide personal and work info, Rajiv's office completes all paperwork and send them for your signature - very quickly by Fedex. Diane is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had no RFE's but had to file I140 amendment for company merger. Everything went on smoothly, thanks to Rajiv's staff and their solid preparation. If you don. t know the secret beyond TEAM WORK read the following. It is the clearance of Labor Certification in California. Rajiv and his team members filed on 10th May 2000 for my Labor Clearance under RIR category. It was cleared at EDD Sacramento on 23rd of May and sent to DOL, SanFrancisco for further approval. On 5th June I got a message from the GREAT TEAM and surprised to hear that the Labor Certification is done. . Excellent Job!!! Just in 25 days!!! Unbeleivable !!!. Kudos to Rajiv and his team in getting our greencard approved in 1 year 7 months. Here are my details: EB2 India. Priority date: October 98. Labor certification was done via RIR in 7 months, I-140 in 2 months from TSC, and I-485 in 7 months from TSC. We had our passports stamped last Friday, and are awaiting our greencard. I originally started off with another lawyer, but changed to Rajiv shortly afterwards. That had to be the best decision we made!!! Rajiv and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took no chances at all, and left no stone unturned in making sure our applications were complete. Believe me, this is the lawyer you want on your side.

Hi, I first of all like to appreciate the generosity of Mr Rajiv in replying to my email within 15min and then giving the phone conference appointment for no cost since I am a student. He is definitely a great person who really makes an effort to sort out others issues. I contacted him to know how my mom who already have visitor visa, can stay in US on continous basis as my dad recently passed away and I am the only child. I knew what he had suggested others who were on H1 visas and had same issues (by listening to the record of past tele conferences), but wanted to confirm his opinion in my case. He said that I can also do visitor visa extensions in lieu of F2 visas, but he was hesitant as how would I support the medical expense. I understand his concern, but I would be contacting him again as I really want this to work for my mom. Anyhow, I am really thankful to him and his staff for being so supportive and understanding.
