Kudos to Rajiv and his team in getting our greencard approved in 1 year 7 months. Here are my details: EB2 India. Priority date: October 98. Labor certification was done via RIR in 7 months, I-140 in 2 months from TSC, and I-485 in 7 months from TSC. We had our passports stamped last Friday, and are awaiting our greencard. I originally started off with another lawyer, but changed to Rajiv shortly afterwards. That had to be the best decision we made!!! Rajiv and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took no chances at all, and left no stone unturned in making sure our applications were complete. Believe me, this is the lawyer you want on your side.

USCIS has received a sufficient number of petitions projected as needed to reach the congressionally-mandated 65,000 H-1B visa regular cap for fiscal year 2020. On April 10, USCIS used a computer-generated random selection process to select enough H-1B petitions to meet the congressionally-mandated regular cap and the U.S. advanced degree exemption for fiscal year (FY) 2020. I was in a difficult situation with a missing labor certificate, pending I-140 due to that and fighting with DOL, Mr.Khanna's office did an excellent job especially Mr.Jitesh dealt it through every possible opportunity and finally got it resolved by taking it through lawsuit against DOL. This shows that their experience counts while dealing with typical cases and troublesome situations. There has been a great communication through email on every step and effort to get this resolved. I have been using the services of The Law Office of Rajiv Khanna for a while now. Labor certification in my case was recently approved, following conversion to RIR. The window for conducting recruitment and preparing the package was small, only 4 months. In addition, I was away for a month on vacation during this time.
