Thanks to Rajiv and his team. My LC was filed in Nov' 99 and got approved on Nov'12th 2000. Applying for I-140. This team is very prompt, patient, energetic and knowledgeable. The team reply to every question very carefully. Rajiv even replied to some personal immigration questions when I need to change my wife's H4 status to F1 (we went to Mexico for this). Thanks to Rajiv for all his answers and suggestions. GC is a major milestone in our life, for those who want to make a career in U.S. We need patience and above all must follow the attorney's suggestions for successfully getting the GC.
Got there at 6am and there were already about 80 people ahead of us.
At 6:15 they started handing out tickets. At 7:30 we had ours.
Went inside to sit down and at 7:45 our number came up. Handed over copies of the I-765 and I-485 receipt notices (it speeds up things if they do not have to make the copies) and newly filled out I-765s (they want them).
Green card experience : I would like to thank Mr Rajiv Khanna, Fidelina and their staff for all the help they provided through my Green card process. I am glad I selected them as my lawyers and would recommend others too if they want a hasle free green card processing. My Labour was done in Feb 98 and it came in under 6 months. We tried for EB2 I140 but since I did not have masters, we got an RFE. We selected EB3 as an option then but due to some confusion at the VSC side, my I140 was denied, they thought we are asking for EB2 again. My date had luckily become current at that time. Due to the quick response from Fedilina, my 140 was approved in about a week or so. That was something really extraordinary and I am glad Fidelina was handling my case. We are able to file 485 at that time, Aug 99. Got the EAD in about 3 months. But unfortunately, the dates went back. At that time, my wife’s 140 got approved in EB2 and through another lawyer. Her date was current. We were in a dilemma whether to file another 485 while earlier 485 was still pending, do CP or just wait. We finally decided to go for CP. We had our interview on 25 October at Delhi and had to wait for 2 weeks at delhi because of Name check problem. Fidelina had been nice to answer my queries every now and then through the whole process. The CP process was very smooth without any problems. If anybody has any specific question, please write to me at KHERAA@YAHOO.COM and I will be really glad to answer.
Rajiv's staff is well informed, prompt and very friendly. I had no problem during all the phases of processing. I received prompt response to my emails and Rajiv or his staff members were easily available to answer any questions. Further he has a real good system to organize and store documents; because of which I never had to refer to any of my old documents over the course of my 3.5 years of Green card processing. Further his consultation fees are reasonable. I would recommend his services.
I just got my H-1B renewed for a 7th Year through the Law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. Rajiv, with whom, I had been corresponding on various issues pertaining to my greencard, H-1B, etc., is always accessible and extremely helpful. He is extremely prompt in responding to the email--usually in a few hours and sometimes almost instantaneous. His promptness had always helped to ease the anxiety levels. I will be always be grateful for that, THANK YOU RAJIV. I also would like to thank Richa Narang, Shivane Sharma for their work and time on my GC case. And, Anna Baker and Charu Bhagat for their time and work on my H-1B 7th Year extension. I had countless conversations with Richa, Shivane, and Anna. They are not only diligent and professional in the work they do, but more importantly all the three have a great human trait: EMPATHY. They are prompt in responding to emails and in keeping me informed of the status. My sincere thanks to all of you and keep up the good work. I have already recommended Law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna to several of my friends. And many are now his clients.
Rajiv S. Khanna's office was very thorough, professional, and most importantly responsive. We worked with Rena Waddell. She was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this office for any other immigration issues. Elyse Lazerwitz
I would be glad to recommend Rajiv S. Khanna's law office to anyone, without any hesitation. I have successfully got approval of new H1B visa (premium processing) in a week and services provided by Rena Waddell is excellent, quick and very professional. One of the major benefit is that they exploit the past experiences through expertise of various attorneys working within firm which could reduce chances of RFE/queries from USCIS dramatically and saves time. Thank you.
One word - SUPER! They are super. It is my second time of having a very pleasant experience with these people. Everything is very professional. Their services are worth every red penny!
My H1B visa application was recently approved and the entire process with the Rajiv Khanna's Law firm was a pleasant and no-stress experience. The team was very professional and I really appreciate the prompt, friendly, to-the point approach of Ms Rena Waddell. She really gave me tips on how to fill out all the long explanations one has to give while filling out the application. She was very helpful overall. It really saved me a lot of headache and everything went smoothly. Wishing you guys the best of luck and keep up the good work. Given the present scenario regarding the H1 application process, this was a welcome experience.
I could not have got a better service with any other law offices. I had no problem and the advice I got was always timely, precise and correct. I had recommended my friends and family and they always got great advice from Mr. Khanna.Everybody in the office is always approachable and helpful. I still visit immigration.com regularly for various reasons and the effort that goes into keeping it up to date is really appreciated.
The Law Offices Of Rajiv Khanna was very efficient in processing my H1-B application, especially Rena Waddell my case manager was prompt and handled my case carefully, she always kept me updated on my case. Lastly they made my case approved in 2 months with normal processing which usually takes 4-6 months these days. I would highly recommend immigration.com.

I'm working on H-4 EAD with company A. Company B filed for H-1B for this year and it was picked in lottery but no decision made yet, now I don't want H-1B and asked company B to withdraw the H-1B and he agreed to it and shared the H-1B withdrawal letter along with the I-129C notice. Just to make sure that the petition is withdrawn without any issues, can I also post the same letter again to USCIS with company's from address on it?

I filed for my N-400 and then had requested my Driver's History from NJ DMV just to be sure that my account is in good standing. I received my Driver's History after few weeks and my account is good standing, however, I had one traffic ticket 16 years ago about which I had completely forgotten to mention on my N-400. Therefore on my N-400 I had selected "No" to the citation question. <br>
My question - should I let the officer know right in the beginning of the interview that I would like to amend my N-400 for that particular question OR should I wait until he gets to that question and then let him know? What's the best way to deal with this error on the application?

USCIS announced on July 8, 2016, that it has returned all fiscal year 2017 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected in our computer-generated random selection process.
I have question for H1 transfer. I am working in USA from 2006 and changed 2 employers till now. My current H1B petition is valid till June 27,2018. I have my labor and I 140 approved with EB2 priority date of April 2010.I am working as contractor to the client in Bay area, California and employer is based in Ashburn Virginia. I joined this client as contractor in April this year so my employee filed H1B extension and amendment together in April. We moved this case to premium in early May and USCIS sent RFE on my case. My company attorney is working on the documents i submit for RFE response. My contract is only till August and I received client letter which states the same end date with further possibly of extension.
This client wants to hire me as their full time employee. I have offer from another Healthcare client , however I am not sure if I can transfer my H1 to the new employer/client when RFE with the current employer is in process.
