Thanks to Rajiv and his team. My LC was filed in Nov' 99 and got approved on Nov'12th 2000. Applying for I-140. This team is very prompt, patient, energetic and knowledgeable. The team reply to every question very carefully. Rajiv even replied to some personal immigration questions when I need to change my wife's H4 status to F1 (we went to Mexico for this). Thanks to Rajiv for all his answers and suggestions. GC is a major milestone in our life, for those who want to make a career in U.S. We need patience and above all must follow the attorney's suggestions for successfully getting the GC.
Green card experience : I would like to thank Mr Rajiv Khanna, Fidelina and their staff for all the help they provided through my Green card process. I am glad I selected them as my lawyers and would recommend others too if they want a hasle free green card processing. My Labour was done in Feb 98 and it came in under 6 months. We tried for EB2 I140 but since I did not have masters, we got an RFE. We selected EB3 as an option then but due to some confusion at the VSC side, my I140 was denied, they thought we are asking for EB2 again. My date had luckily become current at that time. Due to the quick response from Fedilina, my 140 was approved in about a week or so. That was something really extraordinary and I am glad Fidelina was handling my case. We are able to file 485 at that time, Aug 99. Got the EAD in about 3 months. But unfortunately, the dates went back. At that time, my wife’s 140 got approved in EB2 and through another lawyer. Her date was current. We were in a dilemma whether to file another 485 while earlier 485 was still pending, do CP or just wait. We finally decided to go for CP. We had our interview on 25 October at Delhi and had to wait for 2 weeks at delhi because of Name check problem. Fidelina had been nice to answer my queries every now and then through the whole process. The CP process was very smooth without any problems. If anybody has any specific question, please write to me at KHERAA@YAHOO.COM and I will be really glad to answer.
Rajiv's staff is well informed, prompt and very friendly. I had no problem during all the phases of processing. I received prompt response to my emails and Rajiv or his staff members were easily available to answer any questions. Further he has a real good system to organize and store documents; because of which I never had to refer to any of my old documents over the course of my 3.5 years of Green card processing. Further his consultation fees are reasonable. I would recommend his services.
I got my labor, 140 and GC in less than 2 yrs. I really appreciate the timely help provided by Richa, Prerna and Mathew. And also like to thank all the legals who helped me at Rajiv Khannas firm. Thanks for keeping me updated on the status and answering my questions. I use to get response to all my question almost immediately. I highly recommend Mr.Khanna's office and staff for all immigration purposes. My special thanks to Mr. Mathew Chako and Prerna for all the help.
Thanks

I was working with Mathew all along from labor to finish the green card process. They are very professional and very very helpful. I recommend to every body confidently to go to Rajiv S Khanna office for any immigration needs. I personally like Mathew the way he dealt and helped me answering every small concern.
They are awesome.
It‘s a great news to receive my green card finally on 06/29 after long waiting.
It took around 4+ years (LPD: 09/2002, EB3, I-485 08/2003).
I really appreciate every body’s time, help and patience from the Law offices of Mr. Rajiv Khanna.
My special thanks to Mr. Mathew Chako and Mr. Jitesh Malik who have been very helpful through out.

This is great . I got my Labor certified within 6-7 working days. I would like to Thank Pramita Shidhore who was handling my case , for doing an excellent work and to keep me updated on the status. I use to get response to all my question almost immediately. I was confident when I decided to go through Rajiv Khanna for my GC process that every thing will flow smoothly and this confirms it. I highly recommend Mr.Khanna's office and staff for all immigration purposes.
The very next day , when my Labor was certified , I got call from Tarun Sharma whose Handling my I140 case, giving me all the details about I140 process and answering all my questions . This is really great , no waste of time and every things move very fast.
We got our GC approved on June 5th, 2007 and the cards were received within a week. The journey was long with several roadblocks. The expertise of Mathew Chacko did the trick. His commitment to excellence and above par communication always made me feel at ease. I knew a professional is handling the case. The fee was so reasonable. Our earlier attorneys were more interested in prepayments than service. Mathew's knowledge and expertise on immigration matters is remarkable. I would strongly recommend the services of this firm.
I had my first H1 petition and subsequent H1 renewal processed through the Law offices of Rajiv Khanna. I strongly recommend these folks for any immigration related issues as they go about the business in a very professional and sincere way. My case manager for H1 renewal was Mr. Chris Harman and I very much appreciate his quick responses and clarity in responses to multiple questions that I had posed. We are very thankful for all the help and have no doubt will come to your office for any immigration related matters. Please keep up the good work and the excellent website. Best regards.
1. For the Yes/No questions on I-485 form, I have answered all "No" at the time of filing as I was not even aware of this situation. I have no intentions of mis-stating the fact during interview and would like to mention it. But my question is would this be considered as un-authorized employment ? Should I say I'm not sure of this but mentioning it ?<br>
2. Also, after doing some research, looks like there is an exemption based on INA 245(k) and my case seems to be falling into this. Below is the link I was referring to. Am I correct in assuming so ?

I am in USA on work visa (11+ years with same company), I-140 approved from Feb 2011. My current H1 is valid till 8/20/2018, my company already applied for extension on 04/12/2018 under normal processing. If Extension denied after 8/20/2018, in how many days we have to leave USA? In how many days they will send NTA notice?

I am currently on my CPT(masters student) & working as full time employee in Cincinnati, OH. I would be converting to OPT in Dec,2018. My employer is fine to file H1B for the next year. My current pay is b/w 60k-65k/annum. I heard that min wage should be 65K for H1B. And even if H1B is picked, there could be chances of rejection at the time of RFE. Will the wage between 60k-65K is ok or should it be more than 65K? I have gone through couple of other websites to explore on this. According to FLCDataCenter.com, I gave Ohio, Cincinnati(Hamilton county) and occupation as software developers, applications--it displayed 4 different wage levels. My current pay falls close to Wage Level 1 but above 60K. would it still cause any issue for H1B? Could you throw some light on this.

Are you seeking to adjust your status and become a U.S. permanent resident under a family-sponsored or employment-based preference immigrant visa? If you have not yet had a relative or employer file an immigrant visa petition on your behalf, please learn more about the Adjustment of Status Filing Process.
On Aug. 13, USCIS changed the filing location for Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status. This form was previously filed at the California Service Center. Now, petitioners must send Form I-829 to a USCIS Lockbox facility. However, the Immigrant Investor Program Office continues to be the adjudicating office.
