The Law Office of Rajiv Khanna is a good law firm to work with. The legal team is knowledgeable and professional. You are almost 100% guaranted that your case will be successfully approved.
We received our GC recently and would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his courteous and competent staff for their great work, which made this ardous process so smooth. Mr. Khanna especially is not only an excellent lawyer but also a good human being with a sympathetic ear. He always responds promptly even when the question is simple. I would strongly recommend Mr. Khanna to any one without reservation.
Dear Rajiv, Pooja, Suman, Savita, Vijay, Fedlina and All, Let me thank you all for such and excellent work done by all of you for my Labor Certification. I am really very impressed by good work of Law office. L.C. filed on 12/06/00, L.C. approved. 04/30/01. When State Department of Labor, Maryland asked for the few questions about my LC, Rajiv himself called me and assured. He is very humble and nice person. He is having full command not only to Immigration Law, but also to softwares. Though profession he is a Lawyer, but he does Designing and coding for his own 4GL/5GL programs. Thank you very much Rajiv. Raman
I checked the AVM message at Vermont and heard that our I485 petition for adjustment of status was approved. I have been associated with Mr. Rajiv Khanna, Charu Bhagat, Suman Bhasin, Leila Lehman and Diane Lombardo off and on since that time. Mr. Khanna practices his law in a principled manner and I have never been given any false assurances by him. He is not one of those fly by night lawyers who promise the moon and then dont deliver. He has always given me advise without reservations. He is also a shrewd lawyer and if your case has even the slighest merit, he will get it to your favor. Well thanks to him my family and I are permanent residents.
Dear Rajiv & Team, Thanking every one at Law offices of Rajiv S akhanna for getting my GC in record time, showing excellent thru the process. Thanks to concerted efforts of law firm, I got my GC in 1.5 years. The remarkable thing about the people working at this law firm is that they always return your calls ( especially Ms Lehman). They take utmost care with the paperwork and they have been so prompt in paper-filing too. I opted for Consular Processing and it was a piece of cake. They did not ask any questions at all.
Short: I found Mr. Rajiv Khanna to be a very competent and knowledgeable attorney, his firm has great processes, which I think increased the chances of success for my application. I recommended Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his firm highly. Detailed: I work in a law firm (not immigration law), and am very impressed with Mr. Rajiv's practice, the level of personal attention he provides, the efficiency with which my application was prepared, the promptness of his staff, transparency and fairness about costs involved, the amount of information on his website, and his forthcoming nature in understanding the case, explaining the options and providing recommendations.
Mine was an individual case - for L1 visa application, which was approved without a hitch. Unlike blanket L visa cases for big companies, every individual case has several small 'unique situations' that need due care while being described. I found that the law firm of Mr. Khanna is very well geared up to handle such cases. At the point my application was submitted, I was already confident that it was in good shape, and had captured all the information that needed to be there. Thanks to Mr. Khanna and his staff, I had all reasons to expect a successful outcome. I have used other immigration attorney's services, and not that I was unsuccessful with them or disliked them, but there is a difference in the way Mr. Rajiv Khanna's firm handles their matters, which, in my view, makes a big difference both to the quality of the applications, and very likely the outcome.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) today announced the launch of a Spanish-language myE-Verify, plus the addition of Case Tracker and Case History services to the English and Spanish myE-Verify websites. myE-Verify is a one-stop shop for employees and job seekers to access features for identity protection in E-Verify and visibility into the E-Verify process.
USCIS has simplified the process for paying the USCIS Immigrant Fee online in our electronic immigration system. The revised payment process reduces the amount of information an immigrant must provide to USCIS. Additionally, in response to customer feedback, anyone can now pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee for an immigrant. For example, a family member, friend, employer, attorney, or accredited representative can pay the fee as long as they have the immigrant’s Alien Registration Number (A-Number) and DOS Case ID.

A. STATUTORY NUMBERS
This bulletin summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during October for: “Application Final Action Dates” (consistent with prior Visa Bulletins) and “Dates for Filing Applications,” indicating when immigrant visa applicants should be notified to assemble and submit required documentation to the National Visa Center.
USCIS, in coordination with Department of State (DOS), is revising the procedures for determining visa availability for applicants waiting to file for employment-based or family-sponsored preference adjustment of status. The revised process will better align with procedures DOS uses for foreign nationals who seek to become U.S. permanent residents by applying for immigrant visas at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
Excellent Support for 11 years Finally got it! Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna handled my GC processing competently from the beginning. I was mostly in touch with Prerna and she was always very prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. Thank you Rajiv and team!
So I had my interview on Sept 3rd and I went in without the Original Country of Citizenship Passport however as my previous posts state that I had made color copies of each page in my Passport book. Furthermore, I got each page notarized by a Notary Public and obtained a letter from Swiss Embassy that my original Passport (number xxxxx) is with them with effect from data xxxx for Schengen visa processing etc.

On Tuesday, September 1, 2015, the Department implemented software updates to the Permanent Labor Certification Case Management System (CMS). An unexpected programming glitch occurred which impacted a small number of applications and resulted in the prohibition of certain information being entered onto the ETA Form 9089. The Department is working to correct this issue.
Until the revisions become operational, an employer who cannot complete and file an ETA Form 9089 online should mail in their application to the Atlanta National Processing Center at the following address:
