Hi everybody.. Thanks to excellent work by Rajiv and his colleagues, we received our GC in about 10 months - filed 485 in Jan01, approved in Nov01 EB2 RIR. There is no doubt Rajiv & team are the best- one can feel assured about the entire process - we got step by step explanation of the entire process, the documents that will be required, sample of all affidavits that may be required. We just provide personal and work info, Rajiv's office completes all paperwork and send them for your signature - very quickly by Fedex. Diane is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had no RFE's but had to file I140 amendment for company merger. Everything went on smoothly, thanks to Rajiv's staff and their solid preparation. Entire GC process started in Sep 99 to approval in Nov 01. Great job Rajiv. Once labor was approved, we had info as to what we can expect in the I140 and I485 process. Thanks to concerted efforts of law firm, I got my GC in 1.5 years. The remarkable thing about the people working at this law firm is that they always return your calls ( especially Ms Lehman). They take utmost care with the paperwork and they have been so prompt in paper-filing too. I opted for Consular Processing and it was a piece of cake. They did not ask any questions at all.

After lot of research and gathering inputs from my friends my employer and me decided to appoint Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna as our attorney. This is one of the best decision of my life. My labor was filed in August 2006 and approved within 11 days. I-140 was approved after that and now I am waiting for my date to be current for EB-3. The quality od service we get in a such timely manner is amazing to me! All the people including Rajiv, Mathew, Bharathi, Suman are so wonderful to work with! I would like to mention one incident though! I received a RFE on my I-140. This was mad time of July 2007 (I think) when everybody was filing their I-485 as all the date became current for one monh. Everybody in Rajiv's office were working day and night to file everybody's case. But, still suddenly Rajiv called me and discussed the issue with me. I did not request him to call me. But he understood my situation and called me to give all the mental support I needed. This is the best thing you can expect from an attorney who will stand behind you when it is mostly needed.
