He is having full command not only to Immigration Law, but also to softwares. Though profession he is a Lawyer, but he does Designing and coding for his own 4GL/5GL programs. Thank you very much Rajiv. Raman
I checked the AVM message at Vermont and heard that our I485 petition for adjustment of status was approved. I have been associated with Mr. Rajiv Khanna, Charu Bhagat, Suman Bhasin, Leila Lehman and Diane Lombardo off and on since that time. Mr. Khanna practices his law in a principled manner and I have never been given any false assurances by him. He is not one of those fly by night lawyers who promise the moon and then dont deliver. He has always given me advise without reservations. He is also a shrewd lawyer and if your case has even the slighest merit, he will get it to your favor. Well thanks to him my family and I are permanent residents.

Thanks to concerted efforts of law firm, I got my GC in 1.5 years. The remarkable thing about the people working at this law firm is that they always return your calls ( especially Ms Lehman). They take utmost care with the paperwork and they have been so prompt in paper-filing too. I opted for Consular Processing and it was a piece of cake. They did not ask any questions at all.

The B visa category applies to citizens of foreign countries who wish to visit the United States for a temporary period. There are two types of B visas: B-1 (for business) and B-2 (for pleasure or medical treatment). A B-1 visa would be issued for an individual desiring to enter the U.S. to consult with business associates; attend a scientific, educational, professional or business convention or conference; settle an estate; or negotiate a contract. A B-2 visa would be issued for an individual wishing to enter the U.S.
The following persons fall under this category:
EB-3 Classification is appropriate for:
Professionals with a baccalaureate degree (or foreign equivalent degree but not necessarily any experience);
Skilled Workers with at minimum two years of experience (there is no degree requirement); and
Unskilled Workers who have less than two years of training or experience.
The K-1 Fiancé (e) Visa allows foreign nationals, potential spouses of United States Citizens to enter the United States for the sole purpose of marriage.
The marriage between the foreign national and United States citizen must take place within ninety (90) days of entry into the United States. It should be noted that the actual visa expiration is insignificant as long as a foreign national has complied with the terms of the visa.
In order to be eligible for K-1 status, a foreign national must provide proof that:
If you leave USA for job outside USA before using 6 years of H visa and work for 1 year, does the H1B clock reset for another 6 years and what happens to unused period of H visa?
After one year abroad, you have 6 more years. The unused portion is ignored.
NATO Visa Overview
Under the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), certain representatives and staff from member countries can enter the U.S. with temporary visas. Under the treaty, these visa holders are not subject to normal immigration inspections and documentary requirements. Instead, consular officials decide whether they are admitted. Admission is for as long as the Secretary of State recognizes their status. Employment authorization is obtained through the State Department.

We have received our Green Cards last week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr.Rajiv Khanna and his excellent team. When my company asked me for the best immigration lawyers several years ago, I had told them that Mr. Rajiv is the best one. They have valued my advise and went with Rajiv's office for my immigration matters. Since then, I have received excellent quality service from Rajiv's team. The availaibility of Rajiv's team has been superb through out my immigration process especially, Prerna Mehta, Mathew Chacko and Reecha Nareng. My special thanks to Prerna Mehta and Mathew Chacko for thier excellent help, support and advise in my GC process. I never thought of the fees I paid for Mr.Rajiv's Office valuable services. But the attorney fees are reasonable for the valuable service they provide compared to any other noted firms. In short Rajiv and his staff made the whole process very easy, simple and painless.
