On occasion, USCIS transfers cases between five service centers in order to balance workload and promote timely processing. This page provides up to date information on any workload transfers that USCIS make. Unless USCIS note otherwise, below is the general information for a workload transfer.
I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
timely work satisfied. will aproach you in future.
I had Consular Processing done with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna
I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am really glad that I choose this Law firm becuase they were prompt at every stage of my green card process. Inspite of their busy schedule, I always got prompt replies to all my queries. I was at peace during my GC processing since I was always sure that I am in good hands. Keep up the good job, and once again, thank you very much.
My LC was filed on 26th of dec 2000 and was cleared on March 15th 2001. I am very happy the way SUMAN, POOJA co-ordinated with me. I am right now being assisted for filing i-140 by Pooja, Shivane
I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. USCIS generally process cases in the order they receive them. The link below provides you an estimate of how much time the office handling your case currently takes to process your type of application, petition, or request.
USCIS is now proactively publishing Regional Center termination notices as they become available, which is consistent with a commitment to transparency in the EB-5 program. This is an important step in assisting investors, the EB-5 industry, and the public to understand the reasons why a regional center has been terminated and what types of regional center activities may trigger the end of a regional center’s designation.
I am on H1 Visa, my H1, wife's H4 and H4 EAD expires on 7/18/2017. I will be completing my 6 years by 7/18/2017. My I-140 is approved. I have a question
1. Should I file for H4 EAD extension along with my H1 and H4 extension
2. Can my spouse (H4-EAD) work while her extension in progress?

It was when I got RFE I reached out to Mr.Khanna's office and it took almost an year for approval (delays in client letter..etc) . Entire team worked seamlessly with process & documentation and most importantly they are punctual & prompt with there responses to clients and USCIS. I like the courage that Mr.Khanna shows in conference calls which helps his team and clients to hold the positive energy around. Over all, I am happy to work Mr.Khanna and his team.
Thanks AGAIN...!

1. I got my green card after that should I notify any US government agencies and Indian government regarding the change in status and having received my Green Card? <br>

5. Does any unemployment in the future affect Green card?
1. There is no such requirement that I am aware of at this point today (June 2017) that you have to notify any US government agency or Indian government just because you received your Green Card. However, what you should do is you should inform your employer that you have got your Green Card so they can update your Form I-9 which is an internal matter within the files of the employer. They don't have to update any government agencies.

What are the dos and don'ts to qualify for US Citizenship?
Pay your taxes, don't default on your taxes, try not to get too many traffic tickets. If you get few that's OK, but if you get too many that can be ground for troubles. Don't get into any criminal plot, as you can lose your Green Card if you have a felony conviction. There are other things that can hurt your Green Card like DUI more than one or two of them then you can get into trouble. So, as long as you are like regular people I don't think there is anything to worry about.

USCIS recently updated the following form:
I tried 2 different attorneys before employing law offices of Rajiv Khanna, one attorney took money but didn't even bother to call me and other who wouldn't fill the basic information properly before filing the application for LC. Myself and My wife, we got our passports stamped yesterday (11/21/2002), the whole process took us about 2 yrs and 1month without any problem or query from INS. Working with the team of Rajiv Khanna was PLEASANT. Being a professional myself, I am really pleased with their DILIGENCE, PROFICIENCY, CONFIDENCE and EXPERIENCE. Even though my company messed up in making monthly payments, Ms. Lakshmi Kompella, Ms. Diane Lombardo and Ms. Suman Bhasin gave me an opportunity to clean it up without holding up the processing of my application. I am thankful for their CARE and UNDERSTANDING. Ms. Leila Lehman are praise worthy too, for all their support and PERSONAL attention given to my case. Thanks to the whole team for making the process EASY and PLEASURABLE. If the job needs to be done RIGHT, this is "THE TEAM".
