My wife and I received our GC within 28 months for the whole process with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney. Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and is straight up and abreast of rules & regulations and is strict about the law and stays strictly as defensive. He helped us at every point in the whole process. We never get any problem or incompletion about the paperwork done under his guidance, which has been perfect. Perfect paperwork reduces the total time of this lengthy process. We are greatly thankful to Diane Lombardo, who is always available and is happy to responds calmly and peacefully. I and my family received our GC stamping on June 25th,2001. I started the whole process in Oct 1998 with Rajiv Khanna as my attorney. He is a lawyer of great standing and has helped me at every point in the whole process. I must mention here that the paperwork done under his guidance has been perfect and I had no RFE's except at the last stage for an employment letter. This substantially reduces the total time of this lengthy process. I am specifically mentioning this because I have seen some of my friends stuck for years in the process because of careless paperwork. Also I had some problem regarding the evaluation of my education and Rajiv's correct strategy helped me and I could come out of the problem. I found the staff in his office in general and with a special mention of Suman Bhasin, Laila Lehman, Shivani Sharma and Diane Lombardo, very co-operative. Thanks to Rajiv and his staff.

I am happy to inform my dependents received their green cards last week. Mine is also approved. We had filed under EB1-OR category. Thanks to the excellent team with Rajiv's office and in particular Diane Lombardo for preparing all our petitions with high quality. Rajiv was available to me anytime I had a question. I really recommend this law firm for anyone in immigration process beacsue of their quality work and infact lower legal fees.

I am very greatfull to Rajiv Ji and his team for immediately responding to my request for help when I needed it in my immigration problems and queries, on calling Rajiv Ji's office the staff was very co-operative and scheduled a phone appointment with Rajiv Ji at the earliest since the time I had called and Rajiv Ji spoke to me the next day and answered all my queries without charging for it. which is the biggest help I could get. Words are not enough to Thank him for all the help he gives to people in need in his busy schedule at his position. Only Rajiv Ji can handle to help people and carry on his office with his profession in such a efficient way. He is the most kind and helping Immigration Attorney I know of in the USA. Reversal on appeal of I-140 revocation

We have received a series of reversals and remands from the USCIS appeals office (“AAO”) where we had argued that the USCIS had erroneously and illegally revoked approved I-140 petitions.  The grounds of appeal in the cases involved:

Failure to prove qualifications of employee because the documentation of experience was insufficient;

Successorship-in-interest of companies, where one company was acquired by another;

Approval of denied N-400 (Naturalization)

We represented an applicant after his application for naturalization was denied.  He had obtained permanent resident status through marriage with a U.S. citizen. Applicant’s Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, was denied because of a failure to meet the good moral character requirement.  USCIS questioned the veracity of applicant’s marriage, and therefore the basis of his Green Card approval.

We represented an IT consulting company and a Senior Software Engineer employed by them from the point forward where they received an RFE.  USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) questioning accreditation of the Indian universities where the applicant received his degrees.   We researched the universities in question and documented that both are highly regarded and world renowned institutions. Additionally, we received an expert opinion that noted that both universities were accredited at the time the applicant received his degrees.

MTR I-485 survivor benefits

We represented a client  and her minor child. They had filed their I-485 applications as derivative applicants. Two months after the I-485 filing, the primary applicant, her husband died in a tragic accident. USCIS requested biometrics for all applicants, but she did not appear because she was informed that her I-485 application would not survive the death of the primary applicant. We filed a motion to reopen the case, showing that the applicant was and is legally entitled to survivor benefits under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
