I tried 2 different attorneys before employing law offices of Rajiv Khanna, one attorney took money but didn't even bother to call me and other who wouldn't fill the basic information properly before filing the application for LC. Myself and My wife, we got our passports stamped yesterday (11/21/2002), the whole process took us about 2 yrs and 1month without any problem or query from INS. It gives me great pleasure to share my experience with Mr.Khanna and his courteous staff pertaining to my H1B and Green card processing. A majority of the immigration community thinks of Immigration lawyers as notorious for not returning the calls, not communicating with their clients regarding the progress of the case and not filing the petitions properly, Mr.Khanna and his staff completely eliminates this notion.At Mr.Khanna's office the emphasis is more on the Customer Service. You think I am exaggerating, but I have spoken and corresponded with lot of his staff members regarding my Green Card and H1B petitions and their attitude, their professionalism, their respect towards the clients is so conspicuously similar that you almost think that you are talking to the same person. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Rajiv Khanna and his associates. Mr. Khanna is the best in the Business (if you don’t agree with me, he is certainly one of the Best). His law firm is handling both my H1-B and Green Card, and my experience has always been really really very very good. I saw my I-485 Denial notice after a week, It is a panicking situation. I changed  my employer for permanent position, and my I-140 was cancelled by my old employer.  I did not file my AC21, Lesson learnt is, talk to a good attorney rather than asking friends and well wishers. There I choose Rajiv Khanna,  we got 30 days to appeal after denial, answered all my questions, It was 180 days passed after I-485 applied, It is not a correct decision from USCIS. 

My case, Motion to reopen (MTR) received to USCIS in 10 days from Rajiv Khanna's office. Do i need to say, He is the best and have a good team to support and help me out in a short time. 

Guess what, my case was re-opened and I got my Green card in 2 months. I am waiting for my Family MTR and GC. It is time to thank Rajiv Ji , Kunal Ji and Team . I really appreciate for all the work you did in my difficult situation. Thank you.
