I have got my H1-b visa transferred twice in tough situations through successful representation of my cases by Rajiv S Khanna Law Offices. They have a highly professional, experienced and knowledgable staff. Best thing about RSK is that they have the most current information about immigration laws and the personalized attention (irrespective of whether you are a big corporation or an individual). In my experience they quickly grasped the problem, finished the paperwork swiftly and presented it in a very favourable way, that too for a very nominal fee (yes, fraction of what others charge!). What amazed me was the paralegals working at RSK are very involved and intelligent, they made a very important suggestion (which I overlooked) and saved me money and trouble. Mr. Rajiv Khanna himself is great man, possesses the best expertise in this field at the same time very modest and helpful. Special thanks to Charu Bhagat and Rena Waddel for handling my case. RSK Offices are doing a great service by providing latest information through this site. I have nothing but praise for everyone working there. Nobody has a magic wand, but if you have a immigration case/problem then I suggest you should leave it to RSK Offices.
These comments are being independent of the outcome of my application which is presently under process. What definately needs mention is the kind of professionalism shown by Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna (with specific mention to Rena Waddell and Sirisha Durgam. Their handling of my case papers, taking sincere interest in the case and not just providing lip service, providing me the correct information promptly, and keeping me upto date with the status has been extremely praiseworthy.
I got my passport stamped for permanent residency a few days ago. It is very difficult to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team. They are very professional, efficient and very cooperative and extremely patient. I started my GC process on Aug, 2000 and it ended successfully on Aug, 2002. The entire process was handled very smoothly. One thing about Rajiv is he is approachable and treat you like a friend. That is a rare virtue among the lawyers. Also he returns any phone call and e-mail promptly [all my e-mail and phone was returned in less than 24 hours]. And his knowledge base in immigration realted stuff is amazingly deep, precise and up to date. My heartiest thanks to Rajiv. I also like to express my gratitude and thanks to Rajiv's team, specially Suman, Pooja, Homa, Shivani, Leila and of course Diane. Each of them are extremely efficient and knowledgable in their area. And they are as prompt and patient as Rajiv. I already refered Rajiv's law farm to many of my friends. Two of them are already a client. If you have any immigration needs, please contact the LEGEND, I know I will in future.Godspeed Rajiv and his team.
The service provided by the Attorney's office of Rajiv Khanna was most professional. My case was a bit complicated but the advice provided by the office helped me save a trip to India. Many thanks to Charu, Sirisha and Ursula!!!
Gentlemen/Ladies,It has been a pleasure to work with Mr. Khanna and his colleagues during process of my permanent residency. The task had been executed flawlessly and I am glad and thankful, that my colleague J. Murugavel (Chairman SysIndia.com)who recommended Mr. Khanna's office to proceed with my green card. I appreciate all the assistance and comfort extended during this process, especially during the company acquisition during Jan 2002. I especially thank the team member who worked with me for consistently being extremely prompt with his answers to my questions, and the willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Either me or my wife, will not hesitate to recommend Mr. Khanna's office to our friends or strangers for any sort of legal help they are looking for. I have lots of my colleagues from India and Sri Lanka, and the message had been already spread. Wishing you and your team a very bright future. Keep up the good work.Thanking you allRegards

I had a 11 AM appointment (ND-4/6/2004 at VSC) via infopass but showed up at 10 AM just in case.
1. The guard at the building entrance asked me to enter at the beginning of the Q since I had an infopass appointment.
2. In room 310, I stood in the line just like everyone else. Got a ticket at 10:30 and headed to room 900 on the 9th floor.
3. My number was called at 11 AM and I handed my infopass appointment sheet and filled out 765 form. The person at the counter asked me to wait for the number to be called again.
Today the 9th of August 2004 i went to the local immigration office of New york in order to receive the EAD card as they told me over the phone when i call earlier the day that made my application 90 . I filled a form i-539 for the v-status and a form 765 for the EAD on april 29 2004, they gave me the notice with the date 7th of may 2004 . When i arrive at the local office with my infopass apointement thing went very easy . You go to the room 310 for a number , filled out the application then went to the 9 floor on room 900 .

I have a L1-A VISA through company Blanket. I have visa up to 2013. But my blanket expires in 2011-dec. I got I-94 up to Dec-2011. I have already applied for I-94 extension. How long will it take?
It can take a few months. You can apply for premium processing even when the case is filed and pending.
I had come to US in September 2008 for 30 days externship (as short term visiting scholar) on J1 visa. After that I went back to India in October and came again in January 2009 on F1 visa to do PhD in animal science program. My concern is do I need to apply for J1 waiver before joining a job or a post doc here in USA? If yes, how should I go about it?
The 212(e) can attach to even a short program. Step one, ask DOS for an advisory opinion whether you are subject to the Home Residency Requirement. The detailes are here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/info/info_1288.html
It is so nice to keep in contact with attorney Rajiv S. Khanna and his Law Farm. I really appreciate there kind help regarding my immigration related problems. Thank you Mr Khanna, Mrs Diane ans Mrs. Leslie for all your help.
Hi, I first of all like to appreciate the generosity of Mr Rajiv in replying to my email within 15min and then giving the phone conference appointment for no cost since I am a student. He is definitely a great person who really makes an effort to sort out others issues. I contacted him to know how my mom who already have visitor visa, can stay in US on continous basis as my dad recently passed away and I am the only child. I knew what he had suggested others who were on H1 visas and had same issues (by listening to the record of past tele conferences), but wanted to confirm his opinion in my case. He said that I can also do visitor visa extensions in lieu of F2 visas, but he was hesitant as how would I support the medical expense. I understand his concern, but I would be contacting him again as I really want this to work for my mom. Anyhow, I am really thankful to him and his staff for being so supportive and understanding. Wish the entire team good luck and high success.

I am glad that I got connected with Mr. Rajiv Khanna. He was quick in responding, detailed and thorough.
We filed a petition premium processing for the beneficiary who qualified based on his original contributions, publication record, featured research work in the media and service as a judge of the works of his research peers. USCIS seems to have accepted the veracity of our claim for outstanding ability without a question. We were issued a request for evidence asking only for proof of the petitioner’s ability to pay. We supplied the most recent financial report of the petitioner, a letter from the CFO as well as copies of the beneficiaries W2 and most recent pay stubs.
We filed a petition premium processing for the beneficiary who qualified based on her extraordinary engineering contributions. Her substantial and highly scientific contributions paved the way for commercial manufacturing of flexible displays by major, well-known display manufacturing companies. The beneficiary’s commercialized research was featured on Amazon.com. She had over eight years of research experience in the nanotechnology field resulting in multiple patents.
We were retained by a client who was in USA on B-2 status and wished to apply for green card through EB-5 investor/entrepreneur category. We obtained a B-2 extension and simultaneously filed the EB-5 petition. Client was in the process of investing $1 Million in an existing business. $500,000.00 of the investment was in the form of cash (some portion of which was gift money) and for the remaining $500,000.00, a promissory note was executed and secured by foreign personal assets of client.
