My family members and I have completed stamping at Chicago, IL. I am really glad that I chose Rajiv’s law firm for our GC processing. I have got all the help and support from Mr.Khanna’s law offices for my GC processing. The whole process went very well at every stage. I appreciate Mr.Khanna and his team for their expertise and perfect paper work. Thanks to Mr. Khanna and Suman ji for responding to many of my emails during the process. Finally got our EAD Card

We received notice to come into Baltimore office for EAD 6 days before appointed time. Both were out of town on business on day of appointment, so followed instructions of informing them in writing and requesting new appointment date.
Didn't hear from them for more than 90 days, so made appointment on INFOPASS.
Arrived at 9am, called within 5 minutes to window - showed EAD application filing receipt and told to wait. 2 hours passed,
Interim EAD at Boston
It was ~92 days since I applied at VSC and so decided to go to Boston for interim EAD.
Came at 6:20AM at entrance. 10 Guys ahead of us and by 7AM 20 guys behind us. Were promptly let in by guard at 7 AM. Was issued a ticket number after standing in line for a brief period. Then waited till 11:30 AM to get my 5 min at the counter. Officer was courteous and simply asked us for the relevant forms. He then gave the approval form to drop off with the person who makes the EAD card who took about 30 min to issue the card.

IEAD experience at Newark, NJ
Myself and my wife applied for EAD on 12/13/2004. I got approved in a week but she did not get approval. So, We took the appointment at Newark, NJ at 7:45 AM on 04/22/2005.
We reached 970 Broad St, Newark ,NJ at 5 AM. No one was there and waited outside of the builing. People started coming after 6:15 AM. By 7:30 AM there were around 40-50 people around.

From the beginning, my case was reviewed (I started my process at around 3.5 years in to my H1 term) and I was given proper guidance to obtain the PR before my H1 expired. My wife and I got our Passports stamped in Orlando, FL after less than 2 years of process. The whole GC process through with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney and his office was a wonderful experience. With Mr Khanna's guidance we haven't had any problem during the whole process. I am a Registered nurse present in the US with F-2 visa stamp on my passport. My husband, being in grad school, has 2 more years of valid I-20. An employer sponsored me the green card, and recently I received my EAD based on I-485 application. But both my I-140 and I-485 are still pending. The employer wants me start working although my I-140 is pending.<br>
1. Do you recommend to work on EAD while I-140 still being pending?

My employer ended my employment due to COVID reasons on May 31, 2020 but I never received an official termination letter. Calculating the grace period depending on the assumed termination date mentioned above, I have till July 30 to find a new job. Should my new employer give me an offer or start the H1B transfer application before July 30? What happens if they fail to do so in time? Can I extend the grace period on the basis of having an offer in hand or maybe because of the pandemic? My final interviews with potential employers are being withdrawn because of the time restriction.
