Interview done and Recommended for approval.
I have been impressed with the Orlando office. Ours was a very good experience. We arrived 20 mins early got checked in and were called on time for interview. 8 am for me 8:30 for my wife.
I was sworn in by my interviewer a really nice ex marine. Basically told me everything was a formality and as our case was straight forward we would be approved. Gave me the test as we chatted and he did the paper work.

Today, in a historic vote, the Senate successfully passed (on a 68-32 vote) S. 744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.
I welcome this opportunity to thank the Law Office of Rajiv S Khanna and especially my direct contact Ms. Rena Waddell for her valuable time and the terrific job she has performed in getting me approved for the H1B within such a short period of time. The sheer promptness, professionalism and clockwork precision exhibited by Ms. Rena Waddell was excellent. The processing & paperwork was very prompt and it was hardly any time after my case was filed that I got a call from Ms. Waddell informing me of my approval.
Thanks once again Rena and expect to receive the same kind of treatment and professionalism from your office in future.
Hi! Rajiv ji and Suman Ji,
Wanted to share the good news with you. Also please let me know what the next step would be.
Thanks once again. Your are the best.

It's very nice to be back to the client's feedback section within a year. Do I need to mention that Rajiv & his team are the best in the business and we can not find a more considerate person than Savita at his office. I have no words to write my feelings of happiness working with Rajiv and professional team
I am on H-1B and my spouse is on H-4 EAD. She got her EAD last year. She would like to do online business where she will sell items online on eCommerce website like ebay, amazon, etsy. These items will be shipped from India. I would like to know if she can do such online business where the items are going to be shipped from India.
Of course on H-4 EAD, she can do anything she likes, she can do online business, sell items on ebay amazon no problem at all. These items shipped from India is perfectly fine.

Mr. Khanna's firm has processed several H1-B and PERM applications for our company. We first came to him in a dire situation. Another attorney had been working on our behalf, but had not given us good service or advice. One of our key employees was faced with having to leave the country because of the situation. Rajiv, Anna, Heather and Judi were all very helpful in getting the situation resolved for us. Their knowledge of immigration law and their ability to explain it so that I understand what is happening has been excellent. It is empowering and now I am always confident that our immigration petitions are being handled in the most efficient and above board process possible.
