Where on the ETA Form 9089 should I enter the foreign worker's qualifications, such as certifications, licensure, or other credentials, to show that he/she meets the actual minimum requirements?
Our office has worked with Mr. Khanna and his team for years. We're very impressed with their service and professionalism. All the cases were given good attention and Rajiv's knowledge is really impressive. We have filed several Green Cards and never had any concern. We highly recommend their law firm for all your immigration needs.
WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS FIRM SINCE LONG TIME. THEY ARE EXPERTS IN IMMIGRATION RELATED.
WOULD RECOMMEND ALL
Our organization has worked with Mr. Khanna for almost 10 years, and retained their services for our immigration needs related to H1 and Green Card filings. Mr. Khanna’s advice has helped us as well as our employees in the most critical immigration related issues. I have worked very closely with Anna Baker, Rena Waddell and Vijay Durgam. I would say that Mr. Khanna has an excellent team in place, extremely approachable, efficient, having an eye for detail, helpful and professional. Inspite of the large volume of cases handled by their office; they manage to review minute details of each case, bring forth concerns if any in a timely manner, along with solutions to handle the concerns. We have secured a 100% success rate in all our filings till date through their office. Reason – efficient and trained staff, and above all Mr. Khanna who has always made himself available for any guidance which may be required. The community conference calls hosted by Mr. Khanna have been highly appreciated by employers as well as employees. This is a free service to the community and is commendable. Mr. Khanna has always provided the right guidance, at the same time keeps his clients updated with latest regulations / amendments. We look forward to work with him for many more years to come. Would highly recommend Mr. Khanna’s office for any immigration related matters and guidance. Good Luck to you and your team Mr. Khanna; keep up the good work! Appreciate it!
It was a delightful experience working with Rajiv Khanna Law offices. They are very accurate and prompt responding.
The whole team at Mr. Khanna's firm is extremely professional and experienced. I recently changed jobs and my new company had no experience working on H1 transfers. Mr. Khanna and his team were extremely patient with us in guiding us through the process and making sure every detail is captured and accurate. They really care about the employee and I believe that is what sets them apart.
Rajiv is very responsible, humble and loving person. His staff is reflection of his personality. He is Knowledgeable and most honest attorney. Rajiv is phenomenal and it is treat to consult with him.God bless his family and team Krishan

Our Green Card got approved on April 27th.
Special thanks and appreciation to Rena Waddel (H1B processing),Shevani Sharma and Prena (Green Card processing and related activity)
Here I would also take the opportunity to thank Rajiv Khanna for his efforts to stream line the processing of green card by USCIS . Your case has brought in lot of change to their functioning.
Least but not the least www.immigration.com and immigrationportal.com are very good source for any kind of information related to immigration.
thanks
We got our Green Card approved on May 6th. I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff.
My Green card processing took more than 3 years and through out the process, Mr. Khanna's office was very helpful. I had a lot of questions along the way and they were prompt and precise to all my queries.
The whole process was like a marathon run. Vijay Durgam helped us get started with the process. He did a thorough evaluation of my case and filed for the labor certification. We were very optimistic and enthusiastic on filing for the labor certification. Then we hit the middle phase of the marathon where the labor certification seemed to take forever. Mathew Chacko helped us during the dull pessimistic days. He kept our hopes going and encouraged us till we hit the home stretch. Finally we got our labor approved and filed for 140/485. Prerna was very helpful and was impeccable with the documentation. The last leg was a sprint and we got the 485 approval in less than 3 months.
Special thanks to Vijay Durgam, Mathew Chacko and Ms. Prerna Mehta.
From Labor certificate, I-140 and I-485, Mr. Khanna's team did a very good job on my case. LC was filed in July 2002 and I-485 was approved in March 2005. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Khanna's team is a good one.
Thank you so much for your excellent work! Anna, Ursula, thank you so so much! The road was long and hard, with many pitfalls along the way - but with your guidance and hard work, I am finally united with my fiance and now she is my wife! Keep up the great work!

First of all, thank you very much Rajiv for all your advise during this greencard journey, especially during this last 2 weeks. Every time we have relied on your advice blindly.
It has been a great morale boost and also professional confidence when I contacted Rajiv khanna's office for providing the professional support for AC21 case.
The documentation and support from Mathew Chako was really good and it was clear and precise to the point.
Also at the time of interview, Rajiv provided good support without any additional economic consideration. It was really nice to have a person next to you at that time of interview process.
Really I am hats off for Rajiv Khanna's team......
I wanted to thank you for all your help - I really loved the petition you had made for me for my I-140. I think the quality of the petition was great and given the complicated nature of my case, your efforts made all the difference.
Some background about my case - my I-I40 petition was earlier handled by another legal firm who filed my case under the wrong category and had screwed up. As a result, my I-140 petition got rejected.
One of my friends referred me to Savita and Rajiv and they did an EXCELLENT job with my case. Rajiv personally counseled me and advised me on the approach that was best suited. Savita prepared the I-140 petition and did a very good job. My case got approved.
Got GC in 18months (RIR Labor application to 485 approval). Rajiv Khanna (RK) helped me out of a mess that I thought was impossible to solve. He helped out an unknown emailer, spent hours analyzing the situation over the phone and devised a game-plan. Guess what, without signing a retainer or expecting compensation. I still remember when I called other “big lawyer” for help, first thing her office wanted was my credit card.
Story began in summer of 2003. When I found out that my earlier lawyer had screwed up the whole 140/485 application and was eventually denied, loss of 4years of waiting. I then emailed RK for help. He patiently heard the story and advised that I should redo the whole application from point A. Even though dread of going through whole labor application all over again was overwhelming, RK was absolutely correct that earlier labor was approved under incorrect language, mistakes many inexperienced lawyers make.
Best thing is that he sticks by the books, remains honest about the situation and never promises miracles. Apart from RK’s excellent competency and vast experience, he has excellent well-trained support team. That really makes a huge difference because game-plan is one thing, while organizational support & efficient execution is other.
Couple of months back I received Employment Based Green Card (H1b to GC) and my dependents received Green Card too (H4 to GC). I had the intention to work for the Employer who sponsored me for the Green Card forever during applying for the Green Card and during the Green Card Interview too. However after working for couple of months for the employer now I am feeling that I should be changing the Employer to a different one near to my home due to the following compelling reasons: I am a Heart Patient and facing Health Issues due to the Travel (4 hours flight travel) that I am making every week to work in the Employer's Client Location for work.
And if I continue to perform my job this way I will affect my health. All the efforts I made to request a work near home did not materialize.
I am planning to search for a new job near my home and if I get it I am planning to put in a Resignation to the present Employer stating the facts about my Health Problems and join the new one.
My Question:
1. Will I face any issues now or in near future during I submit my Citizenship Application due to my employer change just after 2 months of getting the Green Card? If so what are the steps I should take to avoid it?
2. I am planning to save my Payslips / W2 of the Present Green Card Employer and my Heart Health records. Is there a Minimum duration that USCIS expects a Green Card Holder to work for the Green Card Employer?

1. No.
2. Duration is not reliable.
