The Law Office of Mr. Khanna is well established in the immigration field and offers excellent services. Their website is a great database regarding the immigration matters.
Special thanks to Ms. Richa Narang and Ms. Prerna Mehta who thoroughly prepared my documents and were always available for answering my questions .
I got my H1B and also GC under PERM.
The entire GC process took less than two years and went smoothly.
I am very thankful to the staff at Mr. Khanna's office, especially Mathews and Rita. From beginning to end, they were very prompt, co-operative, and very thorough in documents. We used a labor substitution and the entire process went really quick, with no big hassles.
Ever wondered to find an immigration attorney who not only takes interest in working with you saving your time but also knows the current immigration landscape. This is exactly how I feel about working with Rajiv and Diane they are masters in what they do they’re sincere well-versed with the current immigration landscape in the US. I could not thank them enough for the thorough analysis and guidance Through the EB1 one green card process. Also big kudos to Marty for all the work you do!! This is actually a dream team. God bless.

I'm working in an organization since December 2009. When my green card was filed in January 2016 my job title was "Senior Engineer", and the roles and responsibilities included following -
<br>
· Generally someone with industry knowledge and/or software knowledge
<br>
· SME in multiple areas
· Able to assist in even more areas
· Able to work without management intervention
<br>
My I-140 is approved, and Priority Date is January 2016. I'm due for promotion to the job title "Consultant", and the roles and responsibilities would be following -
<br>
· SME in a lot of areas
· Able to work in any area
· Able to talk accurately about the whole product whenever and wherever regardless of audience
· “Manager” on the floor, a mentor to “all” that need help, trusted adviser
· The one that the Engineer level people go to and want to be
<br>
My Manager and HR mentioned that they will have to file amendment for change in roles and responsibilities that matches with new title. They are concerned about filing amendment, and they mentioned that they are seeing less than 50/50 success rate and there is high risk involved in changing title as my green card might get declined.
<br>
I'm very surprised that changing only couple of responsibilities can jeopardize my green card processing, and I'm also finding it unbelievable that I can't get any promotion within same organization till my GC is approved, which could be another 10-15 years.
<br>
I thought since green card is filed for the future position, so there should not be much risk involved in filing amendment. I've seen many of my friends and family getting promotions within same organization after their green card process started. Since I'll be working in same organization and same team, and there is no drastic change in roles and responsibilities, so do we still have to file amendment? Can the amendment be filed later with I-485, or is it better to go back to old job without filing amendment?

I am happy to share the good news with all of you that my wife and I became citizen's yesterday. The process was very easy. We had interview appointments at 10:05 am and were called in before 10:15. The interview lasted 5 mins and the officer did not look at any documents I took. I spent last two weeks trying to collect all kinds of documents mentioned on another thread. Anyway here is my timeline:

I went for an H-1B visa stamping at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto, Canada, in November 2012. This was my first H-1B visa stamping. I wanted to share my experience with you and hope that it will be helpful in providing some insight into the entire process.

Mr. Khanna's office has helped me through a difficult H1 transfer few years back and then helped me in filing and successfully getting my Green Card approved. Before working with Mr. Khanna's office I had worked with several immigration attorneys and was bitterly disappointed or scammed by all of them. It is extremely hard to find a competent and compassionate immigration attorney to navigate through the dizzing immigration laws. I highly recommend Mr. Khanna's office and his entire staff. They all have your best interest in mind. I am saying this after interacting with many of them over the years.
WASHINGTON—The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) today announced that the fiscal year (FY) 2013 limit for Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-Only Transitional Workers (CW-1) is 15,000. The Department has posted the first round of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) addressing the implementation of electronic filing in the H-2B and H-2A labor certification programs through the Department's iCERT Visa Portal System. The FAQs are largely based on questions received from participants in the four webinar training sessions conducted by the Office of Foreign Labor Certification, and are published to assist program users in navigating electronic filing in the H-2B and H-2A programs.
What kind of evidence is acceptable to show ability to pay wages in an I-140?
The regulations state that for ability to pay wages, USCIS will accept copies of annual reports, federal tax returns, or audited financial statements. If the employer has more than 100 workers, a statement from a financial officer of the organization can be submitted to establish the ability to pay the proffered wage.
If a Canadian does not have a Form I-94, does he not accrue unlawful presence until there is a finding that he violated the terms of his nonimmigrant alien status? Is the burden is on CBP to establish such a violation occurred?
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) indicates that the mere fact that there is no I-94 does not determine whether or not an individual overstays. Moreover, an individual who is admitted as a B, but does not receive an I-94 either on the southern or northern border is in a legally materially different status than an individual who is admitted as duration of status.
If a Mexican B-1 truck driver has his/her B-1 Visa removed and cancelled by CBP for a Point-to-Point violation and wants to challenge that determination, whom should that person contact at CBP?
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) indicates that a Mexican truck driver whose B-1 visa has been cancelled by CBP for a point-to-point violation will need to discuss the issue of the cancellation with the U.S. Consulate in Mexico.
I want to thank the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna for their excellent work with my H-4 petition. Mine was a difficult petition but the office prepared all my paper work within a week and I received my approval in 3 months. I also want to thank my case manager Ursula for her thorough work with my case.
