I am very happy with your services. I had a history of taking a break on my H1 and transferred my visa to H4. While I re-applied for my H1b through your office, I was really with your professionalism and the way you gathered information from my employer. I got the visa without any issues.I appreciate your work and would surely recommend to my friends.

Questions and Answers
My mother wants to travel to US on her existing visit visa. We recently filed for her GC petition as well. We are wondering if she is allowed to travel on that same visit visa. Her visit visa is also expiring soon, would that be a problem coming into USA?
She will be at the mercy of CBP at the airport. They can decline entry.
In an effort to push more and better data out to the public, the OFLC is now making available quarterly disclosure files covering employer applications processed under the PERM, H-1B, H-2A, and H-2B visa programs. I appreciate the frank advice Mr.Khanna gave me. He could have taken on my case and made himself some money but he chose to tell me frankly that it was not worth pursuing the application at this stage. He also advised me on what alternative steps i should take instead. And he did it free of charge!
The Department has posted new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the H-1B, H-1B1 and E-3 Programs.
In November 2010, USCIS published a revised Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, which became effective on Dec. 23, 2010. Due to a number of inquiries regarding Part 6 of the Form I-129, "Certification Regarding the Release of Controlled Technology or Technical Data to Foreign Persons in the United States", USCIS advised petitioners that they would not be required to complete this section until Feb. 20, 2011. Petitions postmarked on or after Feb. 20, 2011, must complete Part 6 of the Form I-129.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) supports the efforts of immigration practitioners who volunteer to assist aliens at community events. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that, until further notice, DHS Disciplinary Counsel does not intend to initiate disciplinary proceedings against practitioners (attorneys and accredited representatives) based solely on the failure to submit a Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative (Form G-28) in relation to pro bono services provided at group assistance events.

I'm an Indian, living in Canada on PR. I recently applied for a visit visa to the US, and got denied. The main questions I got were regarding University of Farmington. It was a fake university setup by ICE, and then they did a swoop and arrested and deported a lot of the students. I was enrolled into Farmington from Feb 2017 - Feb 2018.
I was asked if:
1) How I didn't think it was weird that there were no classes?
My response - Well yes, that's why I left after a year
2) So what did you do for a year?
My response - waited on more information from the university regarding class timings, and just kinda hung around
3) I was pressed on what I did when I was hanging around, how I paid for things
My response - I worked during that time

The officer typed up something into the screen for sometime (I'm assuming it's whatever was discussed above) and gave me a denial.
I did not want to start a debate about immigration laws or how this was Entrapment, or the "bait car" tactic. I thanked him, took my passport and the pink rejection letter and left.
What are my options ahead? Should I:
1) Re-apply and give it another shot?
2) Wait to become a Canadian citizen, then apply?
3) Enroll into an organization that has conferences and such in the US, and based on an upcoming conference (eg: Chicago, or NY), then apply for that conference only?
4) Hire a lawyer to fight this in court as being unfair.

WASHINGTON — This week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will celebrate the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the country by welcoming almost 7,500 new citizens in nearly 110 naturalization ceremonies between July 1 and July 5. The naturalization ceremonies will be held in venues across the country, and include several notable ceremonies.
My wife and I are currently on EAD's since Feb 2012 when the dates became current for our priority date and we were able to apply for the I-485. She is the primary applicant and I am the dependent on her application. Since 2012 the EAD/AP card is being renewed every 2 years. With the EB3 category now going ahead of EB2 does it make sense for her to downgrade to EB3 - Apply for I-140 under EB3. I believe it takes 6 months for approval so we would essentially be doing this preemptively in anticipation of our date becoming current under EB3 in 6+ months.

I see no problem applying for EB-3 and then using whichever one is faster when the time comes. More...

I am in F1 OPT and did not got selected in any of the H1B lottery(in all 3 chances). Current OPT ends on 25 Jan 2020. My company is asking if they can apply for Green card for me. I am working as a lead engineer and responsible for P&L of my department. Will you suggest me to go ahead with GC process without H1B?.

I would like to thank Mr. Mathew Chako and his team, in particular, Heather, for their professionalism and dedication to customers for making my Green Card process as smooth as it was. Even with an instance where I made a huge silly mistake that could have dire consequences, Mathew and Heather were extremely swift and professional in following up with USCIS with the required steps completed to ensure I did not get in trouble. And my process still went through without a problem. I got my Family-based Green Card within 7 months. Not to mention that Mathew and his team have always been responsive to my emails as well as phone calls. Heather is always available via phone for guidance which gave me an extra sense of security.
I am sure Mathew and his team will keep doing wonders for their clients, given that clients also fulfill all requirements for the process. I could not thank these guys enough. It is through their hard work and attention to every aspect of the case that I got my Green Card in less than expected time. KEEP IT UP !!!
