Hello Aliens, If Rajiv accepts your application, that means your work is done. You need not to worry. I strongly recommend Rajiv and his team for anyone interested to hire a lawyer for their immigration process.
I got my I-140 processed with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Kanna in EB1(OR) category. Mrs. Diane did an excellent job in filing I-140 and I-485/EAD/AP. They know what is best for their clients. Even though, I belong to CSC, I never had any problem in getting my application filed. I strongly recommend you to get their help if you want a professional, dedicated and the best assistance.
Excellent work Rajiv & Co. Very thorough in the approach, case preparation, no-delay communication, on-time filing, coupled with personal advice and feedback - all these qualities reflect how well Rajiv and his team work. I could call up and talk to Rajiv/his team any time and any number of times. Many clients are ignorant of the details involved in the GC process - but no matter how small a clarification, I elicited a detailed and quick response. Always very courteous and professional -- I felt very confident on how things were moving. My case particulars - PD Sept 9, 99 - Labor certified Mar 27, 2000. Hats off to Rajiv, Suman, Amel and Priya for the great work. Most importantly, here's a team that will let you know upfront what is required from you. Communication is rank #1. So folks, if you need a sound and highly experienced immigration attorney, look no further than to Rajiv Khanna & Associates. You will not regret the choice. Good luck.

In June of 1998 I changed jobs, and moved here to Florida in July of 1998. I began filing for new H1 visas in May of that same year. It took Just under two(2) months to get our H1-B and H-4. Just recently (Dec. 1999) our application for Alien Employment Certification, through the Atlanta DOL was approved. We are now in the process of filing our I-140 and, once the priority date becomes current, the I-485 (adjustment of status for GC). My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results Mr Khanna has been able to achieve since we first started with him in Maryland. We have come a far way, and it is refreshing to know that changing lawyers was the best choice we have made throughout this ordeal. We continue to look forward to the high standard of work Mr Khanna is setting for his clients. ** Keep up the good work Mr Khanna & Staff **

I started my GC processing in Sept. 98. Rajiv and his team got my LC done in Apr 99. I filed my I-140 in May 99. There were some questions regarding the valuation of my degree and experience. But Rajiv and Fidelina went out of way and got second evaluation of my education done which fitted the case in the EB2/RIR category. My I-140 was approved on 7 Dec.99 and now I have sent my I-485 papers for filing. Thank you very much Rajiv, Fidelina , Suman and the entire team. They are very dependable team even in difficult times. I must appreciate the skill and patience they showed in getting my I-140 approved.

USCIS has received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the congressionally mandated H-2B cap for the first half of Fiscal Year (FY) 2014. March 14, 2014 is the final receipt date for new H-2B worker petitions requesting an employment start date before April 1, 2014.
How We Determine the Final Receipt Date
The final receipt date is when we have received enough cap-subject petitions to reach the statutory limit of 33,000 H-2B workers for the first half of FY 2014. There will not be any carry over spots from the first half to the second half of FY 2014.
How do I know if my visa is voided or not? I applied for a change of status while in the USA and got a denial, so I left the country 11 days after, with my I-94 already expired. Some people say my visa is voided, but where can I check this?
There were a few places that did the naturalization ceremonies in MA but it is a royal pain how long they take to schedule these. Back in 2010, I had to wait 3.5 months for my naturalization after passing the interview. They gave me my oath ceremony letter right after passing the interview. Seems like things have only gotten worse since 2010. I had my naturalization ceremony at Mechanics Hall in Worcester and no, it was not because I lived in or near Worcester. I lived in the Boston city area at the time.
