I was greatly pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and promptness of Rajiv Khanna and his staff with regard to the dealings of my green card case. Rajiv Khanna's advise was invaluable in my case and I was able to obtain my GC in 14 months through CP at chennai. His staff made the whole experience very easy, simple and painless. I would greatly recommend him and have done so to several of my friends. Please feel free to contact me if any questions. Regards Tg
Rajiv is certainly an expert on Immigration Laws and will give you your options, straight up. He has retained staff who are professional, helpful and supportive. Many, many thanks to Diane Lombardo, who was always available and also to Leila and Suman, who would return calls and e-mails in a timely manner. This is a Law Office which allows you to maintain sanity through the tedious and complex INS process, and one which I highly recommend.
I appreciate the work you all done for getting through the H1 and H4 intime. Thank you very much for Rajiv, Charu and Ursula
I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
timely work satisfied. will aproach you in future.

I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. I am very delighted to write our journey for O1 visa apporval for me and my wife with Mr. Rajiv ji and his excellent, highly professional and kind team. We approached to Mr. Khanna's law firm through my current employer, the process of writing the petition, collecting the papers and then review, edit and final submission was handled with the highest quality standards and as per the required regulations. We had several phone call discussions with Mr. Khanna, and to my surprise he knew every minute details of the information which was provided to him by us. Frankly speaking this was a truly professional at the same time a kind humanized approach from the team of Mr. Khanna. Special thanks goes to Ms. Diane Lombardo for her unconditional help, support and encouragement. We strongly recommend this firm to be used for any law related assignment. (e.g. visa, green card etc). Time management was excellent, follow up was extremely good. Best Regards, Dr. Manoj Jadhav,PhD, FCP

Effective December 18, 2015, H-2B workers identified as “returning workers” are exempted from the fiscal year (FY) 2016 annual H-2B cap of 66,000 visas. See Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) §214(g)(9)(a), 8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(9)(a), as revised by Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-113).
A returning worker is defined as an H-2B worker who was previously counted against the annual H-2B cap of 66,000 visas during FYs 2013, 2014, or 2015. This means:
USCIS published an updated editon of Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. The new edition is dated 01/22/16. (USCIS will continue to accept the 03/22/13 edition, but no other previous editions will be accepted.)
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) amended its regulations today to improve the programs serving the H-1B1, E-3 and CW-1 nonimmigrant classifications and the EB-1 immigrant classification, and remove unnecessary hurdles that place such workers at a disadvantage when compared to similarly situated workers in other visa classifications.

Congress created the EB-5 visa program in 1990 as a tool to stimulate the U.S. economy by encouraging foreign capital investments and job creation. The EB-5 program makes immigrant visas and subsequent “green cards” available to foreign nationals who invest at least $1,000,000 in a new commercial enterprise (NCE) that will create or preserve at least ten full-time jobs in the United States. A foreign national may invest $500,000 if the investment is in a targeted employment area (TEA), defined to include certain rural areas and areas of high unemployment.
Hi everyone, I just got my passport stamped today and I am so happy, that's why I come here to share with you guys.
Rajiv Khanna and associates helped me in my Green Card processing since Nov 2015 and recently they did an excellent job to clear my I-140 approval. Fortunately I didn't receive any RFE, was mainly due to the well preparation of my application by one of the lawyer in the lawyer group. I got my I-140 approval in two weeks super timing. It was due to a great job and effort done by the Rajiv Khanna's office and their associates. I full heartily appreciate their excellent work and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation who are looking for a good immigration lawyer for their Green Card or any other immigration related work. Thanks

After a bad experience with a prominent NY law firm dealing with immigration, I came to this site. I was initially skeptical because the firm was not based in the city I work and live in but the promptness of getting the paperwork done, the willingness to answer doubts whenever they arose and reassuring me about my status when I had to leave the country on a sudden emergency back in India- all of these point to an organization and its people who clearly are the benchmark I would use for any professional service rendered in the future. Great job! Thanks.
