Rajiv Khanna and associates are helping me in my Green Card processing. I received an RFE on my I-140; the response was well prepared by Attorney Sheena Gill. I got the approval on my I-140 in a week’s time after response was mailed; I am so excited about it. Rajiv Khanna and Sheena Gill have done an excellent job. I appreciate their expertise and the utmost care they have taken in preparing the response to a tough I-140 RFE. I would recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna to anyone who is looking for a good immigration lawyer for any immigration related work. I am very grateful and thankful to Rajiv S. Khanna for helping us to get through the various stages of Green Card processing. We also thank all the staff members of Rajiv Khanna, especially Ms. Sheena K. Gill, Mr. Mathew Chacko and Ms. Suman for their professionalism and showing keen interest in preparing documentation for Green Card processing.

My daughter and I applied for our second EAD (family based applications), we received a Notice of Action to go and have our Biometrics done. We made an appointment and had it done. My daughter received her EAD one week and a day later. I never received mine. I call the CIS service center on many occasions for anwsers, they told me after ninty days I could make an appointment and get an Interim EAD. I made a infopass to Orlando,Fl.
My prossessing of the EAD took more than the 90 days (Big Surprise) so I booked an appointment through Infopass for 7:30 this morning. I arrived at 7:15 and walked right in. Thanks to the notes on this site I already had a I-765 filled out and I was finished the checkup in 12 minutes. Most of that time was spent watching the agent pulling things up and printing them. Then he had to photocopy my Driver's License. He told me that another person actually made the cards and he didn't start doing that until 11:00 and gave me a pass to get back in.
US immigration benefits require that we present proof that the apllicants have been immunized against certain communicable diseases. Exemptions/waivers are available for pregnant women and people who have moral/religious convictions that prohibit getting immunized. The immunization checks are performed as a part of the medical examinations during the green card process.
Short: I found Mr. Rajiv Khanna to be a very competent and knowledgeable attorney, his firm has great processes, which I think increased the chances of success for my application. I recommended Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his firm highly. Detailed: I work in a law firm (not immigration law), and am very impressed with Mr. Rajiv's practice, the level of personal attention he provides, the efficiency with which my application was prepared, the promptness of his staff, transparency and fairness about costs involved, the amount of information on his website, and his forthcoming nature in understanding the case, explaining the options and providing recommendations.
Mine was an individual case - for L1 visa application, which was approved without a hitch. Unlike blanket L visa cases for big companies, every individual case has several small 'unique situations' that need due care while being described. I found that the law firm of Mr. Khanna is very well geared up to handle such cases. At the point my application was submitted, I was already confident that it was in good shape, and had captured all the information that needed to be there. Thanks to Mr. Khanna and his staff, I had all reasons to expect a successful outcome. I have used other immigration attorney's services, and not that I was unsuccessful with them or disliked them, but there is a difference in the way Mr. Rajiv Khanna's firm handles their matters, which, in my view, makes a big difference both to the quality of the applications, and very likely the outcome.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) today announced the launch of a Spanish-language myE-Verify, plus the addition of Case Tracker and Case History services to the English and Spanish myE-Verify websites. myE-Verify is a one-stop shop for employees and job seekers to access features for identity protection in E-Verify and visibility into the E-Verify process.
USCIS has simplified the process for paying the USCIS Immigrant Fee online in our electronic immigration system. The revised payment process reduces the amount of information an immigrant must provide to USCIS. Additionally, in response to customer feedback, anyone can now pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee for an immigrant. For example, a family member, friend, employer, attorney, or accredited representative can pay the fee as long as they have the immigrant’s Alien Registration Number (A-Number) and DOS Case ID.

A. STATUTORY NUMBERS
This bulletin summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during October for: “Application Final Action Dates” (consistent with prior Visa Bulletins) and “Dates for Filing Applications,” indicating when immigrant visa applicants should be notified to assemble and submit required documentation to the National Visa Center.
USCIS, in coordination with Department of State (DOS), is revising the procedures for determining visa availability for applicants waiting to file for employment-based or family-sponsored preference adjustment of status. The revised process will better align with procedures DOS uses for foreign nationals who seek to become U.S. permanent residents by applying for immigrant visas at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
Excellent Support for 11 years Finally got it! Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna handled my GC processing competently from the beginning. I was mostly in touch with Prerna and she was always very prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. Thank you Rajiv and team!
So I had my interview on Sept 3rd and I went in without the Original Country of Citizenship Passport however as my previous posts state that I had made color copies of each page in my Passport book. Furthermore, I got each page notarized by a Notary Public and obtained a letter from Swiss Embassy that my original Passport (number xxxxx) is with them with effect from data xxxx for Schengen visa processing etc.

On Tuesday, September 1, 2015, the Department implemented software updates to the Permanent Labor Certification Case Management System (CMS). An unexpected programming glitch occurred which impacted a small number of applications and resulted in the prohibition of certain information being entered onto the ETA Form 9089. The Department is working to correct this issue.
Until the revisions become operational, an employer who cannot complete and file an ETA Form 9089 online should mail in their application to the Atlanta National Processing Center at the following address:
Hello Rajiv Ji & Heather,
I appreciate your kind help and frank discussion in the morning -this is what sets you apart from most of the firms.
Needless to say that your services are the best what really sets you a class apart is the attitude - I had a couple paid consultations with you and team but when the questions were simple you guys had the frankness and kind heart to tell me that -here is the answer and no you don't need paid consultation for this OR please join the community conference, you don't need to pay us for this question.
What a classic example you have set. Thanks for such a great help.
