My wife and I got the I-485 approval email notice in June 2007. We filed the I-485 in April 2007. The LC was done by another law firm and I switched to Rajiv and filled the I-140 and I-485. The I-140 was approved in one week under Premium Processing and I-485 was approved in less than 3 months. I told our company HR to switch to Rajiv S. Khanna and we are processing our employee’s H1B and GC through Rajiv. During the GC process, our company was sold and Rajiv and Mathew helped to resolve this issue, rather than starting the GC process from scratch. Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Mathew Chacko. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. I dealt with Rita Dhakal for a short period of time and she helped me in great deal. Mathew called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly (I did not get any RFE) and providing correction/feed back immediately. I applied for a spouse sponsored GC and extensively used services of Mr. Khanna's office. Mr. Chacko was an enormous help throughout the process. Though we only paid one time consultation fees, he was willing to respond to our followup emails and phone calls. Our application got processed in record time and I definitely give credit to Mr. Chacko for his inputs throughout the process. I can not describe in words the gratitude that my wife and I have both for Rajiv Khanna and Jitesh Malik. The USCIS denied my wife's dependent I-485 AoS app and we were sure that we'd have to relocate back home. Mr. Khanna is the best in the Business (if you don’t agree with me, he is certainly one of the Best). His law firm is handling both my H1-B and Green Card, and my experience has always been really really very very good. Mr. Khanna has a very good team but when crises arise or there is confusion in the application process he will directly get involved – this means a lot - as the best and brightest person in us immigration arena is dealing your case. I saw my I-485 Denial notice after a week, It is a panicking situation. I changed  my employer for permanent position, and my I-140 was cancelled by my old employer.  I did not file my AC21, Lesson learnt is, talk to a good attorney rather than asking friends and well wishers. There I choose Rajiv Khanna,  we got 30 days to appeal after denial, answered all my questions, It was 180 days passed after I-485 applied, It is not a correct decision from USCIS. 

My case, Motion to reopen (MTR) received to USCIS in 10 days from Rajiv Khanna's office. Do i need to say, He is the best and have a good team to support and help me out in a short time. 

Guess what, my case was re-opened and I got my Green card in 2 months. I am waiting for my Family MTR and GC. It is time to thank Rajiv Ji , Kunal Ji and Team . I really appreciate for all the work you did in my difficult situation. Thank you.
